First time here. Paid for the top tier wash for inside and out. Back windows were forgotten about, back seats werent wiped down. I expected a little more for the money. Especially, after leaving a large tip in the box. They did re-vacuum for me and I didnt notice the other things until I got in my car. They were so busy I just didnt want to wait for it to be fixed. Will not be coming back. Rather give my money to someone who pays attention to detail.

The only place I know of in fort Myers that you will get that much attention done to your car for a reasonable price. Weather is too hot for us old people to do it yourself. Thanks for looking after us.

This place has gone so down hill over the past few years they use to have a nice top notch red headed lady there that ran a tight ship but she left a few years ago and it gets worse every time I go WE NEED A GOOD CAR WASH PLACE IN SOUTH FT MYERS!! This place charges top dollar and delivers sub standard complaining to them is a waste of time no one there cares they act like they’re doing you a favor washing your car and taking your money !!

Service was a little slow to start, but overall did a fantastic job, will definitely be returning.

I had to ask them to re-clean my front bumper as there were still a ton of bugs on it and when I called a week later to get my other car in for an Ultimate Detail $250 service, the girl was so RUDE and told me “No we are completely booked today and we don’t do those on Sunday!” She was not professional or kind whatsoever so NOW I will no longer give them my business and I will take it someone that will be nice to me and give me the customer service I deserve especially if I’m going to pay $250 for a full detail!!

The car wash was terrible. I got a full service wash $29 plus a $5 tip I gave, and there are streaks all over my car. There are spots in the front of the car that they completely didnt wipe at all, see pictures

We have been a LOYAL 15 year old customer. Recently my friends told me that their wash was a rip off compared to past years. We defended Eager Beaver. Today we paid for the highest priced wash. $35.00 for a few minutes work. Horrible quality! A TOTAL RIP OFF! Clearly they only want the big ticket detail! AVOID!PS I love how they do not list in their services a simple car washing/inside cleaning because that is their new apparent direction . Big ticket details only! We will find another that does business properly.

As a long time patron of EB and a carwash club member this review is long overdue. Staff is very friendly and they work hard. If they miss a spot which lets face it - it happens - tell them they take care of it. They will bend over backwards to provide exceptional service every time. The car wash club is a great deal - I love the fact if you need more service one off it’s only a few dollars extra. If you are looking for a good wash near bell tower can’t go wrong with eager beaver!

This place used to be great. Ive gotten detailing done there and regular car washes and they used to be good. Now it takes almost an hour in the middle of the day to get a wash and they dont even wipe down your console, dash, or cup holders. Youre pretty much paying $30 for a car wash you can do yourself for $8. Not worth it anymore. I dont have an hour for a car wash when the inside is just vacuumed and windows wiped. I can do that myself in 10 minutes.

I had my car cleaned here. It was my first and last time. They were really busy. I was there for 45 minutes waiting. This would have been fine if my car was clean. When I got home I saw that on the passenger side there was a huge black dirt spot. When they dried the car there is no way they didnt see it. The prices there are high so my car should not have huge dirt spots left on it. I would not recommend this car wash.

I used to think this place was great but I do not recommend it and won’t be going there anymore. I paid for expensive interior and exterior cleaning and I am finding that the back of my car and the top of my car is dirty still. It’s ridiculous and I didn’t notice until I was miles away from this place pumping gas in my car . I can wipe my finger and remove the dirt off the car. I do not recommend this place. they are unprofessional And they don’t do a great job at all or respect your time.

Car went in with 4 handles on the doors. Came out with 3. This happened right when Covid-19 just started. I also was in the hospital. Got a paper from the MANAGER that they would order the part. As soon as we could go out again I went to Eager Beaver with the paper andhandle. Was told by NEW MANAGER that the man who signed the paper no longer worked there and it was not their problem. Such a shady thing to do. Also, as a business, a very low class thing to do. Was always happy with their work. I still have no handle on my door, cause it was so expensive through the dealership. MORE CROOKS. So sad.

I showed up to have my car detailed and was told they were “very busy” and to return later. I could see 4 staff members standing around and they even claimed “the boss” was out washing cars too. I watched a car pull up after me and they assisted that customer instead.

