Never again. Im sooo chill, and I knew the minute they were rude when I walked in that I should have left. The place was FILTHY!! They dont clean in between customers. My pedicure was great, very fast but nice. I went for a simple acrylic fill and this guy had NO clue what he was doing and spoke zero English. I just wanted to hurry and leave. Worst nail experience of my life. Butchered my nails. Also, I have one finger that feels like it has a chemical burn and is super swollen, hoping my finger is ok. Very strange.

Ive been here 3 times. The only time that my manucure looked nice and lasted was the first time I went.. the person that did my nails was the female owner of the facility; however after that the manicures were straight garbage.The last time I went, the girl I was placed with had no tools to work with because it was her first day. She didnt even have acetone to soak off my nails. Literally used the nail drill to rip off the old polish and left traces of the old polish behind . Since I was getting a French manicure you could see it on the corners of almost every nail. I put one nail tip on to match the length of the other nails, and it looked horrible, she left it all thick and lop sided. Since she only applied one coat of polish, my nails were a wreck in less then 3 days because the paint was lifting and chipping off! NEVER AGAIN. Not to mention that they are kinda rude in their demeanor.

Only rating a 2 because they completed my pedicure. When you walk in you are not greeted. Youre told to get nail polish from the back and by it being my first time there and they had 3 walls of polish in the back I had to figure it out myself. Big turn off is they DO NOT have dryers for feet. This was told to me after I finished my pedicure. Also on a few occasions while getting my service 3 other customers complained about their nail sets. While management was there no on really addressed any of the issues. All and all not going back. Oh and its cashbor debit card only.

Worst experience ever had. I paid 70$. Only got one color. I asked for black and they gave me a blue after I repeatedly said no. Never going back here again. They also made them way too long.

Went in today for a pedicure and everything was great. Ben did my pedicure and he made me comfortable and it was fairly quick which I appreciated. After a good pedicure I decided to get my nails done and Jon did my nails. They look great and customer service was awesome. Will definitely be back

Staff was very very rude! We were visiting Florida from out of town because of a sick relative. This was our one thing that we were going to do when we were visiting there and they ruined the experience. I took my teenage daughter for a manicure and pedicure they were very rude because her sister had said she wanted a manicure but what she wanted was a full set and proceeded to laugh at her and said well why did you say you want to do manicure if you really wanted a full set . She never said she wanted a manicure her sister did there was confusion. Either way it wasn’t even started so what was the big deal there was no need to laugh in Her face in front of the whole salon scold her like she was a bad child and make her feel bad……none of us ended up getting her nails done just the toes because they were so rude My daughter was in tears we left . Literally laughed at her. And their poor quality very very rushed pedicure gave me a ingrown toenail. Horrible people!!!!!!!

The lady who greets everyone when they walk in is very rude!!! On top of that she asked me what I want and after telling her several times wanted to make me pay for things I did not ask for. My nail polish is chipping and it’s only been a few hours. After getting my nails painted I was not satisfied and ask the lady to go over it again a few times. I do not recommend, it was a first and last for me. Wish I can give a negative star.

By far the worst place to get any service I only went there as long as I did because of one person. Today I was finally fed up I went to try and get my nails done was already waiting a good amount of time and I was told I was next. Once I seen another person go in front of me I asked once again and they told me I had to wait 2 hours. Mind you I was already there waiting and was told I was next. Not to mention Linda is extremely rude instead of making the situation better it got worse to a point where I had to say what I had to say and then left. Overall. My experience Ali emails has been awful. The Male nail tech in the front, has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life, and that is on a large scale seeing as though I have been in the military for 10 years and traveled the world and had customer service of all types. Booth number one has a gross abuse of authority and should be fired! He has no regard for customers questions for respect of the customers or just had to run a business in general. I believe he is the manager of the nails he is rude to the Workers as well as the customers. I have come there twice and he refused to serve me, or give me his name. I reiterate he should be fired! However Anna has been phenomenal! She should be put in his place because she clearly respects Lionel’s business and the reputation. I really hope he is not the owner because at this rate he will not be in business for much longer.

Dont recommend.. first lady didnt know what she was doing, didnt even clip my toenails before putting the color on it, 2nd guy came in to finish the job & cut me for trying to rush, i thought it was going to be better the 2nd time coming here, apparently not. Not satisfied with how my nails came out, but it was my only option since other places were closed.

