They were quick, and good but not cheap. Negotiate price in advance so you do not feel like you need a shower after the encounter; The price was significantly higher than it should have been and it is my fault for not getting the price in advance; yes I know they have the tools and the knowledge and deserve to be paid appropriately and I am always willing to do that and all of this was taken in to consideration for this post.

They came and got my grapple truck out of a field and got it to my house 2 and a half hours away and did it cheaper than everyone else I called. Great guys

Do not use this company! They drive insane with clients vehicles on the flat beds along with cut people off! I personally did not use them for the service but how they drive with clients vehicles is completely uncalled for! The driver was completely rude and drove erratic!

My daughter in-law was broken down on I-75, you know how scary that can be! Reliable was so prompt to getting to her. He towed the car to our house and took the time to see what was going on with the car. The owner Robert actually called to check on us the next day. I highly recommend this company!

These guys are the best. Brian and Joe took good care of me. Theyre friendly, courteous and went the extra mile for me. My car was a total loss. When I went to pick up my belongings, Joe reminded me not to forget to take the license plate, which of course I did. I called him the next day and he said he would go to the lot and get it for me. Thats service. These are my guys from now on.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY! The name does not fit the company at all. Very UNRELIABLE is better suited for them! They accepted a request from my insurance to pickup my car. After over an hour of waiting towing company calls me and says oh sorry we dont have a tow truck for your car and we will cancel. They told me my insurance company or you need to find another towing company and they hung up the phone with an attitude.Update: 5 months later. Thanks for your reply but I disagree. First all it was 2 and not 4 tires. The insurance company clearly specified a flat bed tow was needed and your company agreed and then 1 hour after waiting I received a call that no flat bed tow truck was available and service will be cancelled and no option was available and I would have to call insurance again to arrange another tow company.

James came to our rescue when he picked up our family of 4. We were stranded and it was very difficult to find a tow truck that would acomódate all 4 of us. He came quick to get us, drove safe, was kind and even offered us water and asked if we needed to make a restroom stop. Thank you James, you were a life saver!!!

I was on vacation in fort myers, when my old car broken down and i called reliable towing for help. I spoke with Byran and he told me he would have a truck out within 10minutes, to my surprise the truck got there in 7minutes. I was so pleased and happy. This company was very professional and very reliable . i would recommend anyone to this great company

Ended up charging us more than quoted because the driver didnt know how to load the item and it took longer than expected. Would have given five stars but I shouldnt have to pay more for your companies inefficiencies.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!! I broke down exactly two miles from my house. I called and asked for a price they said they couldnt tell me till the end after they had towed it. I just wanted it towed to my house (only two miles away)!!!! I asked the tow truck driver about the price he said the same thing. I cant give you a price till we get there. We get to my house (TWO MILES AWAY) and its $95!!!! Let me repeat $95 to go TWO MILES!!!! Find a different company. I had my car towed by Colonial Wrecker and I went about 20 miles and it was $60. This place is a total rip off and not worth your time!

My car broke down in Fort Myers and I called Reliable Towing. Brian answered the phone. We spoke about the problem with the car and he gave me a 20 minute eta.The driver arrived in 15 minutes.The truck was clean and the driver was knowledgeable......in no time the car was on the truck and everything was taken care of.Reluable Towing your name says it all.Nice work.

Inconsiderate tow truck driver chose to block the middle of a 2-lane drive and blocked traffic both ways for 15 minutes. Had he moved a little to one side or the other, we and other vehicles couldve gone around. Asked him politely to move his truck over before he started loading and he refused, replying that, Its gonna be a little bit. Youre just gonna have to wait and thats all there is to it. Called the number on the side of the tow truck to log a complaint on the driver (which would hopefully lead to future training or instuction on how to not unnecessarily impede traffic???) But owner or manager I spoke to made it clear that was not going to happen.

Worst tow company ever. Drives by and sees wrong truck parked on side of road then tries to get more money for tow. Had they stopped and looked they would have realized they saw the wrong vehicle. Will never use reliable towing for anything. AAA bs company, should have just called A-Budget from the beginning.

Called to get my car towed. They said it would be about an hour. An hour and fifteen minutes later, they called to say about 30 more minutes. Thirty more minutes goes by, they called Ok, on our way. 30 minutes after THAT, they showed up.Hope youre not in any hurry. I dont know why theyd give you a time, then not show up then, or at least within a few minutes.

I had my truck towed and the driver took grate car of my truck the front end fell out from under it the driver new what to do he did not do any damage and took it to my house and put it in garage so it did not look like a eye sore thank you Gil for all the work .Reliable towing rocks thank for everything

Its was a bad day to have your car quit on you, but it was a lucky day I called Reliable towing and have my car towed. They pick up their phone fast, give accurate ETA, ETC, and they were friendly and very nice. There was no hidden cost or whatever additional cost. I was very satisfied about the service and thats one of the reason I wrote this review. Ive used another local towing service before (2 years ago), that was not a good experience...I cant remember the exactly name but its something budget towing, they just want to finish the job and make money, they kinda ripped me off. Thats the reason why I consider much more this time, thank god Reliable Towing didnt disappoint me. Super! :) A++++++

Said it would be $300 Cash only, when he got there.This is 2016 Brian no one is going to have more than a $20 bill on them. This company anything but Reliable.

Pretty much the worst company you could hire. We needed a tow at 3am and some guy answered half asleep and said they would only do it for a 300$ cash. -Which was thier way of saying they werent gonna do it. (Guy sounded half asleep anyway). No one has that kind of cash on hand at this day in age. This company should be called Unreliable Towing. Because they are just that: Unreliable.