Completely incompetent manager.Was told on Thurs. “too busy” and to “come back in Fri. at 8am, park by the detail bays and interior detailing would be done by 10:30.”Arrived 7:50am Fri., was told “10:30-11:00 completion.”Two hours later my truck was not even started.Mgr. told me “we had other customers” even as I explained it was her staff that told me yesterday and again that morning that I would be serviced and done by “10:30-11:00”.The manager has trouble listening and argued about how busy they were, despite their assurances to me on both days!She is a terrible person to represent any business and their word can’t be trusted.

Eager Beaver used to be our go to place for a car wash because they did such a great job. NO MORE! I just paid for the Full Service #1 PLUS wash and had to come home to wipe my interior with a damp cloth. Nothing fancy and they werent super dirty, but the seats, doors and console needed to be wiped off. Im not even sure they cleaned my windows! Gone are the days of opting to get a nice coat of ArmorAll and leaving there with a sparkling shine. If your seats need more than simply dusted you now need to make an appointment with their detail center -- and add $60 to your price. And if you call to tell Scott the manager of your dissatisfaction, hell laugh at you. We will not be returning and will never recommend them to anyone.

I paid $43.00 at this place and had to bring it back because it wasn’t cleaned. Then they had the nerve to say I didn’t pay to have the doors cleaned. They cleaned the car again but it’s still not a $40 job. There are other places that cost less and are better. I tried this for the third time and it was still low quality

This is the worst experience I have ever had in a car wash, they charge $40, to wash and vacuum your car, they do not wipe down the seats, or inside the door handles on the doors, all windows are filthy, covered in water spots.., I asked the man for a rag to wipe my seat down, and he replied, that is detailing, we do not offer that, in the wash.. The purchase you made, does not include these request.. REALLY, you charge me 40 dollars..who in the world charges $40 for a car wash but doesnt wipe the windows down inside, and out.. But vacuum the floor, but not the seats.. Filthy and Disgusting...

I have been going here for years. They used to be 5 star all the way. When I went in today, they only vacuumed half of my car. They skipped the back seat all together. They ran the car through the car wash but did not dry it off. There are streaks from the soap everywhere.When I called to make a request to have it recleaned, at 340 pm, Judy said we close at 4. We will see you tomorrow. It was a rather terse and rude response. I will return and hope for better service one last time.

I tried scheduling the Ultimate Detailing package over the phone. I mean, how many times does it happen to this business to have someone calling in trying to schedule a $270.00 Service?I hung up, because there was just no way to go back and forth with the front desk…instead of talking to the detailed.Frustrating to be told ‘first come first serve’I was going to spent almost $300 Dollars there,had they just been able to accommodate.

Used to be a fantastic place to visit! However now they barely dry off your car and I have noticed the soaps they use leave streaks on my car. I have a 2010 Ford Focus which I take good care of. Just not happy when I have to head home and buff my car and basically re wash it every time to get the streaks out.

Understandably busy day before easter . Had a complete car wash Asked the gentlemen to please vacuum my soft top convertible. In a nasty tone of voice told me they dont vacuum roofs. When I specifically asked the gentleman that logged me in if they did and he said yes they do. The cashier was very pleasant. Bigger beaver needs to realize theyre not the only car wash in Fort Myers. And Im not a tourist I live here.

I stopped going here. I was noticing that they were not doing a good job, my floor mats were always wet, they were not drying the interior jam of the hatchback, or the small window below the spoiler was never cleaned, the lower portions of the car always had water drops not wiped, even with the monthly vip membership, the service lagged. The end of service you walk through the wet leaves & puddles of water in the customer pick up area to step into the supposed to be cleaned car and all that debris stuck to your shoes comes with you. All of these things have simple solutions to bring value to the customer, however, after taking note of these fails and bringing it to their attention over the last 45 days of membership, I was still getting the same low quality service. I dont recommend.

