I needed to tow my truck from my driveway to an auto repair shop and of course I wanted it done ASAP.A Budget Towing did just that. I got an automated text from my insurance company that the tow truck would be at my house in 45 minutes.I immediately contacted A Budget for a status and they told me the driver would be there in approx. 25 minutes. (this is getting better!)I hung up with them and their driver immediately called me and told me he was 10 minutes out. (this is outstanding!)Jermaine showed up and was very professional, treated my truck as if it was his and he was very courteous. I told him where we were going and he told me that auto repair shop is right next to their building.A bad start turned out just fine thanks to A Budget Towing and Certified Auto Repair.

I cannot begin to tell you how AWESOME this towing company is. We had a very unique situation where we needed to get a car that had been sitting for a while onto a truck to ship it up north. The shipping company had told me it needed to be rolling but of course since it had been sitting for so long two of the tires had dry rotted and it was impossible to move from the garage it was sitting in. They not only came out and centered the car in the garage (it had been parked about 6 inches from the wall) so we could work on the the tires but then came and towed the car to their yard and helped the driver get the car on his transport truck so it could go up north. I had called around to a bunch of towing companies and this was the only one that took the time to listen to my problem and then say, yes we can fix it! The driver of the car transport was also impressed since they went went out of their way to help him get the car safely onto his transport truck. These guys have earned my business for life!

Would not recommend this towing service at all. Friendly people, but don’t let that fool you. 30 minutes late to pick up me and my car to then find out they are not allowed to give me a ride as a passenger. Wait another 40 minutes for a ride and I still beat them to the drop off location for my car. They decided to pick up a second car and just let me and the dealership wait.

I believe my drivers name was Bubba. He was absolutely amazing. He arrived at my estimated time of arrival which was awesome! I know in towing a simple tire change could turn into a tow and mess up their ETAs and I never expect to actually have my vehicle picked up on time. This company has kind workers who actually care about your vehicle and I cant recommend them enough.

It was 2am. My axle broke in my slammed Honda. I called A Budget and they sent out a driver to me in 45 mins. The PRICE was VERY REASONABLE especially for it being so late in the night and my car is super slammed to the ground. CJ was our tower for the night and took his time with my car and had special tools to help load up my slammed car with NO DAMAGE! He was VERY professional and down to earth guy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND OUR TOW GUY CJ !!

My radiator hose blew on the way home tonight and called my insurance company for my roadside assistance. They Dispatch budget towing who was there in about 6 minutes. Kyle my driver was very helpful and had awsome customers services i explained to him what happened and showed him the problem. He told me what it could be. Because of the best customer service I received from Kyle. I will definitely be saving budget towing number in my phone. Just in case I ever need a tow in the future

I used this towing service through my insurance carrier and I’m so grateful they have them in their network. My estimated time I was given by my insurance company was roughly 45 minutes. However, Billy got here in less than 20 minutes. Needless to say, I was not ready when he arrived and he was extremely patient with me; even after forgetting the keys. My vehicle has not ran in a little over a year and the brakes were frozen. He had to push my vehicle out of its spot which was no easy feat. He was extremely friendly, professional, and very helpful even after he dropped my vehicle off. He came in and let the repair shop know about the breaks and everything. I’m so extremely pleased with his service and would definitely recommend this towing company if you should ever need their assistance.

Irvin was great. He came to tow my In-Laws BMW but before going straight to just towing the car, he tried multiple ways to jump the car and get it started. If I could give the driver a 10 star I would. He was a life saver . My Ford fiesta had a blown tire ...i was scared and nervous and once he got here he made me feel safe and everything was going to be ok. Had no idea all my tires were low! He had no problem checking and putting air in all my tires :) He has a wonderful personality! A hard worker with great motivation to succeed. I am glad Im able to let you guys know.

