Kelly Tractor will not work on Motor Homes due to Covid 19. When Covid is over you wont be getting my business. They have a monopoly on their Cat software and charge a fortune for a mechanic to have access to it.

Overall Ive had a great experience with Kelly Tractor. Parts are a little expensive there but the service department has always done a great job. I recently returned the part after having it for 6 months but never used it. They took it back charged a customer 20% restock which I also thought was reasonable.

Experience was mediocre. Service took longer than it was communicated it would and service cost $150 more than the quoted cost due to the lack of knowledge of their own parts.

We needed some equipment quick. Kelly was responsive and friendly...very happy with them. I would recommend them as well.

The staff here are very friendly and the place is immaculate Lee clean for being a tractor and heavy construction equipment supply place which in turn means that if you keep the outside clean then they must be running a great business and its obvious that they are. For any need I would not consider anywhere else but Kelly Tractor!
