We had guests accuse us of false advertising. They sent us OUR PROPERTY LISTING on this website. The photos were old and not representative of the property. Do yourself a favor and use a reputable rental company. They are being reported to the FederalTrade Commission for rental scam/fraud.

Listing property is the first stage of a challenging process; once your property is accessible through Google, possibilities are endless. After property listings, you have to sit tight in order to receive bookings. Four properties at four specific locations, Instead of making my business a part of the crowd, Find American Rentals did the opposite. I have received more than 20 bookings in a day and in which some I rejected as we only have a single property. Tourists are there and looking for rentals, list your property before it gets too late. This company is a scam. Fort Lauderdale Stays,Inc. is not affiliated with this company nor do they have permission to advertise our properties associated with Fort Lauderdale Stays, Inc. In fact they are advertising old properties that are not even rentals anymore. Beware!

To be honest, we loved our stay at the vacation rental. Rincon is the perfect place for spending the beautiful days of holiday, and we did enjoy a lot, and the services we got was outstanding. The fees included the listing, mention in a featured property newsletter, website development, special SSL encryption for payments, social media for life, website optimization. It started out around $400, but when all was said and done I had paid $4995 for all of it. I did this in January. Today is October 23, and I have yet to get a single booking. I thought I would get more aggressive marketing and special mention in promotions, but it certainly has not panned out that way. I really have had no way of knowing what is actually being done to help sell my property. I had emailed Sandy lately and have not gotten any replies to my questions. So as my review is entitled I am disappointed, in the service and lack of rentals. I will not be renewing when my subscription is up.

For almost two years, I have been contacted relentlessly by Sophia at Find American Rentals. Originally, I looked into the website, but decided it wasnt proven enough for me to give it a try. Since then, even after telling Sophia multiple times not to call me back because I am not at all interested, she has continued to harass me with regular phone calls When I have spoken to her, she is even downright rude and pushy. I have tried blocking her number and continue to receive her calls from different numbers. I have never been so mercilessly harassed by a company in my life and consequently, I will NEVER list my vacation rentals with them. It is a shame because Id like to see an effective, lower fee alternative for the advertising of vacation rentals, but their business model has left me so irritated that I will never even give them the chance.
