DO NOT USE - DO NOT USE - DO NOT USE. This outfit lacks customer service and integrity. I have been on many party boat fishing trips previously so I arrived about 1 hour before trip started. I asked one of the crew If I could pick a spot or If it was reserved . I was told I could pick any spot. I picked a spot on starboard aft corner and set my cooler there and I stood on that spot. About 45 Minutes later a group of locals boarded and came to the back where I was. one of the guys stated that the spot I was in was his spot and they it was reserved for him. He tried to move my stuff and I told him good try. He began yelling for the captain of the boat who came over and told me that that spot I was standing at was reserved. I asked how it could be reserved when one of his crew told me it was not reserved and that I could use that spot. All he did was repeat that it was reserved. I told him that I wanted my money back and that I was leaving. He asked me why I was leaving and I told him that I don’t spend my money on companies that treat customers like that. He agreed to return my money and I left I would not recommend using this outfit. Not to mention that the boat is probably the worst condition of any boat I’ve ever been on doesn’t seem like customer service is high on their list. Spend your money somewhere else.

DO NOT let them filet your fish, they stole most of our fish, in fact, we were left with less than an ounce of meat after catching several large fish. This crew is an absolute joke, the crew do not care to teach, they simply want to rush through the trip and get paid. Crew tends to favor certain people on the boat and will treat everyone else poorly, only helping those they favor. I recommend the owner fire the entire crew. My personal recommendation for those looking for a great fishing experience, dont go with this company, you will likely not be one of the lucky few who get to catch dozens of fish with the help of the crew.

This was a great first time experience for my son and I. I think everyone on the boat was able to make a catch! Kay, the first mate was so knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend this charter!
