This place is legit to work for. It is a call center but BESM pays you and does not rip you off. They sell 2 day cruises for $130, then try to get you to buy more. In the end they are trying to sell you a Time Share. It is not a scam. And a cool place to work, but its a call center and get old after about 6 months.

I work there back in 2018. The Job is horrible managers would yell at agents that we are not pulling enough credit cards. All you do is read a stupid script which is tons of pages long 😒and pitch to broke people. Also you have to make serious commission otherwise you’ll make a bumpy check, you get minimum wage, it’s a base VS commission.The worst part of the job if a customer tell you they don’t have any money the managers will tell us still charge their cards immediately!!! Like really!!!? That’s not right they don’t care; they want to check to see if they have money. 😐Be on the look out for this recruiter name Robert he come as a jerk and he’s very arrogant; and corny which he said to me I have a nice pleasant telephone voice. I should had immediately left after he made this rude comment to me of saying am I’m sure I can do this job. Even I told him I did sales before. If you decide to apply here be on your Ps and Qs....S/N-If you don’t make no sales for the whole week you’ll make $8.46 (minimum wage)

SCAMMERS. Read about the cruise line they sell for Caribbean Cruise Line or Holiday Cruise Line. They have an F rating at the Florida BBB.There are even blogs about this companys low moral standards, high pressure sales tactics and untrustworthy staff; staff who work at B.E.S.M, Inc (the sales arm of these cruise ships).Their employees boast high commissions and big pay days; even posting photos of cash lying on their bed. I have worked in the vacation industry before and am disgusted by this companys low regard for business ethics.

As an employee great trainer on the evening shift, & they pay you for a lunch.
