The worst car wash I’m my life. Do not waste your time and never use this service. Everything is dirty: carpets left with sand, dirty windows, dirty front panel. I asked to vacuum trunk, the guy said it is additional 5$. Trunk left dirty with sand. I came home and kept cleaning my car. This is for 40$. Really? Lazy, unprofessional. I am sure his business will die eventually!!

Do not take your car here. The place is a complete ripoff. The prices quoted on the website are misleading. I was charged $40 for a compact car. I figured since this is a hand car wash the $40 might be worth it. I was wrong. They used filthy water to wash the car and did not pay attention to the details at all. They even tried using the same towel they used to clean the wheel arches to wipe off the center console/dash. At that point I had to politely point this out to the gent cleaning the car. He than grabbed a fresh towel although he did not seem happy about my comment. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time & money.

Had them wash and vacuum the interior of the car, they did an amazing job!! Car looks great and for such a good price! I’d definitely recommend over any automatic car wash. All staff is friendly and works quickly to get you out the door.

Good process for oil changes. Fifteen points check and free car wash with oil service. Quite quick work with wide selections of motor oils and other fluids . Clean bathrooms available which are hard to find in other places.

Standard hand car wash with nice folks working there. Quite expensive for my compact SUV to be handwashed, vacuumed and armor all the inside. 75 bucks

Save your money. Website prices are misleading. I was expecting to pay $20. and paid double plus tip. The products used on the interior nearly ruined the 10 display. I spent an hour doing what they should have done. Mats were sandy, dashboard was streaky. Theyll never see my business again.

So for $35 my car is still filthy, I had to literally told the guy all the spots he missed and were dusty, no attention to the details, I felt so frustrated because the other employee seemed to be doing a better job with the car he had, this boy just didnt know what he was doing, I came to this place because it had good reviews but after this experience I will never come back, wish I could have my money back!!

Dropped off my car for detailing inside and out, and was very dissatisfied with the service. The outside was not as clean as I expected to be, the inside was barely cleaned, they didnt even touch the inside of the doors and didnt touch the trunk either. They only take cash, which is not mentioned on their website. Who takes only cash these days? Also, their website doesnt have their full price list. SUVs, even small- or medium-sized ones, are $15 more than cars. Resulted in a wasted trip.

He offered the interior and the exterior for a price I couldn’t refused. I would highly recommend Big Boys Car Wash to anyone that’s looking to get there car come back to life.

The guy I spoke to said he’s closing an hour and half early because he is “tired” ...apparently they only had one worker on for the day. Waste of time.

Best place to get car detailed and washed. The owner was a class act. Came over talked and then got rite to work. Just a fabulous experience. They did the inside and outside of my car. This including a full wash wax and whipe down and vacuum and tires. Just a great experience. Do not go anywhere else.

I called to ask for a price to clean my car and they are rude they said 40 dollars and hung up my wife called for them to specify they hung up I went there still had poor service they are very rude to custumers not worth it to come here

So thankful for this place. It just opened near my home and the team there was amazing when I showed up with sopping wet floors due to a window being left open. They were eager to help, efficient, super fair in pricing and totally saved my car (and sanity). Looking forward to coming back often - hopefully just for just a regular wash though! Thanks again!

Super awesome place. Charged me $25 and cleaned inside and out. Very friendly staff. The owner, Peter, came out and greeted me personally as he has just opened the business recently. Was very kind and threw in some extras. I have a dog and even with a seat cover I still get fur in the car plus it was real dirty. I got the car back as if it was brand new. Only negative thing I have to say is that the dashboard looked like the product they used was leaving streaks but nothing major. Thats the only place Ill be getting my car washed from now on. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a job well done!!

I do not typically write negative reviews but I am horrified at the customer service at this car wash. I read online that an exterior wash only was $20 and the attendant told me he would charge me $25. I looked online to ensure it was not cash only and nowhere is it listed that cash is the only form of payment accepted. The attendant then proceeded to tell me there was no ATM and the credit card machines were not working and that I would need to leave my engagement ring behind until I could withdraw cash and come back to the car wash. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he stated there was no one else working. He then stated for me to leave my license behind and drive to an ATM at the Home Depot. This should be something that is clearly stated on the website if cash is the only form of payment or the attendants should make this clear PRIOR to providing services. I was overcharged and humiliated. I am disgusted by the ethics of this attendant and will never be back.In response to whomever posted a response below: please note that I am a physician. I am a person with ethics. You are blatantly lying by saying you charged my credit card and it was declined. There was no charge made. Very sad sense of morals here.
