I know this is a very late review, but I just want to say yall have a great team especially the young man named Isac! He is a very thoughtful, respectful, and caring person. My husband and children go to the car wash every morning before school and he is always there with a smile and give the kids a thumbs up. My kids are always so excited to see him and say hi. My son always makes sure he sees him and waves. He is such a thoughtful young man, one day he asked my husband if he could get the kids a candy bar. My husband said yes. So a few days later, Isac surprised them with their favorite candy bar, completely wonderful young man. Thank you very much for being so kind Isac!

TOMMYS EXPRESS is so convenient for everyone. Their mat cleaners did an excellent job on my car mats. Staff is so knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I love the monthly plan where I can get as many washes in a month for 1 low price. Its kept so clean and they are organized. Love that you can use their many vacuum stations and take care of your nice clean car after the wash.

My boyfriend goes here to wash his SUV, they give access to the vacuums for free. And they are set up to be easily accessible with a hose on each side. The car wash part does a really good job on the outside of the vehicle. .

Didn’t see how horrible of a job the $16 wash did until I got back to work on a friday. I called over the weekend and “there’s nothing they can do because I left after the wash”. Spoke with the manager and he had nothing but awkward silence and insincere apologies. Absolutely horrible customer service and way too expensive when the whole left side of my car is striped wot. DIRT! Will not be using or recommending again.

It does OK....been through better car washes locally that do a better job but wife bought a monthly subscription here and it is where she goes.

I have never had a car wash so quick and end up that well. The courtesy vacuums are a huge bonus. A little bit of a wait for them but worth it with how quick the wash is.

This car wash looks cool, but it washes as good as a hard rain. I paid for the most expensive wash, and after the wash my car still had bugs on it and dirty wheels. I do not recommend spending your money here.

Went there for the first time today and purchased their best wash. This is after their 3 step wheel cleaning process. All 4 wheels look like this.

Had a monthly membership and have been loyal customers for months at this car wash. DO NOT COME HERE unless you want scratches on your car. My Honda Accord has unexplainable scratches on it, but my boyfriend just left with two new scratches on his car. He notices any mark on it, and the shift manager would not take responsibility for it because “they’re a franchise” and “it didn’t just happen to the car before” him . Also just paid for the membership 2 days ago, and couldn’t get a refund because he renewed it with cash at the wash. Very disappointing because it seems like the owner wants this place to run smoothly, but this is just wrong. The least he could’ve done was refund the $20 so he can go to a different wash. Don’t own a car wash if you can’t take responsibility for damages which CAN DEFINITELY happen. That’s the liability you take on when you open a car wash, so they need to do better measures when it comes to this. Will be in contact with corporate.

This car wash is great, free vacuum, free floor mat cleaning. The best part is the subscription service, you pay 1 flat fee, that is billed monthly comes straight out of your account, and you can run thru the car wash 2 times a day if you wanted to. I have to drive by dailey, so it was a no brainer for me, my vehicle is always clean inside and out now. The kids love helping me vacuum, this is the only time I can get them to clean anything soooooo thats good.

The 20 dollar was does a pretty good job of cleaning but just as with suncoast car wash it leaves bugs on the front bumper and isnt great at drying your car fully.

Middle of the road price and machine clean - your basic machine wash place quick run through thatll miss spots, leave your wheels still dirty, and still plenty of bugs stuck to your car if its pretty dirty. Quick, average priced wash for a quick run through.

We were not made aware by staff that they close at 8pm. We were there at 7:58pm and paid for the $16 wash but 10 seconds into the vacuuming it shut off. We expect to get what we paid for which includes a vacuum. Very disappointed. All they said its a corporate policy. So swe had to leave without vacuuming.

From the clear and easy to read signage to the staff this was a great place to get my truck washed. The attendant was very friendly and explained the service i would be receiving. Once i pulled up for my wash the second attendant pointed out that some debris may not come out and if i needed i was more than welcome to run the truck through again ( disclaimer: I purchased the works monthly for $35.00). unlimited washes for the month. I recommend this for the person who wants a clean vehicle and not have to waste all day waiting at some other places. Plus on a side note the vacuums have very strong suction.

