I cant say enough good things about this family run business. I have rented and bought numerous pieces of equipment from them over the past five years. Their service department is the best out there. Whether you rent or buy they employ very experienced mechanics that get you serviced in a timely manor or get you up in running quickly in the event of a breakdown. About five years ago when I had only been a client of theirs for a few weeks.; I had a breakdown with a machine on Christmas Eve on a Saturday afternoon. Not only did Austin answer my call he came to his shop to help me get the machine running again. I knew from that day forward they would always have my business. I have sent them numerous colleagues of my as well and we all say the same thing; we wouldnt know what to do without them!

Working with All Star is a huge asset to our golf course, The Sanctuary Golf Club! The equipment fleet is continually updated and has expanded over the years so they are seldom if ever not able to fill our rental needs. Service is KING and their service to us here on the island is second to none that we work with on a day to basis. Having good, reliable equipment, great service and great pricing, they are all around one of the best companies we work with here at the Club!

All Star Equipment Rental is hands down the best rental company in the area. I have been using them for all of my rental equipment needs for the past 5 years at The Plantation Golf & Country Club. I called to gather information about what it would take to remove tile from my lanai, this was a job I wanted to tackle myself. Having never done anything like this before, I thought I better get some information from a professional. I spoke with Austin. His tone with me was like I was bothering him. He had no interest in helping me. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I did get the job done, unfortunately I was forced to the big box store.

In February 2020, Austin rented me a core drill. Worked Great. We paid in full on the day of the rental.In April, 2020, Austin took $375 out of my bank account. Whats up with that??Update: Instead of Refunding me $375, Austin took ANOTHER $375 from me. Wow, just wow.

In my opinion this is the best place to rent Tools in Fort Myers or Southwest Florida. The staff is amazing, their prices are great, and their tools are getting better everyday by replacing the older tools with new! Get just about anything you would need from hand held tools to larger track loaders and excavators.

Hey anything you need they eith have it or can get it. These guys are on spot. Creg and Auston are my go to guys and the company sends me there spur of the moment and they arrange everything. Oh and the do great repaires on equipment. I think the company i was with had thier poor mechanic was going overtime tryi g to keep up with broken things during the hurricane, but they allways came through. Love this company. Hats off guys.