I found this shop almost 2 years ago and I love it, I only let Don ( the husband ) do my nails and he is amazing and never disappoints, I usually get a medium to long full set. As for my toes a prefer a man to do them and they never disappoint either, I personally love this shop. Key tip if you are a new customer let the owners do your nails I promise it makes the service better ;)

They’re rude. Don’t know how to do thin layers of polish & it be fully dry and solid color. When you tell them anything, they sound angry and speak in their language and continue to do so with their coworkers. Charged me SO much more than the pedi they did was worth. I would never come here again. Didn’t feel relaxed at all. I didn’t end up getting my set fixed because they said they didn’t have polish only gel when my toes were being painted with polish. Over all rude, unprofessional and not relaxing at all. Still need to do my pedi after going to them.

Theres not a lot to say here besides Linda and everyone that Ive had the pleasure of being served by do really good work. They also take a lot of abuse from customers who come in and speak nastily to them. But they are very patient and do their jobs, some meticulously.Two things to note:You must pay with a debit card or cash. No credit.Bring cash for tips. Cant add it on the cardsI guess three: They do work hard so they do look for their tips! lol.

My nail tech did a lousy job. He rushed me trying to get to his next client because they got busy. What he failed to realize was that my money was just as green as the next person. I did not tip him and I will never patronize that shop again. They were rude. I will give credit where it is due. The lady that did my pedicure and eyebrows was professional, courteous, and friendly.

I ask them to clean the set since someone else was sitting in it before me they refused. The nail tech was a little better. Will not recommend on a Saturday, through the week their better with service.

Looks clean but they do not sanitize. They clean their equipment with dirty water that customer feet were washed with. They overcharge for eyelashes at$25 when average price is $15. Their gel does not last. Horrible business.

Honestly I only gave them one star because of Don- he’s one of the nail techs, his work is great. As for making appointments don’t even bother, I’ve tried more than once & each time I still end up waiting at least an hour, Linda is what made my experience bad overall she’s just very rude for no apparent reason & im a very friendly-polite person, her work is not good because she tends to rush just to get you out of her chair..

First time visiting here. Will not return. Didnt have to wait long for service, which is the only positive to my visit. Technician cut me twice and did not understand English well enough to honor my request. The machine to dry your nails is not in operation. When I wanted to wait a few minutes to allow the polish to air dry, staff tried to kick me out and said be careful with your nail polish. Im going back to my regular salon.

Very satisfied with my nails. I went in for a fill, came out looking better than the full set. I went in around 6:30pm on a Wednesday night someone was available right away. He took his time despite it being close to closing and my nails came out great.

They charged me $25 for a gel manicure that peeled off the same day. Refused to fix. They use cheap old polish. When i did get acrylics done here they used the thinnest layer of acrylic powder, not even a normal amount, so they can make more money in customers coming in to get them fixed from them breaking off. Never again.

I’ve been going to this nail salon for the past few months my nail tech has always been done. There never on time and as a regular customer why tell me to come back later for 1 repair Because you don’t do one repairs in the morning that makes no sense...So just forget the fact that I waited for you all to open and you still won’t take me with me at your regular customer you want me to come back in the afternoon when it’s extremely busy and then you tell me 1hour 2 hours-but yet you have no customers in there .....no problem I will take my money elsewhere!!!

I’ve been here to get my eyebrows done which went well but First time my wife and I waited at the counter 15 min before anybody even spoke to us. Tho the guy tech n never acknowledged us standing there. We definitely left. Just didn’t like the vibe or feel welcome. Looks ok tho

I have been to several nail salons in the area and Lee Nails is the Absolute Best. Nice clean shop. Plenty of techs to accommodate any service you need. Very professional and outgoing. I will never go anywhere else. Linda is Amazing. Excellent Experience every time I go.☺

Prices are not listed anywhere. You’ll pay what they decide you’ll pay and you’re getting “Gel” whether you like it or not. When you ask about pricing, they suddenly don’t speak English.