I love this place, the staff is always smiling they go out of there way to make me and my family welcome they wave to my grandchildren when they are in the car with me. I’ve have my brand 2020 mustang for 2 months and because it’s a black car I’ve been getting a car wash twice a week from Tommy’s. I unfortunately have to cancel my membership. The scratch’s from the car wash are so noticeable. The pictures don’t give it much justice. In search of a no touch car wash.

I wash my camaro on a regular basis and I moved to the area and was trying to find a new car wash location so I decided to try this one out. However, I will not waste another $20 there it was not worth the money. There was still dirt along the side of the car and the hood and no tire shine was done as I paid for.

Does not take little droppings from trees and animals off...Vacuum cleaner no pull. Will not come back.

This is the best car wash. It is all glass so it is bright not dark. My car comes put looking new. I know I am getting a good coat of wax because when it rains the rain beads right up. I will be a member for life.

This wash is so professional and the staff is amazing I arrived to the wash with my car covered in black spots. The manager his name was Ray came to the window and explained that we will do our best to get your car clean, he would slow the belt down to load the car up with detergent. After I washed he met me in the vacuum area to look at the car. He told me we got most of it off but he did not want me to leave until he got our car clean. So he offered us to go wash again for free and he would slow the belt again. We washed and the second time our car was clean. Ray went above and beyond for us and was so professional as he took the time to help us.. I was so happy that I joined the works monthly club and he gave me $10.00 off our first month. This is the best wash ever.

3 weeks into using this car wash and I am a satisfied customer. I went ahead and got into the monthly membership. I think its worth it. I can wash my vehicle as many times as I want. Car wash does a great job ob and staff is veey friendly. I recommend this place. At least try it out once if youre skeptical.

Been thru Tommys twice and excellent wash both times! Although hesitant to run my C6 Convertible at first, Ive seen C7 and today a new C8 run thru the wash come out showroom clean! Keep the AC on, cuz the even to soap smells like air freshener! Good job to staff and tunnel crew!

1 star only because zero stars unavailable.Their car wash ripped a piece off my vehicle and broke my bumper. Staff member brought me the piece and claimed “scratches” show it was damaged before I arrived. No response from management. Rude and very unprofessional. I will never use again. I do not recommend.

Their automated car wash does a great job cleaning your car and I love that they power wash the bugs off the front of your vehicle before your wash (especially during love bug season). Also, the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Scratched my roof! Harsh chemicals, highly doubt i even get the premium qualities i supposedly paid for because you can clearly see not all the soap comes out of certain areas. I cancelled my subscription because i am very unhappy with the outcome.

I payed for the under carriage and tires but it didnt do a good job at all...who knows what you get for what you pay for.🤷‍♀️ had to wait a while too.

I never knew this place was here. I always take 82 to beat traffic in the morning and at night so I barely ever come down Colonial. Theres something relaxing about drive through car washes. If youre having a bad day, just go through the wash.(Idk about you guys but it always relaxes me.) Anyways, between the morning dew and calcified water from sprinklers drying up on my car, its annoying having to hand wash every few days. I was surprised when I got out after the wash and didnt see any spots. The only thing I regret is not getting the membership. I will definitely be back for that soon!

Ive been to this car wash once. Paid the 20$ for the #1 and there are circular scratches ALL OVER my car. Do not use this car wash. You might not be able to see some of them thru the pics. They are really noticeable in person so ive called the number a couole times and have yet to get in touch with the person stated in their response. He is never there when i call and doesnt return my calls. Idk if the employee isnt giving him my info or what but nothing has yet to be done

The car wash itself was really quick, I picked the #1 works and even joined as a member. I think I went through the entire car wash in about 2 minutes if that. I guess it washed the car good now if I received everything else listed under that package not sure since again my car was pulled through the car wash in about 2 minutes.The vacuums are the worst. Almost no strength I had to keep going over the same spot repeatedly and the sand and dirt was barely being lifted.You’re better off paying the $1.75 for the gas station vacuum instead of becoming a member here. I feel I got shafted.

My friend has told me many great things about this wash. I decided to give it a try and was very impressed!! The staff were very respectful, understanding, & well informed. The manager was also very respectful and explained in detail about the plans to assure me that their number one priority is to keep me satisfied!!! Amazing washes with amazing prices. Will definitely become a member!!

