I give it 2 stars, because if they fixed my car, but they stained it and scratched the paint, I realized as soon as I washed my car

We had an appointment, and they took care of us right on time. The woman was extremely nice and checked our car out very quickly and explained the process. I highly recommend this company. It was also nice and clean.

My daughters car was the victim of a hit-and-run while at a stop light. She brought it into Annies to get an estimate. Sean looked at the bumper and worked on it for a few minutes. He buffed 99% of it out. It turns out that it was heavy tire marks. Sean didnt have to do this and could have taken advantage of the situation to make a quick $. He didnt...he offered a helping hand instead. They didnt get any business out of us this time, but believe me...I will be referring them to everyone. Honestly is the best policy. Thank you.

I have my car there now. I was VERY SPECIFIC about a time frame that they quoted me (two business days). I use my car to drive at my job all day - not a soccer mom, not sitting in an office. It becomes a liability not to have it. I called specifically to make the appointment to have it ready. I asked the receptionist if the two business days was correct. If that is what the quote said, that is what they do. Her exact words. When they said TWO business days, I dropped it off the night before. Then, on the second business day, I hadnt heard when I can expect the car. Do you know why? Because it wont be ready in two business days. They meant two 24-hour periods, but somehow said two business days repeatedly to me over the phone. I dont care how good the work is, now that I am out hundreds of dollars not having a car, I am not really concerned about their semantics. They did offer to rent me a car for the day, but I still have to find a ride in the morning as I dont have a spare person to drive me or a spare car. If you mean two 24-hour days, or if you think it might take more time - be honest. I could have taken it somewhere else.I had arranged a ride for Tuesday-Wednesday, but Thursday was not an option due to the work schedule of the person I arranged the ride with. Not that it is any of your business. Im very glad you have time to play on Google maps. I will be there tomorrow for my rental car to get to work.

Went to Annies for a insurance quote. They were professional and fast. They didnt push me to get the work done there and really seemed to get me the most money possible for the damage to my vehicle, seemed very fair and well documented. The front desk staff was courteoues and professional. The gentleman who did the documentation was as well, and also very knowledgeable. I highly recommend. I will return in the future as I was extremely satisfied with the service even though I decided not to have the work completed.

Late in getting my car back to Me by 3 days.could have told me it would take a week.

She immediately gave me a quote for the work needed and offered to buff out some markings on the side of my car when I asked her what I could use to do it myself; she buffed the scratches right off with a smile. Had my car taken here and have been waiting a month to get out back. After I was given a date, I caked the day before to check and they hadnt even started! A quick call to the insurance company from them and they start it that day. But theyre so wonderful they will bump me ahead of everyone else to get it done a week after I was last told it would be done!DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARE HERE! It will take forever to get it back and they will up the price without updating you.

Took my car in the beginning of November to get repaired after a collision. The girl at the front desk is helpful and nice, assured me my car would be taken care of in a timely manner. It is now the end of December and I still dont have my vehicle. I know it takes a while to fix things correctly but after having my completion date moved back four different times it gets ridiculous, especially after Ive been paying $20/day on rental insurance. Do not go here if you want your car back in the next 3 months.

I have taken my cars here on 2 separate occasions. Everyone at Annies is very nice and helpfull. My cars were repaired in a timely manner and delivered on the date promised. The work was outstanding and I could not be happier. I hope i never need body work again but if I do then Annies Auto Body is where I will take m car. I highly recommend them!

Excellent work. They go the extra mile. I have used many body shops over the years, but this one is really the best around. I believe it is the only Lexus certified body shop in the area. Another friendly and less expensive shop repaired my car, but the trunk leaked. Had to have Annies fix it. Then they even fixed a couple other small dings at no extra charge.

There so great. Came home got other car git on accident and going back today.

Pulled into the drive & politely waited, as Estimator was with person in front of me. No one acknowledged me. Didnt know if I was supposed to sit in the car or go inside. After waiting what seemed like 5 minutes, I gently interrupted the interaction in front of me since I still had not even been acknowledged. She asked me to go inside to start the paperwork. Great! After filling out paperwork, I waited another 15 minutes or so. Went back I side only to find out they forgot about me. Good thing I was proactive!

