It was great, I hadnt been to a spinning class in over a decade and I was very impressed to see how sophisticated the whole setup was, from the bikes to the video screen to the music everything was fantastic. I felt like I was in a club very motivating Ill be back! Also staff is very friendly and the place is really clean.

I have loved coming to Cycleward since 2017. From the receptionist to the instructors always a great experience and fantastic workout!

It was fun and exciting it really pushed me physically but I enjoyed the class and had fun over thinking its a normal workout.

If you are looking for a full body high intensity workout! Search no more!

I absolutely love this place! I went for my second time today and I’ve never been much of a morning person but Bruce made a 6am class something worth waking up early for. He was awesome! I also went to Lisa’s class on Monday and she was incredible as well. Both kept me motivated and made me want to keep pushing myself. I also loved that as soon as I walked in I was helped so much and didn’t feel lost or confused for a second. I can’t wait to take my next 6am class tomorrow! Would recommend to anybody and everybody!!

I have checked out gyms in Broward and Palm Beach Counties. To me, this gym is simply the best and worth every penny! The environment is clean, positive and fun! Spin class seems like it’s 5 min long due to the huge screen that plays music videos, lights and fun! It’s a place where you go to remember that you are worth having a beautiful body, that life can be fun and that there are people that actually care to give you the best experience ever.

Love this studio. Intense workouts with a professional team. Tons of fun and they do a great job with Covid safety. Always clean and the staff is friendly. Definitely recommend.

Cycleward is awesome!!! The music videos on the large screen keep you moving and motivated and the instructors are great! Love the changing colorful lights throughout class. The equipment is clean and in good shape and I love how they send you a workout summary via email after each class! Excited to return!!!

Great vibe, great workouts!

Must try. Clean, well equipped, nice studio. There are little amenities that make is nice like fresh towels and a station to re-fill your water bottles. The rides give you a great workout. I particularly like the availability of 45 min classes. You will certainly get an intense workout in that amount of time. If you reserve your class ahead of time, they will have your size cycle shoes waiting for you when you arrive. I would recommend.

This for sure isnt a generic spin studio-its super unique and personable. You get a full body workout, the music is fun, the studio is clean and gorgeous, and you work hard the full time. Lots of good energy so the class flys by!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Jamie and Lisa are amazing and make 45 minutes go by in a flash. The cherry on top is burning so many calories in a short amount of time. Would recommend HIGHLY!

I love Cycleward. I have lost 30 lbs since starting to spin here! The women who own this place are amazing. They put their hearts in this business & it shows. The instructors are creative, inspiring, & welcoming. Great workout. Beautiful studio. Warm & friendly vibe. I always look forward to coming here. I have been to spin classes around the country & have found none better than Cycleward. Highly Recommend this place:)

Ive only attended one class so far but both the staff and the instructors were super friendly, walked me through the bike and adjustments and I like that afterwards, Nick the instructor I believe, checked in with me and my friend who tried the class together with me. Shes already gone back for another class and Im book to do more too!
