These people are great!! they gave me a good wash and AMAZING detailing for only 25$!! so happy with their work and customer service, definitely coming back and telling my friends about the place, couldn’t have been better! they took good care of me and my car so this will for sure be the main place i take my car!

Edit: went back later the same day and the attendants gave me another wash for free. To be honest, my car still has water spotting and a film that may just require some elbow grease. Satisfied with what an automatic wash can offer anyway.Got an $8 wash. My car is still dirty. I guess it cant get off whatever pollen spots were on my car, but is that too much to expect? It shouldve at least tackled the grime on the drivers window. Disappointed.

I was very surprised and how well their theyre cleaner clean my rims they look like new once again, the car wash cleaned my car Ill definitely fo back every time I need the car need a wash. They will shut the vacuums off on you at 5pm even though it’s advertised that they close at 7pm, without a courtesy heads up. Car wash is decent for the price.

Fairly decent free vacuums. Multiple wash options. Vacuums are prior to wash entrance. Wash empties onto US41 so if side mirrors need to be adjusted or the back window wiper sleeve that the attendants slip on doesn’t fly off during the wash (mine did)- there is really no place to stop and fix them. It would be helpful if there was an attendant at the exit to help with this. It would also be an appropriate place for a tip jar that would likely get more action.

Our puppy had just gotten sick on our brand new truck... we brought it into Smart car wash immediately and Dennis was very understanding and went above and beyond to help us clean it out. He even gave us a complimentary car wash when he shampood our seats!! He did an amazing job vacuuming and interior cleaning. So beyond pleased with this place; 5 stars aren’t enough. Thank you guys!

They did a very good job detailing my car i did an interior detail and a seat shampoo which only was $50 my only complaint is that they didnt miss a couple spots but overall i will give them a 90%I will definitely come back i will just make sure that there were no spots missing next time

I go to this car wash about once a week to wash our Company vehicle and they do a great job. Went last week and the guy working was smoking a cigerette while washing my vehicle and getting ashes all over my car. Very unprofessional and i called the manager and said he would address the employee. He didnt seem to much about my buisness and cut me off.

Left some streaks on the car, not worth 20.00.

I was traveling out of state. I stop by this car wash to get my couple of months old truck washed. It wasnt until a day later on my travels that I looked at my truck and it had a lot of scratches on the paint, Hood, roof, tailgate and both sides. Some of the scratches on the hood and roof are through the paint. I would never ever go to this car wash if I were you.

There is not a standard for the service, it doesnt matter how much you pay. If you buy the $5 Wash, sometimes the guy upfront uses pressurized water to help clean your car before the wash, sometimes he doesnt, sometimes he puts the plastic protector on your back wiper blade, sometimes he doesnt and you almost lose your back wiper blade. The machine that was supposed to clean your rubber mats doesnt really do anything. But its still affordable than some other places.

My car had tons of bugs and was extremely dirty and its black... Came out looking great!!

Phonaminal service! Fast, car was thouroughly cleaned and the bugs removed like *snap*. Highly recommended for a quick wash! I got the $12 package with the bug remover and couldn’t be happier.

This is just what the sign says a $5 wash. Do NOT pay extra for the works/extra treatment. What a joke. I saw the attendant scrubbing a vehicle in front of me, cleaning off bugs. When it was my turn that did not happen, so I inquired being new. The attendant informed me that service is on more expensive washes. Well I just fell into ther trap...I just paid $12 for a wash hoping they put some effort into my front grill and side mirrors. What a rip off, they barely sprayed it. If I go back its $5 only and Ill know what Im getting.

I think most people could get confused with the process, see all the different packages, push all sorts of buttons, not get what they need, then drive through the machine thinking someone was going to do there wheels or vacuum the interior.... It gets lost in communication, people dont want to wait, just want the cheepest. I went there to compare the 8$ I spend at self service place with the overhead hoses, brushes, switching the machine to foam, soap ect.... Its worth not having to run around the car, getting wet, putting in more quarters. Plus... FREEEE VACUUUMMMS!. All I have to actually do is vacuum the interior.

Went to have interior cleaned. Was told after purchase that vacuumes were not working due to “electrical”. When asked for a refund as I was really there for the interior, he acted as though he didn’t understand English. Also acted as though he didn’t understand when I asked where I could go to vacuum interior. I also suggested they put up notification that their vacuums were down, to which he kept repeating “electrical down”. Car wash was mediocre at best. Not worth the money.

Not true to business hours! This is the second time I show up and the business is closed. I came early Monday morning before 8 and by 9 it still didnt open! I eventually had to leave because I had to work. I come in Monday evening and its closed when online it says its closed at 7. I was there at 5:44 pm.
