The price for the windshield was much more reasonable than some of the other major competitors.The installation went very well and was completed on time.The entire staff was friendly and professional.

I was pleased to get a very quick reply, with detailed information for what the cost would be to replace my windshield, and they were able to get me in that very same week. It also took less than than was expected, which was a pleasant surprise since I had my kids with me during the appointment. We had a significant rain water leak around the windshield of our motorhome. The Glass Doctor technician (Mr. B) carefully treated rust that was starting to form in the windshield frame. The job was done promptly and professionally. The cost was reasonable. The staff was very courteous and congenial. I would recommend Glass Doctor to any of my RV friends.

These folks are kind and professional. The shop is clean and pleasant. A rock cracked our windshield and our insurance company worked with Safelite, so we just went with them. However, after a few phone calls and a lack of response from Safelite for several days, I called up our dealership who recommended Glass Doctor. I am so glad they did.Julia is a superstar! After initially speaking with her, she got back to me in about 20 minutes and we set up a day to come to replace the windshield. She was in touch with me several times throughout the process dealing with our insurance. In the end, we even got it installed a day earlier than planned. Julia was on top of it, very friendly, knowledgeable and all around fantastic. I wish there was a “Julia” at every place I had to deal with. Thank you so much!

If I can help it, Ill never go anywhere else. These folks really do care about their customers. They took great care of me and my old Bronco. In the end, charged me significantly less than the quote because they were able to get the part cheaper than originally quoted. You dont find that very often these days.

I had to replace my rear window because it shattered completely, so I called around and emailed a few places in the Fort Collins and Loveland area and this was the best price I found. I arrived about 30 minutes too early but they had no problem at all working with me and taking my van in. They finished it pretty quickly and were super friendly so I will definitely be back to fix my front windshield and will recommend them to anyone who needs a windshield fixed or replaced!

Actually it was the rear window on a customized for off-road old Jeep Comanche. This was my sons baby and he hadnt been able to come up with a solution when the back window broke, given how the prior owner had customized it. Glass Doctor took some time to figure out the best solution and made it better than it was. This was a totally customized solution that a typical window replacement company couldnt have done. Merry Christmas to my son, who was thrilled to get to use his Jeep in the Winter again! Looks great. And the funny part was, when I sent them pictures, the response back was, Im so jealous! I knew wed have it in good hands.

The new owners have cleaned up and remodeled the waiting room, upped the standards for windshield repair and are much more personable.The chip in my windshield was right in my drivers view, but after the repair, you cannot even see it! I have used Glass Doctor to replace windshields on two separate vehicles, a 2019 Tacoma and a 2006 Tacoma. They did an excellent job both times! I have had multiple wind shields replaced here. I have a warranty on my wind shield and the insurance company set up a repair with Safelite and that was a nightmare. A trim piece was left off so there was a huge gap. So the next time I got approval to bring it the GD that does amazing.

Im in town for a Veterinary appointment this week and my drivers door window decided to fall into the door and not come back up. They found the part and got me in the same day! Very professional! My dogs and I waited in the grass and they brought us some water! So thoughtful!

I was unable to come pick my vehicle up until the next morning however, and they were kind enough to store my vehicle inside overnight.Lisa is amazing, she is very knowledgeable and friendly. She knew I am very attached to my car, its an old car but its mine, and made sure it was well taken care of while it was with them.If I ever need a star filled or a windshield replaced again I will only use them. Glass Doctor has been my go to for glass needs for years, and always have been very prompt and affordable. Today there was a squirrel stuck in a dormer, the poor squirrel was in distress at the window needing help out. Glass Doctor came with in 15 minutes of my plea for help to get this glass out of the dormer, so poor Mr Squirrel could get back to his business! spoiler ....by the time the glass got out, the squirrel had found his way out some how, maybe next time I wont get so worried, they are smarter than you think! But thumbs up for the crew at Glass Doctor!

I think they just went through an ownership change recently and I was very pleased with the customer service and experience under the new owners. I had a great experience at glass doctor, I came in one day and had an appointment the very next. My drivers side window wasnt able to roll up and they were nice and wrapped it for me before my appointment so I didnt have to worry about the weather. Then they inspected the truck immediately upon my arrival for my appointment and were very straightforward with my options. Horrible. It took them about a month to replace a small piece of glass on my van conversion. At one point their distributor dropped the glass they needed, according to their office manager Lisa (she laughed).The job was finally completed today at $69 dollar more than the original quote. I didnt complain too much because my insurance policy paid for it. But, the insult!!!These people seem personable. But, you know what they say: People are nice when they are screwing you!I will never use Glass Doctor, or should they call themselves,Glass Quacks again. By the way, I already told the owner this!

My daughter had her back window replaced by these guys on a Friday morning, that day the service was professional and prompt. She went back to Laramie the same day and then tried her back wiper - the entire motor was put on upside down. The wiper wiped her license plate. She called them and left a voicemail, they called her back later and did not leave a voicemail with her. On Monday she called, no response. On Tuesday she called and the phone was not working correctly or they would answer then hang up (not sure what the issue was there). I found a different number and called and had to leave a voicemail (they are not big on answering their phones). They did call my daughter back and got her in the following Thursday. She had to drive back down from Laramie and have them fix their mess-up. The problem with them was not ONE person apologized to her for this. Nobody said a word. Therefore I give one star. A simple apology, a small refund for her time to drive back down, an acknowledgement that they messed this up - anything would have been nice. They acted like they were doing her a favor instead of being professionals and admitting that they did something wrong.
