I rent equipment from Sunbelt when I need extra equipment on the job its always in good shape the people are definitely nice makes my job a little easier what do I know I can go and grab utility trailer or an air compressor and get back to work or have it delivered which I never do I always pick it up but they do offer delivery makes me money to use them every time

Just picked up a generator. So far no complaints.

I was able to get a hold of a representative almost immediately and they delivered the backhoe the next day. The customer service was excellent.Friendly and easy to deal with!

Jayson was great however the equipment was not at all and not working properly. We were not charged and we appreciate it however REALLY needed this equipment for my job and it made it double the work would not suck up the water. Sunbelt needs to clean and work their equipment BEFORE they let it out the door to a customer. So frustrating when you rent equipment and it doesn’t work properly not good!!

Thank you Mark & Cody at the metro parkway location for making things right for us very promptly. We encountered a couple issues on a piece of rental. I dont think that any other local rental company would have treated us the same way they brought us bigger and better equipment as part of their customer service to allow us to get our job done. For this reason we will keep recommending Sunbelt rentals and we will definitely keep them at our number one choice for rental equipment.

I rent something here once or twice a year. Have aways been treated properly. When in doubt they always assume its not the customers fault.

Sunbelt help me with a trailer rental when I needed to pick up my kids lawn mower out of town they were efficient and the trailer work perfect drag it over 500 miles great rates and they checked out the equipment and every Factor before we took off I would come back again

Nice guys prices are competitive, they just need more help behind the counter. Dont be in a hurry or else you will be late where ever you are going.

Sunbelt says they have a 24 hour help line. Someone answered the phone and told me that someone locally would get back with me - they never did. The next morning, we were there at 7:30 am (when they said they were open.) No one was there. So, we went back at 9:00 am - no one was there. We called and called - no one picked up. We called the 800 number again - the operator told me they HAD to be open because there hours were from 7:30 - 12:30. It was ALMOST comical. She tried to call, no one answered. I told her we were standing right outside the door - NO ONE was in there. She took my name and number to have someone call me back, no one called. Its a shame there arent more equipment rental places in Ft. Myers . . .

When going back and delivering my rental it was a great experience real quick fast I was in and out

Horrible experience with one of sunbelt drivers while picking up my disabled daughter at The University in Fort Myers. The Sunbelt driver double parked his truck on the street, left his vehicle unattended, with the engine on, and the door wide open (Which is a safety hazard). After waiting a few minutes, and cars piling up on both side of the lanes, I beeped the horn. The driver then came out from the building yelling to calm down. After telling him that he could of parked off to the side, the driver continue to be confrontational, yelling that I should not be on that road (despite that road being designated for individuals with disabilities to park in the library area). The driver got into his truck and then jumped back out of the truck and started yelling that he was not going to move and that I now had to try and drive around his truck (Which none of the other vehicles he was blocking was able to do so either). The sunbelt driver refused to get back into his truck and move therefore, not allowing ANY of the vehicles to get through. The truck driver became completely uncontrollable, pacing back and forth, yelling and started to take pictures of my license plate. I called the main office and filed a complaint with two different office managers.
