I have to say that it has been a while since I had been so upset, offended, and angry 😡. I took my whole family to the Sports Clips at Six Mile Cypress by Colonial Blvd. They had partnered with the kids elementary school that 50% of the haircut would go to the schools PTO. As we had booked an appointment we waited for our turn, as we are being addressed by one of the stylists she looks at us stating we only specialize in boys and mens hair, so I look at her to inform her that my sons are boys. She states that she only specializes in short hair and that one of the other stylists would take care of us and that there would be an extra charge for the boys and them both having long hair. Now, mind you we have had multiple haircuts there before, weve never had to pay extra for the boys having long hair. Nor has a stylist ever sounded so discriminating or rude in a place of business where one serves a frequently diverse clientele. I am upset that my sons would be treated this way and I did not stand for it. I can say that Bruce and Allen at the Great Clips in the Forum on the other hand took exceptionally good care of us and treated my boys so well.Sorry I dont do this often, but rant is over.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Kristie should not be cutting hair. Uneven and did not cut to the length I requested. Kristie did everything with little to no effort. And I payed 22 for someone with the skills of a baby to mess my hair up.

New to the area and needed a haircut and this is the place to go! Great haircut and hot towel treatment were just what I needed. Kat was my stylist and I would highly recommend her to anyone, she was very knowledgeable and professional and did exactly what I wanted, plus a friendly and funny personality, you cant go wrong at this place, everyone in this shop was great!

Great place to get a quick, athletic style hair cut in 20 minutes. Appointments easily made on the Sports Clip app. Been very pleased with the hair cuts from Robin. Friendly staff and clean facility.

We then proceeded to the chair where I received a fantastic haircut then a shampoo and a hot towel and topped off with a neck massage! Outstanding experience! Thank you so much! What I liked most about my trip here was the service I got from Alba. She’s amazing, bright and sweet. You need more like her. She’s a great ambassador. I don’t live in Florida and only go there when I visit but she would be my regular barber for sure. She’s awesome!

Sports clips is the only business I take my son to get his hair cut because of Elijah. He is amazing! He takes his time cutting my son’s hair and had patience. I have NOTHING but wonderful things to say about Elijah, and he will still be the only stylist my son will go to! Highly recommend Elijah for kids haircuts 💇 and Sports Clips is a great place too!

I walked in with another customer and checked in simultaneously. somehow they put 5 other people between the 2 of us because they checked in online. terrible service i dont have 2 hours to wait on a haircut

I’ve had a number of good haircuts here but not today. I suspected something odd going on when I saw a male picture with the name Alysia and selected “Next Available”. He ended up cutting my hair and it seemed like he hadn’t been cutting hair for long. Oh well, it’ll grow back.It didn’t help that another customer had brought his toddler in for a haircut and the kid had a long and loud tantrum.

The only downside to their location is parking isnt the greatest. Other than that they are really good

I have been going to this Sport Clips since I move from NJ last year. Today was a great experience being the first day restrictions were lifted. The staff is always friendly and Robyn who I have been going to since using Sport Clips is amazing....Thank you Robyn. It was nice to see the owner was there on this first day of reopening insuring all safety rules were followed. The Salon was very clean and all guidelines were being followed. Everything was cleaned and the stylist wore a mask so I felt safe. Good haircut too. They offered a free MVP upgrade because Id never been there before. She was competent, confident and friendly.

Ive typically gone to the one on the south side of town, but today went to this one. Got a great hair cut by a very professional & friendly stylist. She did a great job - and I got the MVP, which includes shampoo, hot-towel, shoulder massage. Great experience! I used their app on my phone, and it worked perfectly - can check wait time, sign in, and plan your time.

The team did a great job with keeping their workspace and wait areas clean, sanitized for client and guest safety. The wait time was handled professionally, making reasonable accommodations for guests to wait inside or notified while we waited in our car outside. To keep things safe chairs were moved, standing room only inside. Again, this chain did everything necessary to provide a safe and excellent customer experience.

Very clean and professional! All staff wore mask. This was my first visit and I will be going back. Price was great and Tanya did a Great job!

