Outstanding property. Some minor flaws but I’d say it’s due more to staff shortages than incompetence. Staff goes above and beyond.

Not the greatest for $700 for three nights. Restaurants werent fully operational, only one that I seen. Had to doordash if you were hungry for anything else. Vending machines were fully stocked but didnt work so you had to go to the hotel shop for snacks which costs an arm and a leg. The one restaurant that we did get to eat at daily served the same things all day long so not much variety. Natalie was our server, she was awesome and we tipped her well for her hard work and service.At check in the hotel staff gave us wristbands and explained they were for two free drinks daily and a umbrella for the beach and then charged me $35 for the umbrella through my room. I explained to staff that they told us when we checked in, the umbrella was included daily then they just have me a piece of paper stating otherwise. (Be careful of that one)I was there for a wedding, so the $700 was the discounted rate, and the rooms werent as clean as they shouldve been especially since Covid is still very much present. I shouldnt have to wipe off some dark colored whatever (assuming poop) off the toilet seat lid. I had disinfect everything just to feel comfortable in the room. Decor was nice throughout the building though..

This spa, the entire staff..the treatments ....5 star all the way. My family and I have been enjoying all that they have to offer for years. I put this spa up against any world class spa and it would finish on top. The relaxation room and waiting area have the most magnificent calming effect. Finally, after treatment enjoy the beautiful ocean view. We live here in south Florida and enjoy long weekend staycations here. Love it here, and highly recommend the property and spa for the most relaxing time of your life.

We prepaid for an ocean front room with a king size bed and promised a complimentary upgrade upon arrival when we arrived we were given a room on the second floor with trees blocking our view. When we requested another room andwe were given a room with 2 queen beds and our view was blocked bya wall when looking out to our right we made our reservations and paid for our with Bon Voy they were of no help at all

I rented four rooms for four days so the family could get together for my sons graduation. I was looking forward to a comfortable experience. Notwithstanding, despite the rate for the rooms I had to pay, it was not communicated to me in advance that the rooms would not be cleaned. After two days, I called on the phone for the rooms to be cleaned and I was told that housekeeping would not go inside to clean the rooms but, that I was only entitled to a change of towels. I was told the rooms would only be cleaned when I checked out. I asked about the bedding being changed and was told I could be delivered sheets but had to change my own bed. I am very disillusioned I was not notified in advance that the rooms would not be cleaned. I ended up having each family member in their own rooms clean their own toilets, etc. I reserved a cabana for the family and I got there with the family I was told it has been given to someone else. The food at the restaurant, i.e., the chicken wings, gave four family members diarrhea. There was only one waiter at the restaurant at the time. When you call the front desk, the phone rings and rings endlessly without an answer. When I was checking in, the front desk kept on putting different callers on hold and did not attend to them. Very unpleasant experience.

The service was great. The staff was kind, friendly, informative, accommodative and most importantly very professional.

You get very little value for your money. One of the spas main selling points is to make it clear that at no time are you permitted to use the hotels beach or, main pool area.

It was great to be able to go on the spur of the moment and be greeted so warmly and have my hair done right. Estella did a beautiful job on my hair, and the color was perfect!

What a wonderfully tranquil full service spa! They have virtually all of the amenities you could want! Great massage therapists, well trained staff and great pampering options!

I had the best experience with Carol as my massage therapist and Tanya doing my facial. Beyond relaxing, very thorough and extremely professional.

Edgardo gave me the best 80 minute hot stone massage I have ever received. He took a moment to ask about needs and suggested a great enhancement option. It was the best investment I made in me!! 10/10

Spectacular place! And to be with the family it is an exceptional place. It is also a very romantic place to be with your partner. The attention is great! I would give it 5 stars
