Professional, friendly, trustworthy, and has great products. I wouldnt go anywhere else. This will be the third time Ive used him now. We are getting a custom sliding glass door with doggie door installed in the glass. I showed him which doggie door I wanted and he took care of the rest. The rest of our windows are looking great years later and Im so excited to have this one replaced too. We used to need 3 window AC units to keep our house cool. Now we only occasionally use one!

Overall, they did a great job in fixing a window I had broken. They took care of it within 3 days of me contacting them, and charged a very fair price. Highly recommend using Glass Gorilla if you break a window!

Dealing with this company was great! We were helping our daughter in Fort Collins with her first house when a contractor broke the slider. Glass Gorilla was prompt, communicated well and reasonably priced. They did a great job! Lately it seems this combination is rare while dealing with companies. Highly recommend!

I dropped off a residential window frame and was told they could get it back to me in a couple days. Kept bugging them and stopped hearing back. After 2 weeks I went and picked up the frame and took it somewhere else in town who got it finished the following day.I understand smaller jobs can’t be first priority sometimes but at least communicate with me or tell me you can’t do it.

They were very nice and professional. They replaced half the windows on our house, got us a great price, and these windows have cut our power bill and kept our house cooler this summer! Will definitely use them again when we replace the other half.

Do yourself a favor and call someone else! This dude does not care about doing the job right. He installed a windshield on my 97 4runner, every time it rains water pours in through the top seal. I have called and left 3 very polite messages asking him to get back to me and make it right. No return call. Seemed like a nice guy, he came out and replaced the window on site, but what good is a windshield that leaks water on my lap every time it rains? Spend your money with a business that takes pride in their work, NOT glass gorilla.

This is the second time Ive had Glass Gorilla out to my house and they have proven again how professional they are! I would never imagine using anyone else. They keep their word, they are professional, courteous and will bend over backwards to complete their job!

Kiko came to my rescue when a corner of a mirror for a reno broke off - called at 1030, he picked it up at 4 and had it back to me at 5:30. Beautiful cut, cannot see/feel where the cut was made. Mirror mounted and looks amazing!. THANK YOU!!!!

My shed window got broken, couldn’t find anyone for weeks to get it fixed then I finally got a call from glass gorilla and they sent over kiko, super nice guy and he did a great job on the window and was very fast, if I ever need glass repair I will defiantly go with glass gorilla. Good prices and they do a great job

Worst customer service ever. Installed both front and back incorrectly with the wrong parts and used off brand glass. I have waited nearly 2 months for Kiko to finish a job and still is incomplete. He never replaced the wipers on the back and the rain sensors fell off the inside of the windshield in front within a day. I tried to leave voicemails and give a chance to the company 3 times over a month but was left to a full mailbox. Do not use this company for any newer vehicle! (Perhaps older vehicles too).