My favorite techs are Linda and her husband.... She was the first person I went to and I loved her work! She is also the only person who does lashes and eyebrows there. I did have an experience where I had another gentlemen do my nails outside of my normal two techs and the work was mediocre. Overall, I brought it to Lindas attention and she FIXED it for free with no attitude and didnt make me feel bad about it. I have seen women get attitudes in there over pricing! Honestly I dont see a big difference in the pricing but maybe that is just me. There is always enough parking and enough staff to accommodate customers. The place is very clean and the bathrooms. State of the art equipment and friendly service! I have been going there since day one.

They advertise to be open from 9am-7pm. It is now 9:20 and still absolutely NO ONE IS HERE! Do not advertise a time if you aren’t going to abide by it! People come when it’s supposed to be open for a reason! Not to wait almost 30 minutes for you to open past your advertised time! They are not punctual at all! This is ridiculous! And they also do not have an eyebrow lady available when they open smh

I’m only giving this place a 1 star because it was the lowest available. This nail salon is the WORST! My very first visit turned into my very last visit - didn’t even finish getting the services that I walked in for. Linda is aggressive, rude and unprofessional. As she was applying the eyelash strip to my eyes, it started watering (which is hereditary). I told her that my eyes are a bit sensitive and it’s normal for me. She became annoyed, snatched the mini fan out of my hand and exclaimed that I don’t need lashes and moved on to another customer. I was horrified! To think that she would be so insensitive to a customer - a first time customer, no less - is unfathomable. Thankfully, I found another nail shop within a mile of this place where the people were so nice and understanding. I got my lashes put on without incident and they lasted 2 whole weeks. I will NEVER recommend Lee Nails to any paying customer. Buyer (customer) beware!!!

The owner is just rude and has s face the whole time, it’s not worth giving my money to this place if I can get better results with better customer service. I went to get my nails done there a few hours ago... They overcharged me $35 for a pedicure ONLY. That was not even gel... I got a normal pedicure as seen on the image... And hours later and after seating under the led lights for 54 minutes... I got home the nail polish still wasnt dry. Like ewww gross. They were fighting between each others and yelling in their language (which I understood because I am fluent in mandarin)...which I asked them to not do because of the unprofessionalism...

I wish i could give them a 0. I went there twice. First time i got my daughters nails painted they put an inexperienced guy to do them and he did a very poor job but i paid any ways. This time i went to get a manicure and i uploaded two pictures of my cuticles after the guy did my cuticles...and they wanted to charge me $5 for that disaster! Other reviews are not far off. They do not have enough employees working. Ive noticed that last few times Ive been there, always quite a few people waiting and the excuse is always, somebody didnt show up for work. Well, if you have loads of time to waste, go there. Im done! Plenty of other places to go.

The worst. I got a regular gel manicure and in less than 24 hours the Polish pilled off 2 of my nails. I went back the next day so they could fix it and I had to wait for over 40 mins for the guy who originally did my nails because he was doing a client while there where available nail techs.

The absolute worst experience. They are unorganized, overpriced, unprofessional and very rude. Not customer friendly at all. I have given them numerous chances for the past 8 months since it in such a convenient location for me but I rather go further and be happy with the service as and job.

I came in to get 1 nail fix at 9am when the open and they said they didnt have any body to fix my nail they had a person that does pedicures. What nail shop only do pedicures in the mornings. Very unprofessional. and did not care that I was out of town from Washington DC and Uber all the way over here for nothing

Love the service! Not easy to find though. Theres no signs from the street. Its inside the same plaza where Walmart is located. Its next door to the Metro pcs store. Wawa gas station is right on Broward Blvd. Lee nails is behind it. You will have to drive towards the back of the lot . Pedicure chairs were great, they massage your back while pampering your toes.

Horrible customer service work is not professional. I get sick and tired of the nail shops coming in our community with their horrible service. What happened to people knowing what to do. They dont carry insurance so If anything happens to you. Forget it it want be covered!

A pedi is $25. For that sub par work that lady gave me, it ain’t worth it. Customer service is non existent. I waited 15 minutes for service; every 5 minutes, the lady would come and tell me “5 minutes”. I don’t mind waiting 15 minutes, just tell me 15 minutes, don’t play with me. Honestly I could care less whether they were nice or not, as long as the pedicure was great. This wasn’t it. Ain’t going back.