This company was sent out by my insurance company to assist with removing a flat tire and swapping it with my spare. The wait time given was reasonable and they showed up before estimated. All seemed well at this point. Upon arrival, the tech began the steps to remove my flat tire. A few minutes later, after he got the car lifted and was removing the lug-nuts, he proceeds to tell me there is a special key needed in order to get the tire off and some manufacturers have it for extra safety. I have no clue what this is or what it should look like and he really cant describe it either but I try and locate it within my vehicle. Being that hes the expert in this, not me, I have no reason not to believe him.He then calls back to his office and tells me that without this key that he is unable to remove my tire, Ill need a tow and someone from his office will be calling to inform me of this. After speaking to the office, they want to send a tow truck out right away but I let them know that Ill need to speak with my insurance before making a decision. The tech then proceeds to put the lug-nuts back/tighten them on my flat tire and goes on his way. After calling my insurance, I decide to hold off on a tow as its now almost 7pm on a Friday and most places arent open much longer. A little while later, I get a call and see a tow truck pull up next to my car. I proceed to tell the driver that I informed his office AND my insurance company I didnt want the tow at this time. This was completely unnecessary and a waste of time for them to send him out.Flash forward to the next day, my husband and I decided to go try and change the tire ourselves. We were able to remove the tire with NO PROBLEM AT ALL!!!! There was no key or tow necessary. Thankfully I wasnt on the side of a highway or in a bad part of town when this occurred. I am beyond frustrated with my entire experience and wasted half of my Saturday to wind up doing it myself when it could have been resolved last night.

Dont tell someone youre going to be there in half an hour, then when they call an hour later tell them 20 minutes, then another hour later tell them 30 minutes! Cancelled and got someone there within the time expected. I wish I wouldve called someone else to begin with. Dont make my same mistake. Call someone else from the start.

5 STARS FOR THE DRIVER, but the Customer Service Rep needs to go back to school and learn some customer service skills. That little young girl was rude as rude can be. With an attitude like that she needs to stay home in bed. Maybe you need to screen your people better, after all they the ones that represent your company. The young man who came to assist with towing my vehicle (75 Roadrunner) was quite pleasant and caring. He thoroughly examined the car when loading to make sure there were no other damages once put on the flat bed. Since the steering was the problem, the passenger front tire was shaky as if about to come off. Irving (hope I spelled it correctly 🤔) took extra care in securing the car and assuring all was ok. Blocked the entire road with no regard to public needs. When approached in a polite manner driver was extremely rude and disrespectful. No respect for me as a woman and felt uncomfortable. Recommend training on working with the public.

Had an ETA of 8:32am. Called at 9:07am she says he had to take another one before me and it would be 25 more minutes. Why give a ETA? For $? Not a very good business practice, that $ is more important than following procedure. Will call in 30 more minutes. Highly doubt it will be ready. There goes my flight.

Delay in responding was 2 hours past the scheduled ETA. Dispatcher did not explain the reason or keep me informed. Once driver arrived, service was excellent but no apology or explanation. Quite frustrated!

My husband and I had a great experience on Monday November 25, 2019. The driver was Irvin, he is brand new, from California, and had exceptional customer service.

I had flat tire on I75 and I had contacted allstate the first company said they wouldnt come out on i75 so I called Allstate back and told them about A Budget Towing from a reference I got from a friend they came as soon as I got off phone, prompt,professional service.

Sadly i use towing services pretty frequently since I have an old car. A budget is always the one I call. The drivers always show up within 30 minutes. Courteous service and reasonable rates

This company was picked by my road side assistance program. They arrived 45 minutes earlier than I was told. (Thank goodness it was hot) Driver Chance introduced his self and was very polite, he was very respectfully of the other people in the parking lot that were in a hurry and did his best to accommodate​ them. He had a great personality and definitely helped me to make the best of an otherwise bad day!

Their driver was courteous and helpful but didnt inform me that he was going to stop for two hours before dropping off my car at the dealership. When I called to ask what took so long some female who stated she was in charge was extremely rude and disrespectful and talked down to me like I was some kind of idiot. I made sure to reflect her piss poor attitude in my Ford roadside assistance survey. I wouldnt recommend them to Saddam Hussein.

Was almost hit multiple times by the tow truck pulling a silver 4 - runner today, October 2nd. Sped like crazy and swerved in and out of lanes like a mad man, flinging the front end of the 4-Runner into the other lanes of traffic frequently. Based on this alone I would never use this company if I ever needed towing services and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone else either.

