I have brought my car here for years but this is the last time they will get my business. Not one offer to up charge me and finish cleaning my car. Instead they would rather just do a quick run through the machine and take my $30. I don’t expect a full detail for this money but I sure don’t expect to be able to wipe things off with my finger tip. Shameful shameful shamefulNo one offered to make it right, therefore I’ll either wash it myself for now on or locate somewhere else to take the business of my three-car family

Staff was friendly, but service was very slow. I saw a help wanted sign on door. More staff would help speed up service. The inside of my windshield was smeared which was noticeable during the daylight hours.

Made an appointment to have my car detailed. I dropped off my car and got a call about an hour later that they were going to close early, and did I still want my car detailed. Then another call about how they wont do cloth seats. Then another call about how they wont do the floor mats. Finally I got a call about how the car was dirty so it was going to cost more, after they had just told me how they werent going to clean most of my car.

This establishment is anything but FIRST CLASS. It should be named WORST CLASS. On 9/23/19 we brought our SUV in for a complete detail, inside and outside. When we got home from picking up the car, we noticed that the painted on pin stripes on both sides of the vehicle were damaged. On one side about 1/4 of the stripes were missing, and on the other side 3/4 of the stripes were missing. We returned on 9/24/19 to alert the establishment of this. The vehicle was brought in with the stripes on both sides intact, yet the employees claim that they were not the ones that damaged it. We were told by an employee that they would contact the owner of the establishment about this and we would receive a phone call back. We did not receive a phone call on 9/24 nor on 9/25. We then went back to the establishment on 9/25 and a employee stated that they spoke to the owner and that the owner apologizes but there is nothing they would do. In essence, we were called liars. The owner would not speak with us or return our call. How can a so called reputable business not accept responsibility for damaging a vehicle, and refuse to speak to a customer .This is a very unscrupulous business and owner. A prime example of profit over doing what is right and being accountable. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Not only did we pay 334.41 for a service, but now we also have to pay for damages that they did. Stay away from this business.

It was OK, nothing to write home about. Fair price. Exterior looked clean but not interior. Vacuuming job was not up to standards. I dont know if I will give them another chance.

Would not reccommend. I paid $25 for wash and shine package. My car looked like it hadnt even been cleaned they did a horrible job vacuuming (it looked like someone just took a rush buster to my car...) and there was still bird poop and leaves on my car almost like It hadnt even been washed. I now am going to go back out and do it myself. I dont normally write negative reviews but the work they did was so bad I hope no one else wastes their money.

Staff is less than intelligent and think that directing the lines of cars makes them POLICE OFFICERS! The owner is pleasant and accommodating but the empowered police directing were in line you should be, need to be fired! The girl in her 20s blonde haired needs a serious attitude adjustment! I will never go back to them for any reason even though they are a stones through from my house. I would suggest Eager Beaver on US 41, Cleveland Ave.

Whoever owns this business need to go Back to school and learn how to treat customers! Worst service I’ve ever seen. Get in my car to find out there’s a scratch on my dash go right back in to be told that “ITS NOT ARE FAULT” If I was ever a business owner I would help a customer with a problem or a complaint instead of say ITS NOT ARE FAULT, FIRST CLASS CAR WASH LEARN HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS!

Been going here since 2012, mediocre wash, occasionally outstanding, with coupons it’s worth it. Happy with service until last week, completely my fault, I had an antique Puma knife in center console that disappeared. Deciding not to visit again and I wasn’t going to call them ... what are they going to do? I decided, having nothing to gain or any expectations, that I’d inform them of the theft. The female owner told me “look again for it I’m sure you’ll find it. We don’t steal”. I tried to explain that I was simply calling to notify them and she instructed me to look under my seats and call her when I find. Her defenses were up so I ended the call. Grossly disappointing but I should have known better.

This place was amazing and compared to Indiana (where Im from) prices are awesome! Windows seem great except when they fog up then they seem smeary and circly where they washed them. And they didnt sweep out my trunk one place I really wanted done from all the beach stuff being in there.

I take my car there to be cleaned all the time, and while I feel the service is fine, like all car washes Ive ever been to, they dont ever do an exceptional job. This last time I had several black streaks on my car when they gave it back to me. And then I feel bad having to ask them to clean things they missed all the time (but I do). For $27 they should have more attention to detail.

Had a full detail completed on my SUV. I pulled up to the front and asked how much it would be. The guy there said $169. They took my vehicle and the receipt and did the detail. To be fair they did a pretty good job on the detail. However, when it came time to pick up the vehicle, the price had suddenly jumped to $209. I told the man at the desk that the guy out front said that it was $169. He pointed to a sign and said that it was $169 or more for larger vehicles. He then pointed to the receipt (which they kept when I dropped the vehicle- not me) where it said $209. Feels like bait and switch to me.

Just left this car wash ! DO NOT GO! I PAID FOR THE MOST EXPENSIVE WASH TODAY. If I could give it ZERO STARSI would.! When my car was returned to me the interior remained dirty with light grime on doors where we handle them frequently to open / close. Dash only was wiped off. Right side of windshield remains dirty. Left side clean. Console and front of dash remains dusty and light dirt from handling. Steering wheel remains grimy. I stopped and talked to girl at register and girl processing payment at the start. Neither of them seemed to care. I was told that by paying for the most expensive wash only the outside of car is focused on. Except they sweep interior and wipe top of dash board off. Huh????? What kind of logic is that ? Plz, forget this place. I will go just across bridge on Cape Coral Pkw. They are professional, caring, and most of all through .

Dont ever come back and show your face here again is what the owner of First Class Car Wash said to me.All I asked her to do was honor her posted price of $125 to buff and wax my car. She said she had to charge me $150 because may Scion xB was an SUV.The Scion xB is a subcompact car, according to the automotive industry.I pointed that fact out, she refunded the difference, and told me Dont ever come back and show your face here againMust be nice to have so much business you can run off customers when you get caught screwing them.

A terribly ran business, the manager should be let go... Heres why.I had 2 hours between programs to get the interior cleaned. Front seats & carpet. Not the rear. Quoted a price $60 and 2 hours. I was given a receipt for $60. The nice nice girl even made a phone call to confirm it can be accomplished in 2 hours. Now I wait in line & after some time am approached by a man who questions what I want. Tells me it will cost more, then twice reaches for my receipt pulling trying to pull from my fingers. Tells me no no. It will cost $89. With hesitence I say ok, lets do it. He says no no, its SUV so $10 more. I say ok. He then says no no, it takes 4 hours. Enoughs enough, Im leaving but now have to wait in line to get out. This man (I now know) is the manager. Dont come here!
