Everyone there was extremely cordial, professional and helpful! They explained which equipment would be best for our application. I would recommend these guys! A special shout out to Rich Cochran who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

First of all Company by Paige field is very maculate organized friendly cooperative it makes it really easy to deal with them we have been using them for years excellent company all their staff are very friendly and helpful

Before you rent be sure to ask about the protection plan. I was told I was going to be charged 125$ an hour to have the equipment fixed plus fuel. The gentleman was there for 25 minutes and they charged me $400?? Not including the 750 dollar rental. They said that was the labor fee so what’s the 125 an hour? And how did it end up being 400 for a 20 min service call? The protection plan is a waste of money because wit doesn’t cover anything.

Patrick Tutie the service person was polite, knowledgeable about their product and extremely professional. He helped solved our rental needs quickly and is a great representation of how Herc provides exceptional service when others dont. We will be using Herc from now on for our rentals solely because of the way he went out of his way to help us out and give us all the information we needed. Pricing was fair and the equipment worked flawlessly they even delivered it to the job site and picked it up on the time they said they would with no delays.