My review is not of their services rendered. My review is of their drivers ability to adhere to laws set upon the road. This particular driver failed to stop at a stop sign.. Then pulled into the center lane on Lee Blvd forcing me to stop abruptly as to not drive onto his flatbed. He then pulled over, got out of his flatbed, with his arms in the air and ROAD RAGE set in with this driver....I called his dispatching office and reported his behavior. The dispatcher would not tell me her name and decided to hang up..... BEWARE

Was quoted $40 for a jumpstart and arrival within 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. Arrived close to 2 hours later and charged $50. Jump start successful but expectations very poor. Would use a different company next time. Guy who came out to do the jump was excellent.

Budget towing just came to my rescue when I was in the middle of a busy road. I called my insurance and 2 other companies and got the same response: An hour and a half to 3 hours. These guys not only charged me a lot less than the other companies, but came within 20-25 minutes. The gentleman was soooo nice and professional. In the middle of my frustration I forgot to ask for his name. THANKS BUDGET TOWING!!!!!

Got charged $83 for 10 miles. The car was not strapped down right. Only one strap and he was driving a snatch truck. I watched this man look for the longest route available. He was rude as hell towards my boyfriend. By the time we got 10 miles to the mechanic the strap had fallen off and was just dangling there. He had to gp around the building to put the car in a bay and he did so with no straps on the tires. Not to mention the entire time he was speeding with the car loaded. I have never been so angry. Very disappointed. Would never use these guys again.

After waiting for 2+ hours for our roadside service to find us a provider I just called A Budget to help us with a flat on I-75.Other tow companies wouldnt come out because our flat was on the traffic side.They wouldnt leave us stranded.FHP diverted traffic and that tire was changed in ten minutes!Thank you Chloe!

Single handily the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Waited for over 3hrs for the tow truck driver to arrive and tow my motorcycle. Incompetent driver and complete dumbfounded as to what kind of hiring process this company has. I’ll NEVER call this company again. Do yourself a favor and call another Tow company. I had a great experience with Jason recently. My tire had gone flat overnight (overdue for new tire, tread was bad), and my insurance dispatched him to my location. The ETA was 30 minutes, but he got there within 20. My insurance didnt tell me that I needed my car keys, and we had just moved and lost the spare set. So, Jason was willing to wait for my husband to bring the car key from 15 minutes away. We had a great conversation in the meantime, then loaded the car up and delivered to shop quickly once loaded. I would definitely recommend Jason to others, and will be requesting him if I run into car troubles in the future.

A customer of theirs was getting his tire changed in the TSC parking lot on SR80. The customer came into TSC looking for tools to remove the lugs. I went and looked at it all he needed was a 19mm socket so the customer purchased a breaker bar and the socket. The A Budget rep replaced the tire I had suggested chalking the front tire and he didnt then the car fell off the jack when it was all said and done he left and I checked the lugs for the guy and they were all still loose one by 4 full turns. Horrible company... I wouldnt let them near anything I own.

Waited over 3 hours when I was originally quoted to wait only 1 hour. When I called customer service I was hung up on but not before being treated poorly over the phone. When I called back they told me some story about an accident and that my tow truck would be there in 30-45 min. Another hour passed, I called back, and they told me the exact same story again. When I told them they had already said that to me, I was hung up on again, in guessing because they ran out of other excuses? I prefer being honestly explained a real reason why they were so late instead of some story to keep me waiting. Absolutely horrible and unprofessional company. They deserve less than a one star review. (also, just to add to everything, I am still waiting for them to show up)

Fast is an understatement when I had one of their flat bed trucks come up barreling behind me in a 25 mph zone. 10/24/15 about 10:00 pm. He was so close to my bumper I couldnt barely see his headlights. Then he started flashing his head lights at me so I would go faster on McGregor. His emergency lights werent on so there was no reason for his rude behavior!!!

