My husband has Long hair and is very particular about the length. His barber cut off more than what was talked about and it was SUPER uneven and there is a spot in the front where it was cut all the way to the scalp leaving not even a quarter inch of hair in that spot. I am a licensed cosmetologist, so I was able to fix it thankfully. The guys really enjoy going to a barber setting for their cuts as my husband wears a handlebar mustache and likes to have it trimmed by a barber. Tim was the name of the barber that cut his hair. The whole time Tim was badmouthing the previous barber who is at a different location. We just think it was extremely unprofessional. Especially since his cut was less than satisfactory. We will make sure to use the McGregor location next time!

I Dont like it 2 times I went and ended up with some bumps in back of my head guess they dont know how to clean their own supplies trynna give people ringworms .. LEARN HOW TO CLEAN YALL MATERIAL .. think twice before you go here people.. or ask make sure they clean it in front of you ..

Javani got to me 15 mins late and that’s normally not a problem but I told him cut a inch off and clean it up and he forgot I told him to cut a inch and left it long then went to gel it. N while I was getting the haircut he would bring up something sexual every few minutes. Never had a bad experience here before but this was very disappointing

Visited this location 2 times for my young boys 8 & 2 and Wicky has been AMAZING each time! The shop is always clean, guys are wearing masks and the haircuts are on point! I was soooo surprised how patient and sweet he was with my 2 year who has never had a haircut. Would HIGHLY recommend this place and Wicky for sure.

Ton has been cutting my sons hair for 3-4 years now. He is always professional and friendly. My son walks out of there looking sharp every time. The other guys there are also very professional when dealing with their customers.

So I got a haircut today and I tell you I walked in with a mask and honestly I was told to take it off there was a guy coughing like nothing nobody was wearing a mask only the barber that was cutting my hair. This place is not clean we in a pandemic and the measurements aren’t there at all. NOT CLEAN

So I tried out this particular barber shop 3 times simply because I dont give one stars lightly. The first time it already felt weird simply because the atmosphere just wasnt there. No sweat. So I told one of the barbers what I wanted and he ended up giving me no sideburns. I was upset but still decided to give them another chance. When I went back I asked for a design. Very unsatisfied due to the fact that the lines were thick and placed in the creases of my neck. Upset but still thought Id try again. I went in today thinking itll be different. They should understand what I want by now. Atmosphere was still sour but hey maybe they liked it straight business and get out. But the last straw was drawn when the barber cut up the back of my neck and I had asked him to fix my sideburns and when he did he didnt even let me have another look before he started putting up his gear. My neck still hurts even now since earlier. I always made sure to tip well but it doesnt look like this shop is right for me. Maybe theyll do better with more gendered patrons.

I forgot the name of the man who cut my hair, but it was my first time in Fort Myers. My entire life I’ve always gotten an even all over or a Skin Fade, but my first time getting a Tapper Cut light was by the guy there. He did a phenomenal job, I really felt fresh and he took his time. I hate places that you’re in a chair for like 5 mins and it feels like nothing was really done. I defiantly recommend this place for a quality haircut. Good vibe, good mix of barbers and seemed really friendly! Worth the 10$ tip

I just tried this salon a week ago, their work I could rate like 50% expectation...I read many comments before going to it. However, I just can say that this salon is not something really professional. They don’t have desk table (i dont see it anywhere), cash pay only( i’m not sure but i see everyone does it), no friendly salutory.About my hair, they dont even let you look at the minor when they cutting it, after all, I just can have a quick look at the minor and did not really that 2 sides my hair are not even( i dont want to check it really much because the technician had someone is waiting)

Sean strives to employ the best which guarantees a first-rate experience for anyone who walks through his doors. If you are unsatisfied, Sean is approachable and will make sure the issue is resolved as soon as possible. I dont write reviews very often, but this one needed to be done. I have been to several barbershops and the way Sean conducts business is commendable.

Everytime I go into these barber shops their customer service is so poor!!! They make me feel like I’m doing them a favor by sitting in their chair! The only one I would go to is the new one in naples! Never had a bad experience there!

I went in for a haircut and a shave earlier this week and was a little disappointed. My haircut and shave were good, but the barber paid more attention to his phone than cutting my hair. I actually sat in the chair for about 10 minutes while he played on his phone before he picked up his tools. Like I said, he did a good job, but you need to attend to your clients. Not your phone.

Man the fat light skin dude in the far back right with the glasses messed my whole hairline up.. I gave it time to grow back but it didn’t so yea 1 star

I just relocated to SWFL and in need of a barber. Heard that TwinCutZ was the best around. I went in for a disconnected undercut and left with a high and tight. I could not believe how the two cuts could get mixed up. I kept it cool knowing there was nothing to do at that point. Just wait it out. Hair will grow back. Once I washed and dried hair, noticed the sides had long hairs sticking out and the back as well. I went back in the next day to request it be fixed. The same barber fixed the sides and went even higher on the sides! At this point, Im asking myself, what is happening?! Barber had no interest in taking care of me the moment I walked in. Either ignore me or pass me off to someone who wants to earn. You represent the brand. Dont take the guest(me) and ruin the experience by you clearly illustrating lack of interest. I speak for myself and am simply sharing the experience I had during my first and last visit to TwinCutZ.

Went in there couple weeks ago for a cut...horrible horrible horrible. Explained numerous times on how I wanted it cut, and its a simple haircut to say the least. I actually felt bad for the barber and left a tip because something need to help out because haircutting was not their calling. Very overpriced, very very poor craftsmanship here. And to those who say its clean there....actually look around at the floors and walls and I will vet your opinion differs. Sorry for a poor review and being negative but you arent professional and haircut was second worse one I have ever experienced.

Ive been going to this shop for almost two years now and every time has been a great experience. Jay does a great job and always asks if everything came out as I requested.

Came in on a Friday. No one greeted me at all. Six barbers available. Only three working. Seems like the other three were on break but are just sitting in the chair. Very sloppy. No clean up between cuts. Just not very good. Only place that is doing a beard line up though. Have to tough it out. Quality has went down since Twin was actually in shop.Edit: ended up leaving after 40 minutes of waiting. One barber packed up and left after saying he may be recovering from covid-19. Awful experience. Will contact Sean to let him know about it.

I wrote a bad review about a year ago and I stopped coming here. The messed up my haircut 5 times. I was truely dissatisfied and disappointed. My brother found a new barber that now works for twin cuts ( junior) he had cut my hair the past 2 times Ive come in and all i can say is hes a truly top notch barber. Im now very satisfied and will continue to come here to see junior for my haircuts.

Atleast there quick with walk ins friendly and most of All RESPECTFUL!!!

Barber didnt know how to cut my sons hair and made a mess on his head, after all the Carnage on my sons hair he still ask if something was wrong?...I will go to a restaurant to get my haircut instead of this place...Stay away from here and go to Twin Cutz on Gulf Coast Center that is the best.

Overpriced! They do a good job on haircuts but they are overpriced for a simple fade no doubt. Check out styles in cape and also i believe they have a Ft.Myers location as well youll save 10.00. $20.00 is how much a fade with tip should be max twincutz is around 30 after tip crazy!

Ive never felt the need to comment on anything online in my entire life. But this was the worst experience Ive ever had. I wouldnt even care if the haircut turned out good. Unfortunately the fade is mediocre at best and the top is more uneven then the Coors light mountains. Im now going to have to buzz my hair with my Norelco beard trimmer which I bought specifically bc of this on the way home at CVS on the clearance rack for 15$.#hethinkhethatstick#SMH