HORRIBLE AND SLOPPY SERVICE and that was on a “re-do” second follow-up visit.When your car is retrieved under the canopy, it is difficult to see on dark exterior/interior. However, the moment we pulled from under the canopy, the water spots, streaky windows, and poorly vacuumed interior were obvious. We called and spoke to someone who offered for us to come back. I shouldn’t have to spend this kind of money to come back twice, but accepted their offer and hoped for better service.We just went back and AGAIN, the car is poorly “done” even with a manager. We just spent several minutes asking for a window to be wiped, water spots to be dried, and car seats to be vacuumed. The service is still only mediocrely completed.We drive from 30 minutes away because this car wash used to be the best. I don’t know how the service became so poor. Our vehicle is a 2020 and really doesn’t require much effort to be completed correctly. We will NOT be returning. Hopefully, a different member of management or the owner sees this review.

Have been coming here with my parents since before I could drive- then brought my own car for five years. I’m back in town and I don’t even think they cleaned my interior. Super disappointed! Asked them if I could borrow a rag to clean out the cup holder and the guy insisted he do it for me then didn’t even clean anything but I felt badly asking again. Maybe they’re too busy during season but definitely feels like I just país $40 for my mats to be vacuumed

My family have utilized their services at the Fort Myers location for several decades. During our most recent visit, the manager saw us investigating scratches left by a vehicle in a bump and run. The manager took it upon himself to grab a solution and hand rub several of the scuffs; he effectively removed the transfer color from several larger scratches. Wow!We are always impressed by the level of customer care received at Eager Beaver and recommend them to anyone wanting full-service car washing or detailing services.

The service at the car wash has been very good and I have been a patron for many years. My issue is with the unlimited club. I cancelled the subscription three times before they cancelled it on their end at the corporate level but kept billing my credit card. The response I received from corporate was we are unable to credit back the charges. Of course, they could but they held firm and refuse to credit the charges for services not requested or received.

Unfortunately we asked for detailing and shampoo since we spilled coffee and just traveled. But instead have stained white seats, no wipe down, and didnt clean coffee. Not sure what they did.

We live literally up the street from them. We have used them twice for a complete car wash. Both times were just awful’ very rude staff and the quality is terrible! It’s just a meat market ( for vehicles). All about just pushing the vehicles through and making $$$$. They’re are many very good car washes available here... we will not support them again or recommend them .

Just got a new hood put on my car a week ago. The autobody shop detailed it. Took it to get a wash at eager beaver to get rid of some sprinkler water stains and after the wash I noticed a dent in my hood so I went back to tell them what happened. As im sitting there I hear them on the radio saying DENY IT! DENY IT. spoke to the assistant manager and she said it wasnt there fault maybe it was the autobody shop that just put a new hood on my car. Not only did they dent my hood, they put swirls throughout my car. Didnt even offer to give me my money back for the wash, just gave me the number to a dent removal company. Extremely dissapointed!

On my first initial visit I had a major misunderstanding with their employee! I did not know I was signing up for automatic withdrawals from my bank account! After the first wash I had decided never to go back again due to the poor cleaning process....lots of water strains on my vehicle and not a thorough cleaning! No big deal I just wont go back! When I did realize my account was withdrawn I immediately called and spoke with a very nice young lady who was able to help me stop any further payments! When I inquired about the refund since I had not been back there I was given a corporate number I called and spoke to another yet nice young lady who told me no refunds were available due to their policy! Im just asked out! Please dont make the same mistake I did.

They shut my car door and locked my key inside my car. They had to drive me home to get my second set of keys. There was no Apology and nothing to accommodate me for the added 30 minutes and it took because somebody shut my car door and locked my key in my car. Unacceptable!

Not a very good setup I found if you just want an exterior wash you have to wait on the cars in front of you to be cleaned by hand.

I have used Eager Beaver for about 10 years as a snow bird and was always happy . However, this November .when my older Mercedes SUV came out of the car wash damaged. The back plexiglass on both side of the Rear door frame were cracked and one came off entirely.The manager was not helpful and declined responsibility. Basically said well my car was old. After he already said the panel came off in the car wash to denying it was there fault.This escalated to saying that the had to review film. Then asking for my license to file a report to headquarters. He was acting like a police officer.It almost came to a bad ending. I just left and I will never go back.Clearly, it was something that hit my car and took off and cracked the plexiglass panels.Beware of this car wash

They did a decent job of cleaning our Rogue but missed alot of dirt on the exterior. Rims and around the hatch. Very busy though. Might be back.

