We were heading south on 75 for our family vacation to Marathon. Our boat trailer tire blew out and although we had towing and it was covered through our insurance, they took 45 mins to let us know they couldn’t find someone to help. I did a quick google search of a towing company near me (we needed to be pulled out of the soft shoulder the tire had sunken into) before the tire could be changed and found Acme Towing. I called, and they were helpful from the start! After pulling us out of being stuck on the side of the interstate they changed our tire, using our spare. They then followed us 8 miles to the nearest place we could buy NEW trailer tires (we didn’t want to risk driving the rest of the trip on our spare), waited while we purchased the new ones, then changed out both. We now have piece of mind for the rest of our ride and know us and our 5 children who are with us will make it safe. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Most amazing company. Called for an emergency tow. Steve, the owner, answered the phone personally right away. Was at my rescue within 30 minutes, picked me and my daughter up on the highway with his personal vehicle. Then went back and towed my truck back to my house. Most heart I have seen since I’ve lived in Fort Myers!! Great people, he has a customer for life!!!

Beyond thrilled that we called Acme tonight. We were stuck on the side of I-75 for over 3 hours thanks to AAA not being consistent about time frames and turning away willing drivers due to being out of area. Amazing price, service, and person. Owned and operated by one guy, and he is one of the nicest and personable people I have ever met. I needed a tow from my house to the dealership because I lost my keys. He helped me get the car out of the garage (not as easy as you think). The steering wheel was locked and I had a dead car sitting in the way so I couldnt just roll it out. We moved the dead car that I would normally just snake around. He quickly got the car ready to go and we took off. Neglected to mention earlier that he was alright with giving me a ride as my friends couldnt. The ride over was what solidified the 5 star rating. I got a flat after running over a sharp object in a parking lot and my vehicle was towed to a nearby tire shop in under 30 minutes. The driver was very professional and courteous. This towing company is owner operated so it’s dedicated to customer service. I definitely recommend ACME.

Very affordable, cheaper than a few places I had called before. He even came to pick up my husband from our house to take him to our car to be towed, at an additional cost of course but it was cheaper than calling an UBER, so it worked out for the best. He was very nice and held good conversation on the ride. Will call again if we ever need the service again.

Customer service was lacking and was told in person card reader was not working after told over the phone a card is fine (a $30 fee for card). Ended up using different tow company.

I called this company less than an hour ago to tow my car because it wouldnt crank the gentlemen who answered the phone name was Steve and he was very professional and very willing to come and get the car. I gave him the make and model of the car and also where the car was and he arrived in a matter of 15-20 minutes just like he said, when he arrived to the car where my boyfriend was the car finally crunk after Steve had already arrived and drove down palm beach to pick it up my boyfriend gave Steve some money for driving all the way to where he was to pick up the car which he refused to take but my boyfriend insisted on him taking the money.. Acme towing is by far the best service i have ever received on the highway. i blew out a rear wheel and called steve who came highly recommended by the loves gas stations staff in Ft Myers area.