Worst Service. I first was directed by their website to Cape Coral location that no longer exists. Apparently it hasnt been there for a couple months. I then spoke to someone about doing a quote via email. I sent pictures on Friday with my information. Monday came. I called and left a voicemail in the morning. Called early afternoon, was told someone would email me back within 5 minutes. Two hours later, no email. I called one more time, got transferred to someone who picks up the phone the immediately hangs up. Never got a call back. I was recommended to them by someone. I will never re-recommend them to anyone. All I was asking for was a simple quote that took other repair places 5-10 mins.

I got a golf ball size dent on m Audi from a shopping cart called audi dealer and the referred me to Annie Collision in Ft Myers so i emailed pictures of the work that needed to be done and they emailed me back within 24 hrs and gave me a price. So i made the appointment to bring car down to be fixed I live in North Port so its about 45 min to 1 hour drive but i didnt care about that i just wanted my car to look like it did before the dent and when i picked up my car i have to say they did wonderful work and the customer service was just as wonderful i give them 5 stars and Jen thank you for Great Service. Happy Customer !

I am absolutely a car guy. I love everything about them and am very particular about every detail of my vehicles. I purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion for my daughter. Bought it new. Garage kept. Make her park it far away from other vehicles…you get the idea. She was in an accident that was a fender bender but a bad one. I took it to Annie’s. It was returned to me in literally like new condition. You absolutely cannot tell that it was ever wrecked. Paint was perfect. Clear coat was perfect. Seam alignment was perfect…I measured them and they must have too as there is no unusual deviation. Pin Stripe was perfect. They are not the fastest but that was not important to me. There is just none better. I just can’t say enough good about the work that they did. The staff was also amazing.

I recently took my Chevy Camaro in for front end repair and to have them buff/wet sand out various scratches and scuffs in the paint. They did an excellent job and I had my wheels back the same afternoon they promised. Best place in Fort Myers for collision repair. Theyre painters are awesome. Factory finish like it never happened and I work in the automotive field and know what to look for. I know they do alot of cars for scanlon Lexus and they refer all collision to Annies. Cant say enough good things about them. They also warranty their work.

I called Monday as a returning customer. I left a voicemail for Greg and he did not return my call. Frustrated I called back Wednesday and spoke to the secretary and requested to have another service rep. to call me back and she said someone would do so. It is now Friday and NO RETURN CALLS. Very said to see another business in SW Florida not conducting a normal or in a professional manner. The sad thing is they were referred to me. Maybe I should call and BEG them to take my $10,000 for what I want done.. Naaaaa.. GOOD LUCK

There positives and negatives. First, the quote process was frustrating and not transparent. They gave me a price and e-mailed me a release, but it took three e-mails to get the actual quote I was signing off on. Telephone support was frankly terrible. I would call right back from a missed call and the receptionist was unprofessional and clueless. The cost was higher than expected and I later regretted not getting other quotes. Also, they refused to add just a little touch up to a small scratch without replacing the entire bumber. This didnt seem like too much extra to ask for a job over $2k. All said, the repair did come out nice.

4 months to fix my car. Always late. I understood my car would take time and was ok with that. They just yesed me to death. Sick of the run around.

1. I called on a Monday to ask about bringing a car in. I left voicemail. No one called me back UNTIL FRIDAY. What kind of business goes nearly a whole work week before even returning someones call? Who is running the front office?2. My sister brought her car in to get fixed - replace the hood. It took 6 days, and same thing - when she tried to call to figure out about when it would be ready - she left several voicemails before someone called her back 2 days later.The work was so-so - nothing to win any awards, but the customer service people who take days to call you back? Meanwhile, I went to MAACO, work was done in one day, they called me RIGHT BACK.

They took two weeks to fix a door and a piece of trim. The trim color does not match the truck they charged too much and when I finally did pick it up someone had stolen 180 dollar headphones from my glove box!
