Awesome pedicure at BK Nail Spa! The staff are welcoming and offer a friendly greeting as soon as you enter. At the front desk, you sign in on their tablet kiosk and are directed to wash your hands at their sink station for extra sanitation. (Masks were required as of 6-14-21). Their pretty sink station has a stack of fresh rolled up terry towels to dry off, and then youre directed to your spa chair station. The nail tech has the water basin already full of water for you and brings over the nail color samples for you to pick right from your chair. They have the kind of massage chairs (with remotes) that you never want to get out of - that strong rolling action is amazing!!! My tech spent a lot of time making sure my nails were prepped properly for polish - trimming, cuticles, and exfoliation with a scrubber pad. I work in my yard barefoot, so they were pretty bad. I got the basic pedicure but heres also a step-up pedicure where they do more including exfoliation with the cheese grater thing. For the Basic pedicure, she applied a cooling gel, then a scrubby gel, then a hot terry towel on each leg (wrapped separately) and then moisturizing lotion at the end. She really made sure my toenails were perfectly polished before moving me to the drying station. The spa boutique atmosphere is very relaxing - theres nice/soft music playing, and 2 TVs on the opposite wall on silent with closed captioning if you want to catch up on the news, pretty pendant lighting and nice decor throughout the space. This is my new nail place. (I walked-in on a Monday at 3:50 pm and didnt have to wait).

Always beautiful work! I never had so many compliments with my nails and this is the first salon to ever get my nails to grow! Its great saying these are my real nails. The dip technique stays strong all month. Make an appointment! They are busy for a good reason!

Kim and Brian are the best! Brian is my new tech as of a month ago. I got sooo many compliments on my nails! The polish lasted for forever, about almost 3 weeks and my toes actually never chipped. (I got gel for both) kim just did my toes and it’s past 7, they both stayed for me and are just the sweetest! You won’t be disappointed with their service ❤️❤️

Great customer service! Took good care of my family and I while we were on vacation! They did an nice job on our nails. My gel has lasted over 2 weeks and has not chipped yet.

Had never been before. Specifically called in advance to ask if COVID protocols were in place including masks FULLY covering face as this is why I left my previous salon. I was assured that everyone was absolutely required to wear masks over mouth and nose.I also asked if they had matching colors for dipping powder for nails and gel for toes. Again, a resounding Yes!When I got there, one of the technicians who was not very pleasant had his mask under his nose the whole time (and even off at one point).The colors on my nails and my toes dont match at all.If I hadnt called first, I might not have the right to complain. But, I was told what I wanted to hear and none of it was true.Not going back.....................

An absolutely wonderful experience! A M A Z I N G customer service, they have an insane collection of color options (dip + gel), the amor sphere is intimate and very tidy. I came in for Halloween nails and Kim did the MOST! I love how everything came out. Very clean and done with wonderful energy (gel mani, reg pedi) will definitely be back!

The nail tech (Trish) rushed through a lot of steps and actually painted over my old gel on one of my thumbs. At one point she said “wow you have a lot of hair” on my arms. Thanks. I wanted to just leave and cry after that. It was unnecessary and a horrible thing to say to a woman. I really wanted this to work out because it’s right next door to where I get my eyebrows done every two weeks. They rushed me out, making me tip before my nails were even done. I needed my nails done because I have a meeting with the mayor the next day to talk about how to increase access to mental health services in the community. There goes the confidence I really needed to try to make some positive change in the world. If they wanted to close early they could have told me that before sitting me down, but they didn’t until I was already halfway done with the mani.

Excellent service, the nicest people in the nail industry, in my opinion! They make it right, if there’s any complaint, although I’ve NEVER had a complaint here🤗... I get the dip and it always lasts three weeks and looks awesome!

I had a great experience yesterday at this salon. Looking around Fort Lauderdale for the perfect nail salon can be pretty daunting as I’ve experienced mixed service in so many places. But, as I walked into this salon the game changed! What a wonderful experience. They did not only an amazing job but the prices were just so reasonable for the quality. I came from a prior disaster at another nail salon called Venetian nails on federal I was treated rushed and nails came out terrible loosing hope in fortl area for nails I found nails spa Bk Brian and his wife was very nice and accommodating I wanted to do something to my nails that would require a lot of artistic experience, at first they where not sure if they can doit bc it was from a picture then they said they can make it look close to the picture, I know my nails aren’t the same shape or size of the picture but they made it work and came as close to the picture possible, I love my nails so much my fiancé was so happy to see how pretty they look ! I’m super happy and will be coming back for my next appointment!Thank you 🤗

Showed up early for my appointment, was told to wait 10 mins. I ended up walking out 15 minutes after my appointment had been scheduled because the lady that was supposed to take me was only half way through her previous appointment. Waste of time.

Brian and Kim are absolute sweethearts. Great personalities, their salon is perfectly clean, sanitized, temperatures checked, great chilled music playing,, everything. Brian does amazing pedicures, extremely detailed and thorough and this will be my new nail place. I highly recommend it.

Brian & Kim are the new owners of this location as of July 2020 and they are amazing! Kim has been doing my nails for 15+ years & was saddened to hear she was no longer at previous location. I hit the jackpot looking for a new place closer to home when calling various places and actually found her in her own shop. If you want perfect nails that last then you must make an appointment to see her!Shop is very clean & super relaxing (I have a feeling Ill fall asleep when I go back for pedicure LOL). Following safe guidelines by taking temperature when you arrive, then wash your hands, station cleaned after every client so it is clean when you sit down with barrier in between.

I got a staph infection that took 7 months to get over completly. Three doctors, lots of drugs and creams. And $1,200. In expenses. And a lot of pain. I went to the owner to let her know she had a problem with the foot bath for a pedicure. She didnt ask any questions or even my name or phone #. In other words she didnt care.I was a fool. I should have reported her to the health dept. But I was to busy and hurting to think about until later. RUN AWAY!!!
