This car wash is honestly great and fast!! My car always looks great after it gets washed and vacuumed here. The different packages definitely offer more and more. The staff is super fast and friendly and I get in and out. I love the hand drying phase! The only two things I wish they would do is open the lid to your gas tank and clean around it and also spray your car floor area w a nice scented air deodorizer. Specially when you go for the more expensive packages. All in all it’s a great car wash. When will they serve coffee again?!! 🤣

The service is horrible, I took my car today and the guy who drove it to take it to the place where it was cleaned I accelerated in a rude way, then with the door open. they are not careful. I paid for nothing because my car is just as dirty. Horrible place.

I bought the King package car wash. Almost $30 what a huge disappointment. I could have done a better job. Rims were left dirty, they never cleaned the inside windows and windshield as I was promised the King package included it. I watched how rushed they cleaned the car. This was my second and last time. Both visits I experienced the same issue.

My husband brought my BMW 340i in for a deep clean in and out and I was shocked that he spent $50 when I saw my car upon return. My usual for $20 in and out it is better than this . I expected more for $50 but got worse! Bird residue still on my back window and no vacuum of my trunk just the start. Manager claimed it was sap...no chance. Used basic rub and off it came. We were robbed! I am so disappointed and angry.

In general, I have had good service here, however on my last King wash, I was bitterly disappointed. The exterior was fine, but the interior left a lot to be desired. The product they put on the dashboard was done poorly, the diver foot well still had dirt in it and they fold the mirrors, which has meant my mirrors no longer fold automatically when locking the car.Ill give them another chance, however Ill definitely scrutinize and take it up with management, if it were to happen again.

Uhhhh... They were fast...My wheels were still dirty. I pointed it out and a guy quickly cleaned random sections of two wheels. Then he held his out for the ticket and motioned me out.Terrible experience, poor service. I wont be back.

There are better places to wash your car you dont get what you pay for here. I was looking at my car coming through the wash and I didnt see any kind of soap being used, it looked like they just use water no soap wouldnt be surprised if that was the case nothing majestic about this place.

Did a good job the car was covered in atleast 5 types of fungi after sitting dormant in hot and humid weather for 2 years. We brought it to them in hopes they could fix it . It took 36 hours, they ozone bombed, cleaned and deodorized the car had no fungi left that was visible . $180 which for all that was not bad .

The staff are lovely and they do a great job but the manager or whoever needs to learn to either chastise his staff behind closed doors or just be a nicer person in general. Extremely tacky listening to him berate his employees in an otherwise silent waiting room.

My car didnt go through the soap and I would have never noticed if I wasnt watching it getting washed. So told this so called manager, and the least, is to apologize and make the customer experience better, but NOTHING.Dont waste your time (as it took me 45 min from start to finish) nor money. Was my first time trying this place, the check in process was smooth, I got the queen package because I wanted it detailed including the rims. The overall process was pretty fast but I got home and upon closer inspection, I found large areas of dirt on front passenger side door that could have been easily wiped off by the girl who was detailing. The interior still had dust and lint fuzzies as if it was never touched. Honestly for that price I was truly disappointed in the quality. I do not recommend.

It was family owned but now both husband and wife have passed away the last few times The quality and the professionalism is just not what it used to be! my rims were filthy,when I complained to the management he was in defense of his workers !whatever happened to the customer is always right bottom line I will never go back there again!

I’ve been coming here for yearrrrrrrrsss!!! It’s one of Fort Lauderdale oldest and best car washes in the city. I enjoy seeing the kinds of cars that pull up here. You never know what you might see. The inside is comfortable and very pet friendly. The staff is very friendly and detailed. The prices are reasonable and they do a very good job. There’s specials on Thursdays and they have discounts for various customers depending on military background. I remember I left money in the car and they cleaned the inside they put the money in the middle dash I was impressed. Very honorable gesture

The so called Manager felt the need to confront me as a customer after I was waiting in the lobby to pay for a while. Others asked and told him and he never came out saying it was mu fault for not paying sooner when I was given my ticket. So they close the register with my car still being clean . So even if that part was my mistake as a manager you have to know if all your cars are paid for before closing register and making customers wait and start arguing with them. And then he goes to say he doesnt care about $30 dollars if I had left my mistake without paying that they make a lot of money....What a manager...never again will I come here drove out of my way because they closed at 6. WOW Wished I had read other comments about manager and service. makes sense now...

