Dropped our car off for detail wash. I feel bad for the owner because the workers that are working there are totally scamming him. When I went to pick up the car the guy said that the credit card machine was not working and that I can only pay for the services with cash. I found this to be highly suspicious. Luckily I had the cash on hand, paid for my services, but decided not to tip because the guy was so shady. I then called the galleria mall management office told him the scenario, and ask them to let the manager of the car wash know that their employees were totally scamming them and scamming the customers out of cash. We were planning on taking all three of our cars there that day, but after that experience, we decided that we could find a legitimate business somewhere else. Don’t put up a sign that you take credit cards and and then demand the person pay with cash, It just makes the whole operation seem sketchy. We expected more professionalism

Dropped my car off while shopping at the mall. (International mall) took about 1:40 min to get it washed and cleaned. I paid for the premium wash, the results for what I paid for was not what I expected. Not good quality or any attention to detail. People don’t waste your money at this place. You can get a better wash somewhere else and cheaper too. The car was still dirty with water marks and the interior was still dirty. Not worth at it all!!

Not as detailed for the price I have a 2016 Beetle when I arrived at the Galleria it looked as if they were very detailed and professional. I picked the Deluxe package which was 55.00. When I woke up this morning to check the car again where my sons car seat is they never removed the car seat and food droppings as well as on the rear back seat panels, and seats were never cleaned off. They are still sticky with food. I was pissed and very upset I could have paid 15.00 dollars and received better service with a wax job for way more less. I’m disputing this and I’ve also contacted the better business bureau and a couple of more entities to never use their services.

Left my car for an hour at the Mary Brickell location. Got an update that my car was ready via text. Came out and found noticeable dirt around the exterior that I had to wait for them to clean. Then noticed that the trunk area of my Jeep was not vacuumed that I had to also wait on. Got home, and noticed my interior doors were not even wiped down. The wash cost me over $50. Would not recommend.

I went to Five Diamond Car Wash at the Galleria Mall to get my Cadillac cleaned. I had plans on taking my mom out for dinner Wednesday night. There was 1 car ahead of mine which was in finishing stages. I went in to the mall at 2:15 pm on Tuesday August 20, 2019. I went out to the car with Five Diamond at 3:50 p.m. and the car was not ready. So I asked the porter if he just started on the car. I did not comprehend what his response was. Naturally from the looks of the car I assumed he just started. So I said to myself I will go back in the mall for 30 minutes and come back out. I came out at 4:30 pm and the car was still not done. I immediately noticed water spots all over the car. The attendant said he used water on the car. Ok I said, did you use Soap? He said the company does not allow them to use soap. The car was a mess. So I told him I was not happy with the job. Because if there was an issue with anything he should have called me before all that time passed by. I did not receive any calls, not even to say my car was finished. They burned the clear coating off a 2019 Cadillac CTS. No one wanted to take responsibility for it there. The number they have listed online is invalid, the person that picked up the phone call was not surprised as he has received several calls about bad car washes at his home number. What a hot mess, that the number is not even listed properly. I proceeded to call the Galleria Mall to get the phone number. The mall gladly gave me the owners personal cell phone. So now I definitely know there is an ongoing issue with Five Diamond Car Wash if the mall is giving out the owners personal number. He Jorge, asked me how did I get his number....? Really guy, I smelt a rat right then. This business is shady and they even tried to discredit Cactus Carwash a.k.a Sparkling Image. I took my car to Sparkling Image and they fixed the tragedy that happened at Five Diamond Car Wash. Sparkling Car Wash even gave me a discount for the mistake of another business. Five Diamond aka 0 Diamond car wash is located at the Galleria Mall next to Macy’s side entrance downstairs from the Annie’s Pretzel.

First time, and last!! Today is 2/8/19 and I paid $60 plus a $20 tip to get a wash, wax and interior detail but when I drove out from underneath the semi-dark mall garage parking lot where they are set up, I got to my next destination and saw that the seats were not cleaned, the floorboard still had sand, and he said he would vacuum the trunk...NOPE! I wish I could post the pics! What a ripoff. I have a very busy weekend and no time to go back for him to re-clean it, nor will I EVER go back! TERRIBLE JOB! I shouldve known that 1.5 hrs for one person to do all that sounded too good to be true, and it WAS!

Their “wax” ruined my paint. at least now I have an excuse to get a new paint job.

Located in the parking garage of the galleria mall this small outfit puts out a great finished product. These guys actually care about the finished product. I reccomend this car wash.

Good wash, took 4 hours.There was 1 other car in the list to wash. No need for 4 hours, wash was about 85% good. Not so detailed as advertised.

Went to the one in international mall, premium wash (¿?) looks like an automatic car wash at a gas station