Again .... went to this car wash. People running around from car to car not knowing what the other person did. Paid 40 dollars to basically run my car through the wash. They didn’t wipe the dash or console or cup holders at all. Sand was still all over the place. I took it back,they wrote on the ticket to do it again. My car was the only one there. When they got done this time the dash STILL wasn’t even wiped off. Their only instructions we’re to wipe the dash and console. I’ll find another car wash. 40 dollars and driving back and fourth isn’t worth it. Mind you this has happened several times now. Good luck.

Great value and end product. If your a stickler like me, bring a chamois towel and pull into the lot to the left of the exit to get into the crevices like your side view mirrors, door handles (to get rid of the running mascara look that happens from the drips from handles) as well as other nooks and crannies your vehicle may have pooled water that will run off as you drive away and leave streaks.

We use to come here every weekend. The cleaning detail has gone down major since first coming, anyways when you just have something on auto pay you keep going.There always seems to be issues with membership. We have been there many times with arguing over coupons or memberships and finally experienced it. When going to renew our membership they had us “sign something quickly” to just get a new sticker and changed our plan to $60 for “superior cleaning” they have never waxed my tires or done anything in that new plan. We do always have to read what we sign but when you are there every weekend you trust them when they tell you they just need signatures for a new sticker.Either way it’s a time for a change because the cleaning is not great anyways especially on the inside of the car.When resolving these issues it was a terrible experience, but customer service is just not there anymore now a days anyways better to cut your losses and move on.

Poor quality!!! I got the Full Service #1 for $29.99 and they didnt clean my center console, steering wheel, or driver side door. And, there was still dirt on my driverside floor mat like they missed vacuuming altogether. It took an additional 7 minutes for one of the washers to finish after mentioning the things that were missed! Just terrible. Go somewhere else!

Not particularly satisfied with the service that was performed. First, my vehicle was not finished by the time stated on my order, but they were busy and I can understand that. However, Im extremely disappointed that my trip to the car wash resulted in an SRS warning light on my dash that wont turn off. I drove all the way home without the security of knowing my airbags would deploy in an accident. Now I have to go to a dealer/mechanic to diagnose the problem and find out what happened to my car while it was in the hands of the car wash employees.Update: I go to check out my car a few hours later and now I see huge brown stains at the bottom of my seats. You have to be kidding me. What kind of garbage did they use to clean my seats? Going back tomorrow to demand a refund or that my seats be properly cleaned. This is ridiculous.

Sad to say that this place is not as good as it used to be. I took my car on Saturday and I had to clean the inside when I got home. It seems like nobody wiped down the drivers side. Not the first time something like this happened. Will be looking for a new place.

I payed for a full detail and got a poor job, receive my car with dirt marks on the outside, the inside was poorly vacuumed and doors and cup consoles were not wiped when it was part of the service in which I payed. Never going back.

All in all a good car wash. Im normally in and out in under 20 minutes and I dont have to do anything myself.

Quite disappointed. This was my favorite car wash. Its close to my house and staff members are always pleasant. I didnt even think twice where to go when decided to get my car detailed. I PAID $280 and the result was definitely not what I expected. It took 40 minutes longer than promised, but itd be ok if they did a good job. I specifically asked about the carpet (I had a few spots I wanted to get rid off) and if the trunk lid/door would be cleaned. The carpet was cleaned, but the trunk lid was dirty. Also, all four places where the doors touch the car were dirty. No one even touched them. I had to point it to the guy, and yes, he sprayed and cleaned in front of me, but you can still see the smudges and streaks of dirt. Would not recommend getting a car detail here.

Paid $37 for a wash, specifically asked them to open up the back of my Acura and vacuum, not done but the team out front once it goes thru the wash cleaned the glass. Asked for air freshener, nothing. Hour wait......

They do I good job, but yesterday they forgot to vacuum the back of my SUV, we went to the beach a couple days ago plenty of sand in the back.. dont know how they missed that

I would appreciate your having a lane for exterior washes. I waited in line for 30 minutes this morning while the attendant completed a full service on two cars ahead of me. You do a great job, but I only had time for the exterior wash. Please consider having an exterior lane only to help those of us in a hurry.