I said I wanted a quarter of an inch cut off of my hair because I am growing it out, she said okay then went straight in and cut an inch and a half off, I specifically asked her to cut almost none off of the top and it was like she was purposefully trying to do a terrible job. Hopefully next time I get someone who listens.

Great value. Great hair cut. I got a hair cut,hot towel treatment,shampoo and scalp message,and a neck and shoulder message. All while watching ESPN. This is what a hair cut in heaven will look like.

They were open! It seems like it shouldnt be a lot to please a customer but these guys were open and accommodated me to the fullest. I am quite pleased at the response time and friendliness of the staff. Will be going again.The only con is that haircuts are pretty expensive here. Expect to pay $21 for a simple haircut but still very worth it.

Haven’t really had much problems with sports clip until this last stop in a few days ago. This last one will be my last. Got a mid way skin fade with a slight trim on top(For a combover) Hairstylists fade doesn’t have a clean transition on either side. One side was really bad. Unfortunately I was running an event and was in a rush to head out and didn’t look. Once seeing pictures from the event...was disappointed. Hairstylist was very nice and I was in and out very quick, but I guess just a lil too quick. Didn’t even get a fade all the way to the skin. Idk if they don’t use blades now. Just another side note.

Everything about Sport Clips is perfect from the online check in to the prompt and very professional service. Always get a perfect cut. Would highly recommend to all family and friends.

Sports Clips of Fort Myers is bee professional about their business. They take sanitization seriously and provide a clean environment. I had the same hair stylist for 38 years before moving to Florida and this team cuts my hair perfectly!

Trish was awesome. I came in about an hour before close to get an MVP and beard cut. She helped me with figuring out what to do with my beard, which I really needed. She also was extremely nice and quick, but not to the point where I felt like I was being rushed. She gave me everything I asked for, and I was very happy with the experience. I will definitely be coming back, since I work right around the corner, and I have already recommended her to my roommates. Thanks Trish!

My hair was 2in on top. Asked her to cut it in half cause i like to spike it. Went to do my hair that night and had several areas still not cut. Thats like basic skills, right? Plus the women in the store do not look like the ones online. Guess I got catfished

My 4 year old son needed a bad haircut fixed and Nicole did a fabulous job but I watched 4 other gentlemen come through and their hair looked really good. All the girls I saw working today seemed to be on point with their craft. Nicole will be our family favorite.

This is a very well run store with friendly staff. Even though it was busy at the time I was able to get seated within just a couple minutes. The person cutting my hair was very personable and gave me a great hair cut and the MVP experience. I highly recommend!

Dont waste your time if you want a quality haircut. They do not take their time. The stylist could not figure out how to cut my cowlick. They do not let you give anything less than a 5 dollar tip, if paying with a debit card. They are not allowed to use a straight razor. Nor did she bother to clean the excess hair off of my face and neck. This was my second visit. Due to my busy work schedule I was not able to get to my regular barber. I feel I gave them a fair chance. All in all I am very dissatisfied and will not return to any sports clips locations.

Michael, the owner was absolutely fantastic!! I performed a job at this location and I immediately noticed that the staff was extra friendly so I got my haircut by Trish to kill two birds with one stone. What a great decision because Infound my new permanent hair cutter person. She not only did a fantastic job but she was not only able to show me but demonstrate a few products to which I was skeptical at first. In amazement the product worked way better than she described and it made my hair more full to cover up the genetic gift of thin hair given to me generously. I had a great experience and highly recommend Trish.

Natalia was very pleasant and did an excellent job cutting my hair.

We arrived close to closing but were met enthusiastically. We had been to a competitor, but they were unclear on when they cut-off the line for the evening and seemed very unhappy we were there. SportClips was the opposite—they were glad to have customers, made the policy clear as people arrived after us, and even encouraged the MVP even though it would keep them there past closing. Tara was my stylist and I will seek her out for my next haircut.

Very clean and friendly environment. Im a female but I go there now because my favorite hair stylist Nichol works there. They dont have the typical ladies hair treatment but you can still get an affordable and great cut. All of the woman were friendly and gave great cuts while I was there.

Ive cut my 3 sons and my own hair for over 20 years. I took advantage of a free promotion. I was pampered by friendly and fun staff. Im hooked! Im going back . . . why bother to cut my own with this great treatment!