Their Saturday team has really gone down in quality. I remember getting the Queen wash and being very satisfied. I literally spent 45mins cleaning my own car after they were done bc there was sand from the beach everywhere in my trunk, the rear view mirror was dirty, among sooo many other details that were supper easy to wipe but they didn’t like the little bit of sunscreen fingerprints in the middle consul, and the back windows where my kids sit were not wiped AT ALL, etc.... very disappointed and I’ve been going there for a long time. I mean at best, my car was put through the machine wash and poorly vacuumed. I could’ve paid for inside/outside like $12 and been more satisfied. I was expecting a much better job for the Queen wash.

This carwash is right next to the former location of Best Buy. The staff provided great service and an excellent wash and a rain check should mother nature rain on your ride. They are priced better than any of their competitors. The Irish guy is great.

I have been coming here for five years. Today is the last time I use this place. I spent $35 plus tip for a mediocre job. When I got in the car the cup holder was dirty, the steering wheel was grimy, the seats were not wiped because they were still dark, and when I asked for a towel to clean the cupholder myself they had an attitude - the girl rolled her eyes and the other workers were texting away on their phones. The employees don’t seem motivated - maybe they’re not paid enough or something but don’t waste your money here.

Majestic Car Wash? Pathetic Car Wash is a more accurate description. Terrible job, poor customer service, rude staff, unprofessional. The job that was performed for $35.00 equates to theft. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible. Basically they shine the front and drivers side, make it smell nice so that you dont notice the details till youre off property.Rain debris residue running down the passenger side. I pointed it out and he wiped it. I look at the other side, same thing. I was embarrassed to look at detail and be that kind of person but I got home only to see dirt and patches all over.

This place did a fine job of giving my Ford Mustang a great detail in a quick and sufficient amount of time. Staff was super friendly and accommodating and they seem to do a great job of handling the high volume. Cashier lady did have to learn that a Mustang is a car not a SUV, but hey you leanr soemthign new everyday. Wax seems to stay on quite nicely. Been Going to Majestic for over a year now. In an Area where theres a car wash on every Block, I find Majestic to set themselves apart from the rest. Theyre always busy, but they have enough staff to accommodate the rush. My car always comes out perfect. And if theres ever a spot or an area that I ask them to attend to, they happily take care of it. Great Place, Highly recommend.

When I got to pick up the car it was dirty. I told them and they told me it is because I got the cheaper cleaning. They did try to clean it again, gave me a dirty car again. After the third time, I gave up. The inside wasnt great either.Not going back there.

Last couple times, attention to detail was below average. Windows were very streaky and some spots in interior werent vacuumed or wiped down. Cost me over $45.00 last visit between wash and cell phone charger which I drove in with, but didnt leave with. Check it over prior to leaving.

I came to this place because they sent me a voucher for a free wash. I paid for an extra wheels and rims wash that was not included. You can appreciate the outcome in the photos. Two star job. I had to come back and ask for the manager who took care of the matter and had the wheels cleaned again. He could have been nice and polite but he was not, he said that I was complaining and showed that he was not happy with my remarks.I explained that I only wanted my wheels cleaned again because that was the only thing I actually paid for. The rest of the car was also not well cleaned but in all honesty I did not paid for that so I have no right to complaint but the job very poor. Also they misplaced the side mirror although it was pretty evident they didnt care to put it back in place

Did a good job cleaning outside and staff cleaned the inside and tires well also.

I had the interior clean and exterior wax. It took 2 hours and was $60. They did a good job on both the inside and outside. I’d go back.

I went to majestic car wash and they did a wonderful job polishing and vacuuming my car. The service was done well and very professional. It was also priced at a very good price, it truly was a steal.

Worst car wash ever! I had to clean interior again after I got home. Woman behind the counter (cashier) never smiles or says thank you so I dont intend to ever return. Better car washes in the area.

Poor quality service and attention to detail. To start, there was no pre-wash done by the employees in the tunnel, no soap/solution used on the car while going through the tunnel, and all the equipment is moldy and dilapidated (potentially leaking hydraulic oil by the looks of the condition). Would not recommend this shop when there are many other more qualified places in the city with one being right next door to this place.

They dont deserved a single star. Seems the last few times I have had my cars cleaned its always an issue today I drop it off for a detail. As I pulled into my driveway I hear a scratching noise from my car is I looked under an noticed the bottom engine cover torn on the drivers side it was hanging down scraping. I went back to majestic car wash to complain and was time this would never happen as owner states the track is 3 inches high. I measured and its higher then that. He tells me lambos and vetts go thorough this car wash why would a person with a Lamborghini or corvette want their car to go through a car wash? this makes me laugh those cars will get ruined hahaha. But owner also states all his employees are professionals and certified. That makes me feel so warm and fuzzy inside. A Piece of paper doesnt mean they know what their doing and never make a mistake and admit they ruin my car. You know if one of the guys did run my car through the carwash and not washed by hand you should admit it or as a professional manger or professional running a business ask you coworkers if they really did this to correct the issue dont just lie to my face as you dont know what was going on when I had my car there. This place is a joke. Please really consider taking your car here if you value your expensive car dont do it. He asked me what do you want me to do about it? I said fix the damage. He replied thats not gonna happen! I have a business and I would never do this to anyone. If i made a mistake I would fix it to keep the customer its worth fixed the issue then to make and enemy of that person. Cause now I will not refer anyone to this place and never go back. Lesson in life I have learned. Dear majestic Be the jerk you are cause its all you know. Treat your customers like this you will loose them all. I wish you all the best.

