The team is soo customer friendly that its amazing! I took my son there for both of us to get haircuts and Jill was our stylist who was warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable and clearly an expert at her craft. The salon is big enough to not feel cramped put cozy enough that everybody could have conversations with each other and it felt like a block party :-) my ten-year-old son was very apprehensive about going and Jill put him at ease and made him smile and laugh and she is just overall fantastic! I also want to point out that I realize small businesses are hurting for money due to the virus but Jill was completely honest about what I was trying to achieve with my haircut and recommended that I let my hair grow out rather than giving me a haircut simply so she could make money. The up-front honesty was both refreshing and shocking at the same time :-) this is our new family go to location and I would recommend it to everybody. Definitely want to call ahead and make hair appointment :-)

Craig Craig Craig... i trust no one else. He understands cutting & dealing with thick, curly hair. He understands color and face tones (wont make you a blond no matter how much you beg if it doesnt match your facial tones). Better still, he LISTENS, and offers SUGGESTIONS without just cutting away. Plus he knows how to sense a customers mood (good day, bad day, or leave me alone) and ends up making you smile. And you walk out loving your hair. Trust me, if you have to wait 15-30 minutes for him to finish the person ahead of you, wait. Sooo worth it.

I stopped in at Cost Cutters on a whim after a lousy experience at a different chain salon. I have found my new barber in Craig. Great haircut, pleasant experience, convenient location & hours. I will definitely be back.

I have been getting my haircut at this shop for about 15 years. Im a 63 year old white guy with a predictable hair style. The ladies, and occasional gentleman, that cut my hair are polite, friendly and efficient; without exception. I have never witnessed anything other than courteous and professional service. I am amazed by the previous posted comments as I have never observed any such behavior and always, for 15 years, received quality haircuts from a fun staff at a modest price.

Very friendly, positive shop! Always makes me feel & look better than when I arrived! Heidi is always very positive & keeps the shop running smoothly, with no negative attitudes allowed!! Craig & the other two ladies always have a smile & many laughs ready for you! I recommend it highly to all!!💜💜

Terrible Service! I made an appointment for color and called to confirm it, only to tell me that I wasnt on their books but then I ask for an appointment for 2 pm and they make we wait a long without an apology or anything. My time is valuable!!! They are very rude. I ended up walking out and calling another place that didnt even make we wait.The time before the person I booked the color was sick but they didnt even call me. They made no apologies and made me wait over 30 minutes before being seen by someone else. She was so slow moving she just kept fluffing an older womans hair forever!!!

Called to make an appt. for a cut only and was told that they do not make appt., as they only take walk ins. However, the past two times I walked in I was told that I needed to make an appt. female? answering phone was rude and abrupt. Plenty of other places to go!!

When I first walked in, I wasnt greeted in any way. The woman just stood there and waited for me to say something.Then for the haircut, I specifically said 4 times that I didnt want to look like I had a mullet, and she ended up giving me a worse mullet than I walked in with.when I came back a half hour later to get it fixed, she knew immediately what was wrong, which means she let me walk out knowing full well she didnt cut it right the first time.Would not go back again.

My two daughters received great hair-cuts expeditiously and inexpensively, time and price was great however my only dislike was the comments of the staff and although indiscreet to my daughters it was downright rude to my wife and I. I left a small tip because my daughters were happy but we will never return for fear of speaking our minds next time.

Whomever answers the phone is beyond rude.. Bad business stay away!!