If I could give this company no stars, I would. Not only did they tow my car to the WRONG mechanic (causing a three day delay on my car being repaired), but they took the Midpoint bridge and I am being sent notices about paying the fine. I contacted Leeway and they even had picture evidence SHOWING my car on their tow truck.They told me to contact the tow company and they could call and resolve it.Upon calling the tow company their supervisor informed me that I had to resolve it. I called Leeway, and again they informed me that A-Budget Towing had to resolve the issue. Every time I call they say they will get back to me.They still have NOT resolved this issue from OCTOBER.You can bet your bottom dollar that I am going to make sure everyone I knows how utterly unprofessional and horrible this company is.

Poor place to work for, long hours, low pay. My bf worked for them for maybe 2 weeks, 1st pay was a 3 day pay, 450$, next was ab6 day pay, 664$, next was a 4 day pay, last day was 14 hours of towing non stop, last pay... 236$. We were told by other tow companies to watch ur pay with them. Customers may wanna watch their tow bill with them also

These guys have helped me out of a pinch now twice in the last year.

Driver did a good job, but left my lights on over night, Drained my battery to the point where it cannot hold a charge.. Called the owner and they did absolutley nothing for me but tried to explain to me that they had nothing to do with it and made me feel very small.Not very friendly or helpful.

Absolutely piss poor service. Called my roadside assistance company because my wife ran out of gas, they said they would be there at 10:41 AM. Called A-Budget to confirm and the operator on the phone told me the same time. 11 AM rolls around and we call again, they said another 15 minutes or less. 11:30 AM shows and still no sign of anyone. Call again and they said that the guy was 10 minutes away. I knew they were bullshitting me, I got extremely lucky for a police officer to pull by and ask if we needed assistance. He drove me to the gas station to purchase a gas can and fuel and thats what I did. I get back to my car with my 14 month old crying, my wife agitated, and my pregnant cousin having a borderline heatstroke.Heres my favorite part:The technician calls my wife and says, whats around you guys? To which I respond, the road and woods to be honest, also an office building is nearby.This guy had the audacity to tell me, not to get smart with him because hes helping me out.I didnt realize doing your job was considered, helping me out.Upon arrival of the technician (who Ill now refer to as John), I was completing dumping a single gallon of gas into the tank. John begins making snide comments about how, youre not my boss, and, the car is on? You trying to blow me up?It took John a total of fifteen minutes to put two, TWO GALLONS of gas into the car. I dont know if they pump their own gas in Puerto Rico but if they dont, its a real shame they didnt teach him how to do a basic task upon hiring (note: Im not assuming his nationality, he had Puerto Rican flags up and down his mirror).After the horrendous service my family was given, I called the office to complain. Would you believe me if I said it was basically the same experience but, over the phone?Spoiler alert: it was worse.Called and asked for a supervisor and complained in the most polite of manner and all I got back was a, okay, well give the driver a call.I wasnt expecting some massive plea or for the person on the other end of the phone to beg me to please not be upset. But, I couldnt even get a sorry out of these people. All they would have had to said was, Im sorry things got messed up, and I wouldnt even be typing this.All in all, I would never give this company a single dollar. They simply have zero sense of urgency or customer service. We pay good money for this car every month and to get service this bad should be criminal.

Do not use these people under any circumstances. They were dispatched by my roadside assistance and the driver was incredibly rude to me, to the point where I refused their service. I had seen a tow truck make a wrong turn at the intersection and I thought maybe it was my truck. I called his dispatcher and explained I saw a tow truck make a wrong turn and thought maybe he got bad directions from the roadside people. The driver apparently got chewed out by the dispatcher. We it turns out I made a mistake, which I freely admit. Despite this is was highly inappropriate for the driver to immediately yell at me when he pulled up, saying WHY AM I GETTING CALLS ABOUT ME DRIVING BY YOU. I told him I made a mistake and I am sorry, but that he has no business talking to me that way. He responded by continuing to yell at me, at which point I refused his services. Even though I made a mistake, the drivers demeanor was entirely uncalled for.

Terrible service after waiting twice as long as initial told I set an appointment for the next day I called 30 minutes prior to set time and no one was on the way. I ended up talking to three dispatchers and the price and rate went up every time Do yourself a favor and call someone else