Ive come here a couple of times and always leave displeased. I thought maybe the first time it was just an employee that was slacking and gave it a second chance. The second time, I ended up having to point out that my car was still full of dirt when you opened the door. So the third time was today, and only because I had past the other car wash up the street accidently and didnt feel like turning around. Again, very subpar. Hard to know where youre supposed to be going when you get in their parking lot. The guy that helped me was very nice as well as the cashier. As I left I realized my windshield was very smudged and I ended up having to turn back around and come back to ask them to wipe it down. I came home and put my mats back in and realized I still have old chicken nuggets on the floor in my backseat. Thanks but I could of done this half-a job myself for free!

Interior wash was terrible, my car was still dirty. I got the King wash which was suppose to include cleaning the cup holders and they were still dirty along with the seats.

Be aware that this Car Wash uses NO SOAP on your car. Owner did not admit it even after watching the next car after mine being washed with ONLY WATER...and then try to tell me that HIS special low PH soap make no foam - what a scam...Charged me $20 instead of apologize and move on. Dear owner, If you want to teach me how to wash cars you have chosen the wrong person my friend.

Car wasn’t even clean food still stuck to the center consul car wasn’t wiped down bird poop still on the outside nothing was done. He said all I paid for was the carpets to be cleaned. Nothing was resolved left very angree and annoyed. Then while leaving I noticed I had a missing earring in the car. owner cursed and screamed at me told me it wasn’t the F-ing day told me he wasn’t gonna help me he wasn’t gonna do anything very rude never been disrespected like this. I had to call police before it showed up.

Always had excellent service wash, clean and dry in and out for 19$, this week special fot 18$ to wax a van is a bargan including interior doors and roof top. I was amazed of the quality job he did. Its okay. Prices are good, however the car was not cleaned on the interior and exterior fully. If I wasnt short 9n time, I would have had them redo the work! The interior windows had streaks from the rags, many missed sports on the exterior.

Took my car here. Firstly the wash was sub par. Many areas of my vehicle got neglected. Secondly and more importantly is their machine knocked off one of my center rim caps, I went right back and the could not locate it and told me they would clean it out the following morning and call me. I got no call so I called. They didnt find it. Said they would be removing the grills where it may have fallen the begining of the following week and they would call me after they did that. Got no call so I called. They acted like they did not remember me. The owner was very unapologetic and told me to try and call the company to get the part replaced and that they were not liable.I wont be going here again.

By far the best car wash I’ve been to in Broward county. The attendants go above and beyond for the customers. Without fail I know when I receive my car back after even the most basic wash that it will be pristine. Daniel one of the car wash attendants is always very helpful and pleasant. In the many times I’ve been here I have yet to see him without a smile and always has an amazing attitude. I will continue to refer friends and family to this fine establishment.

Locally owned and operated, the owners take great pride in their business. They make sure each car and customer are taken car of. They offer great prices and multiple levels of washes for any budget and need. They did my headlight restoration, and my car looks like a new one. I come back from road trips with a grimy car, pull in to Majestic, and leave with a shiny vehicle. Very happy customer on a consistent basis.

I explained that the interior of my car needed cleaning thoroughly. Their work was negligent and shoddy. I was given the most expensive car wash for horrible work. It’s like they didn’t even pay attention, and didn’t even care. I would not recommend this place to anyone. And I will absolutely never ever go back.

We have been going to Majestic car Wash for about a year now. We always receive wonderful services. The services are fast and superb. We left our car there due to molds on the cars carpet. Ryan and his associates were very helpful. We were so worried about the issue, but they took good care of our car like theirs. The price and time of service are reasonable. I am impressed with the services. I would recommend anyone to try them out. Im confident that you will not be disappointed.

Inconsistent. The last time I will be here. There was dust all over my dash and front part of my interior. Poor washing job of my exterior as well. Why did I pay this company to do something I could have done better myself? I let the manager know and he told me to come back the same day however, I could not. It would of been nice for an accommodation. I won’t be returning.This is in response to the reply:You did not offer me to come back at a later time. You did however offer me for the same day and I did indeed decline. If you had offered me to come back another day I would have taken your offer.