I do not write reviews but I felt I should for the first time and the main reason was the staff that worked at this wash. They went above and beyond to make sure I understood how the wash worked. Then the manager on duty his name was Ray asked one of the guys to go out to my car and show me how to use the vacuums and Matt washers. They where so polite, I wanted to tip them but the staff told me they do not except tips. The biggest tip you can give us is tell a friend how we treated you. So too all this place is top notch.

We’ve been here twice now and the van looked great after both washes!

Fast and freindly place

Their car wash bent my license plate as I told management he refused to reimburse or use the company insurance for the damages. Wasn’t interested in giving me the name of the owner and told me there was nothing we can do. The older employee running the machines in the office reimbursed me immediately. Still have to buy new license plates however. The manager showed very unprofessional management skills, I would consider promoting the older gentlemen who still disagreed somewhat but didn’t think twice about refunding me. FYI they make you pay first and then have the contract conditions just before you enter the car wash. I drive a Maserati so I’m rather disappointed.

They are a good car wash I will be back

Literally the worst place on earth, you’re better off washing your car yourself the staff is rude and unprofessional, if your car is not already clean they will refuse to wash it, they will try to high-pressure upsell you into additional products and generally treat customers as if they were second rate. There’s another car wash, that is amazing, less than a mile and a half further down the road.

This place is nice and new and clean. The attendant was very friendly. The prices were pretty reasonable for the area. My only gripe is that the vacuums in the row furthest away from the building are very weak. It is nearly pointless to try and vacuum over there. I hope they can get the suction turned up over there. Otherwise it was good!

I started to go to the new Tommys Express because it was close to home and have found that the $8 wash is more than worth the money.

I stopped at the Tommy’s car wash today to see what they offer, I stopped in the office an I meet with Ray he was very professional and polite. I told him I had a few bad experiences at others washes. He took the time to explain how this wash worked and explained the wash prices and clubs. I purchased the works wash and washed my car. My car looked amazing when I was done. I used the free vacuums and mat washers. I was so impressed with this wash I went back in to join the club. I was prepared to pay the full price for the club. Ray took the time to explain to me that since I purchased the top works wash I could join the club and get 30 days free before I had to pay. This guy was so good at his job, I plan to tell all the guys back at my community about this great wash and this guy Ray who went above and beyond. Top notch place. 10 stars

I just purchased the works wash monthly club I was planning on paying the full price but when I asked for it at the window I was told they had a promotion and they told me my first month would be $10.00 off this is a great deal for just $25.00 I could get the $20.00 works wash unlimited for 30 days. This was a great deal and this wash is so clean and amazing whenever I wash you see the staff always clean and sweeping this place is amazing I wish I could give them 10 stars

I just used this wash and my Jeep looks great I have fat wide tires and it fit without any issues. The staff is amazing. When I was done I went to the office to ask about there club plans the staff was super friendly and took the time to explain everything. I purchased the top works wash plan. I washed my Jeep again just because I liked this wash. I am now a member and will be back

I am new to Lehigh, and I visited this car wash around two weeks ago. It was my first visit, and on that day, I mistakenly bought a 1- time car wash instead of a monthly subscription! And after washing my car, I just went to the office, and they nicely helped me to change the service plan. Adding to it on that day after washing my car, I realized I had a flat tire in my Odyssey! And I tried to fix it, but I didn’t have proper tools, so my car was sliding the jack!! And it was too risky to do a job during that situation. And suddenly, three guys ( Chase, Isac, and Roberto) offers me to help and fixed my tire in just under 5 minutes. And after that, they gave me towels and shampoo to wash my hands. In a nutshell, the staff is very kind, helpful and the overall service is good. They also have vacuum stations and matts washing machine. So overall very enjoyable experience and great service!! Thank you friends!

Its a great car wash

Today I used this wash and it was by far the best I have ever used the staff was super polite. The vacuums worked great and the mat washers were really neat. I like this site so much that I joined there very reasonable works wash club. I Plan to use this wash often now that I am a member

Wow. Im reading all of these reviews where they received 30 days fee when they signed up for the works. I went there in the middle of March at the recommendation of a friend and bought the works while I was there. No mention of 30 days free for me, and now its been a month and because of the COVD19 stay at home request, my car has not been to the wash since then. I will admit that the car wash and their employees are exceptional and they only received the 4 stars because I didnt get to take advantage of the free month. Maybe Ill get to wash my car again someday.
