Ive rented from this location twice now and each time has been an excellent experience and on par with other Silvercar locations Ive used. Their rates are totally reasonable compared with the big guys - the companies that hand you the keys to a 40k mile Malibu with cigarette burns and a blown stereo.From start to finish, I was in good hands. The Silvercar rep picked me up from the rental car center within minutes of sending the request. He was super friendly and professional. You get your pick of the A4s on the lot. Just scan the QR code on the windshield, tap the app, go. Every car Ive gotten has been super clean, low mileage, and a joy to drive. Returning the car was so smooth. The rep hops in and takes you directly to your terminal.On one occasion, I was running late and didnt have time to fill the tank. I just had to pay $5 plus the local gas rate totaling $45 or so. On the most recent trip, I left a pair of sunglasses in the car. Just a few days later, they arrived to my house via Priority mail (big shoutout to Indira for that!!)Bottom line, Im a customer for life.

Amazing experience was going to rent from Sixt but reservation “somehow” got canceled and when i walk in with my new born to rent a car after my flight got canceled they triple the price (before i walk its priced at 39 per day) then after i attempt to rent price jumps to 159 per day for a sedan... went across the street to silver and got this q5 for 1/5 of the price. Best part with their app you handle the info urself no underhand tactics no pushy salesmen trying to sell u a gimmicky Insurance. Along with credit card info and license info you yourself fill out through the app so zero chance of Fraud or identity theft.Car was very well maintained with latest tech i had a 2018 Q5 and drove like a dream. BEST OF ALL they pick u in their cars and drop u off with the same car u rented so no awkward unloading putting on bus and waiting ur turn to get dropped off.felt like the apple of rental cars👌🏼🙌🏻 bravo SilverCar gonna tell allMy friends and next time we travel as a group we’re all using Silver Car.

Smoothest rental car experience I have ever had. The staff communicates quickly, brought our rental up to the terminal after we picked up our luggage, and off we drove! The return experience was just as smooth. No surprise fees, wonderful customer service. I will use them again for sure!

Best rental experience of my life. I have a 2018 S3, a 2018 Q7 and a 2008 A5 so some may call me biased... but... when your picked up immediately from the airport terminal in a Q5, brought directly to your car, scan the QR code on the windshield and youre on your way... youd feel the same way I do.Then... they text to confirm your return time which you can easily change, you drop off the car (no ridiculous surcharge for it not having a full tank), get a ride immediately to your terminal and your done.Id highly recommend Silvercar to anyone traveling through FLL needing a rental. VERY reasonable prices for an outstanding vehicle and even better service.

Best rental car experience.. ever!Pickup instructions are a bit complicated from FLL. Not the fault of Silvercar. Just a cruddy setup. Upon pickup by our Silvercar concierge though everything was a breeze. The concierge Amber was an absolute joy to chat with and get tips for the area before dropping us off swiftly at the rental car location where our vehicle was ready and waiting.The vehicle (A4) was great and not a base vehicle by any means. It was San absolute joy to drive compared to the abysmal offerings by other rental car companies.At the end of our trip we simply fueled it up and dropped it off. The agents were unable to accommodate a request to drive us to Port Canaveral instead of the airport (which is completely understandable on busy days). I pulled my phone out to call an Uber but to my surprise Anna had already called a Lyft at their expense to take us to the Port.Absolutely grade a service and product. This was my first time Silvercar rental and I will definitely be returning.

Great Service, Staff was great to deal with. New Audi Q5 w/3000 miles what more could you ask for. We rented for 10 days and it was painless. I would rent from Silver Car Fort Lauderdale again.

Best car rental agency when in a hurry pkus you drive 5 different silver Audis

Took over 30 minutes from arrival time at designated spot to be picked up on a HOT July day. Couldnt reach anyone by text or call for 25 minutes before that. Only ONE employee appeared to be there at return and pick up. On return, I had to go find the single employee, and he was in the office watching tv. Total amateur hour. Will never use silver car in south Florida again.

Got to this location no one was there waited around for someone to show after we got the car it was a car that was 4 years old with over 35k on it they gave me 20% off to take the car I rented a Audi not a rent a wreck I wanted a car that was this years model they refused to give me one that they had on there lot and said they can’t do anything after wait over an hour because they kept running out to drop people off at the airport first and last time renting from Silver Car.

Nice car, but staff training seems to have declined steeply from 3 years ago. Not helpful and not as convenient as it used to be. Will think harder before I use them again.

Would give 0 stars if possible. I received an email 12 hours before my rental was supposed to begin that said the reservation was canceled (by them, I did not cancel it). I made the reservation 6 weeks before my trip. No explanation, reason, or apology. How is a person supposed to rely on a company that feels it is OK to leave you stranded at the last minute? The email came at 10 pm. if I wasnt still awake I would have been in a disastrous situation as I would not have been able to book another car before my early flight.

Amazing service from both of the agents. Amazing, beautiful Audi. I am 22, and had 0 problems, especially no underage rental charges. Took 5 minutes to get the car, and 10 to be driven back to the airport, and our gate. I cant rave about how amazing SilverCar is, and how well I was treated.

Used SilverCar for the first time today, lets be realistic people - airlines cancel flights all the time due to business needs or complications, do you still travel with them? Being an old warehouse location is irrelevant because when you arrive they ask for ID and credit card to verify, scan the barcode, car unlocks and boom you are on your way. No issues what so ever with my rental today and even got 30% of since it was my first time. For all the cry babies pay a little bit more and stick with a national brand, I will rent from them again - thanks!

I have no words! It was just an amazing experience starting from the service, I got picked up and dropped off from/to the airport I waited less then five minutes, It was so easy to rent no need to do paperwork, my friends were all wondering how a 22 y/o got to drive a audi Q5 Brand new! I told them all at silvercar there is no underage fee! And about the cheap prices I got for first time rental I used EZPASS and gas at almost no extra charge! The WiFi was also awesome! I would definitely recommend Silvercar!

The location is an old storge at an inconvenient place off the airport! They come pick you up but it takes a while and you have to drive to their location to drop off and get so,ebody to drive you back in the cramped vehicle! The Audi we got had 35K miles on it with no USB port or even backup camera! The A4 is a compact car like a Corolla or a Civic so if you have some luggage or strollers chances are they wont fit!

The pickup from the airport took longer than normal. The drop-off, however, was very fast. The wifi in the car never work the entire time, our devices could connect to it fine but there was never any internet connectivity. I talked to an individual at silver cars main customer support and he did try to help, but the technical people that needed to reboot the SIM card never got back to him. The person at the Fort Lauderdale location seemed indifferent about the wifi issue. The other suggestion that I have is that when an individual is using silvercar For the First Time, The Concierge should take the time to explain the features of the car and how to use certain functions... I pick the car up in the dark had no idea what I was getting into. Im sure Id use the service again, but Im confident it could be done better than what I experienced.
