Ryan and his crew did a great job. They were on time, worked quickly and cleaned up after the job. The crew was very nice and professional. We have had neighbors ask who did our roof and it’s the star of our neighborhood.

Sprague Roofing was great to work with. Aaron Raben was our project manager. He worked with our insurance company to ensure our new roof would meet insurance requirements to be replaced and there would be no surprise costs. Aaron was great.

Called Sprague to handle a residential roof leak along with minor siding replacement, something many other roofing contractors would not touch due to the limited scope. Discussed the issue with Bill on the phone and he had Gordon out the same day for review of site conditions. Gordon was professional and knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he believed the issue to be as well as the proposed solution. Quote was provided the next day. Upon acceptance of the quote, work was scheduled within a week. Gordon and a helper performed the work, instead of having a random crew show up, and all work was completed within the timeframe given and for the price quoted with no corners cut. Would highly recommend Gordon, and the Sprague team. Would use them again.

We called three roofing companies to inspect the damage to our roof ridge. Aaron Raben and his co-worker Ryan from Sprague Roofing and Exteriors came out right away and inspected our roof. They noticed hail damage and deterioration. Our insurance company would NOT cover the damage because of the size of the hail damage. Aaron was so professional and answered all of our questions and concerns. Our roof ridge shingles were nailed back on with no hassle. We will be replacing our roof next year and definitely calling Sprague Roofing and Exteriors to do the work. In the meantime, if we have any further roof damage or other issues with our home (siding, windows, garage door, etc.) we will be contacting Sprague Roofing and Exteriors. One more thing, Aaron Raben was so honest and forthcoming about all of our issues. He has a high work ethic and we appreciated his quick replies to all of our emails.

I had 4 roofing companies inspect my roof because of a leak. Aaron from Sprague Roofing and Exteriors was the only person to inspect the roof closely enough to find enough hail damage to justify an insurance claim. He helped me file the claim. He worked closely with the insurance company to ensure that they paid fairly for the roof, windows, garage doors and siding that was damaged by the hail. He was the general contractor for the project. His communication was excellent - both initiating calls to me and responding to my calls. He made sure all the work done was excellent. This was a very large project and of course, there were a couple of hiccups. He responded immediately and made sure the hiccups were fixed properly.

We met Ryan Kropp with Sprague Roofing at the home and garden show in Laramie. We stopped to ask some questions about our current roof and Ryan was very informative. We expected that courtesy but we did not expect him to come to the house, take a look at the problem we were having and document it for reference. I was blown away at his professionalism and knowledge. He even helped make a few phone calls and set us on a path to get the roof repaired by the original contractor. He had no gain in the situation and yet he helped us above and beyond any expectation we had of him or Sprague Roofing. I am only disappointed that we didnt use Sprague the first time.

Sprague did an excellent job of our roof replacement from beginning to end. Seth Blue in particular was incredibly professional, informative and patient as we moved through the various stages, especially with dealing with the insurance agents. We were kept informed at every stage and often confusing insurance documentation was broken down and explained.The roof installation itself was completed to a high level of quality and with little disruption to our life. The guys installed quickly and efficiently and kept our gardens tidy from debris whilst also returning it to normal once they had left.I would highly recommend Sprague Roofing & Exteriors and Seth to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and high quality contractors.

Aaron at Sprague was incredible at getting us all the roofing supplies and windows needed for our home addition. He was extremely professional and courteous and got us a quote and delivery fast and without issue. My husband even broke one of the windows when trying to install it and Aaron went out of his way to help us get a replacement immediately without any benefit to him!! If you need roofing done right definitely go with Sprague and ask for Aaron!

Seth of Sprague gave us a timely professional quote and also suggested helpful ways to deal with the insurance agency. He was covid-19 ready with masks. Once we selected Sprague, Seth arranged for crews to come and replace our roof (and update the tech) followed by painting the entire house and lastly installing new and very much improved rain gutters. We couldnt be happier. Oh yeah, and they did all this in the WINTER TIME and still were on time. Great communications as well.

Sprague did a complete reroof for us as a result of the 7.5.19 hail storm. Professional and very communicative from the get go. Aaron, our PM, was very thorough with his inspection and was able to get items repaired that the adjuster overlooked. Crew was great and fast, did the entire thing in 1 day with great clean up and a great new roof. I would absolutely recommend Aaron and the Sprague crew for your roofing project.

UNPROFESSIONAL, TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. I tried to contract Sprague roofing for a full replacement of my roof with a standing seam metal roof originally in October of 2020. Initially I worked with Glen Starcher who quoted me, which I signed and gave a 4200 deposit. I was told the job would start before thanksgiving, then the first week of December, then before Christmas. Sprague then fired Mr Starcher. I was then call by the service manager Josh Sierra and a sales rep named Ryan. I was told they just needed to verify the signed quote (late December 2020) I was told the job would start soon I finally asked for my deposit back ... which I was given and I told them I was happy to give it back when they scheduled the job.... I have called several times and have been given the run around. Non committal answers. It is now FEBRUARY 202. I will be selecting another roofer

Responsive to my original inquiry....came out same day. Spent plenty of time assessing requested work, added a substantial amount of additional work, and was very pleasant to work with. Experience receiving the estimate, though, was not as pleasant. Insisted, at first, of going over estimate in person....didn’t want to email to me for prior review. When I pushed a bit, the estimate was sent. They would not break the estimates down by labor as supplies though. I asked a few times with little response. I don’t doubt the work would have been good, but not wanting to discuss the pricing in further detail was an issue for me.

Aaron Raben did a phenomenal job walking me through the whole process. It was nice to only have to work with one representative. I will only recommend Mr. Raben and sprague roofing to my friends and family.

My wife and I had Sprague do a new roof wind damage Insurance claim with State Farm and they did an amazing job! Ryan Kropp handled all the insurance stuff and even got us more towards our claim than the adjuster initially was going to give us. Ryan was easy to work with and made things happen on a tight timeline. We have used other roofing companies before and we will be using Sprague again! Job sight was clean afterwards and we did not find any trash or nails after the job was complete. We highly recommend them! On a personal note; make sure you get a lien waiver (which Sprague offers); we learned this the hard way with a different roofing company and had to pay over $3000 out of pocket after insurance paid - NOT with Sprague!)

If the way the one of guy drives his Ford truck in parking lot at King Soopers in Windsor is any indication of the quality of this company, then you should look elsewhere. Not only was he speeding, he was romping on the powerstroke, and the proceeded to park in lane blocking it while he waited for someone he dropped off inside. Then when the 3 cars waiting for him to move honked, he rolled down his window and gave us the one finger salute. Real professional.

My husband and I worked with Aaron Raben at Sprague Roofing for our new roof. He endured weeks of stress, back-and-forth phone calls and unprofessionalism with our insurance company while we fought to get them to cover our wind damage claim. After all that, our claim was denied and we were facing out-of-pocket expenses on a new roof. Aaron worked hard (and quickly) to get us the best deal on a new roof, and then had his team complete the roof in essentially one day. The new roof is beautiful and were so happy we went with Sprague. I cant say enough about how professional and above and beyond Aaron and his team are.
