We have huge windows with cranks that had been stripped from years of use. I am so happy that we contacted Lomax and they were able to find and install new cranks making the windows like new. We were told this wouldnt be possible by another local glass business. Its great being able to open and close all of my windows! They even saved us some money by only ordering the new cranks for the main floor and removing and installing the remaining older ones that still worked on the lower level. Highly recommend.

We got Anlin windows and a patio door through Lomax. We are very happy with the product and the installers did a great job and wore their masks the whole time; it was a comfort! Will definitely reach out again for phase 2.

The customer service was amazing, and I got an appointment in a reasonable time. When the installation guy came out he was friendly and did a great job, he worked fast, and was able to problem solve some tricky issues, and left my house clean and the windows are beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone!

Amazing crew! We had two patio doors that would not open because of the settling of the home. Other groups had tried to over sell us. Donovan came in and found a solution to our problems that saved us thousands. They showed up when they said the would, and completed the work even better than we expected. Had new windows installed Jan 2015. The installer did an Ok job, although an upper floor window leaked due to not being caulked and we were picking up pieces of broken glass from our yard for weeks after due to several windows having to be broken out when replaced. Our biggest issue with Lomax has been that we have been waiting for correct hardware for one of our windows since Jan 2015. Whenever we follow up (it has been rare for them to follow up with us) the person we talk to is always surprised by our situation and promises to get right on it. Then nothing.Additionally, we have a window that is non-functioning and has been since summer of 2015. They are now telling us they are under new ownership and we have to deal with the manufacturer (Millgard) to get the window fixed and for our non-matching hardware.I went with a local company based on their prior reviews and the hope of better customer service. Our experience thus far has been just the opposite and I will be sure to go out of my way to steer people away from this company.Update 11/14/16 - Millard came out and within 20 minutes had our issues addressed. The non-functioning window was a result of installation issues and is now working properly.I feel that my experience would have been significantly more positive had I not started with the prior owners and as such, would refer people to Lomax if theyre considering new windows.

I had three different window quotes from the national suppliers, however, I chose Lomax for several reasons: they provided exceptional windows at a great value, I had several product choices, I didnt feel like I was pressured or given a sales-pitch and their installation crews were quick, professional and did great work. I am thrilled with my new windows, and suggest you give Lomax an opportunity to earn your business.

I called and made an appointment with them to give me an estimate to replace commercial windows. 30 minutes past the appointment I called to find out where they were and they had moved my appointment to the next week. So we went with that. Next week comes and they call and ask if I want the appointment still and then inform me that they really dont do commercial windows. Wow I am amazed by this whole thing. Needless to say I wont be doing business with them.

Well... we WERE excited, as Donovan seemed a be a great business owner when we met at his office.I gave him all of the measurements (by Home Depot) and he priced it out in his office.I will never forget when he handed me the quote and said this is the price, it wont change ($19,000)I am a contractor, I know he had all of the information. I had sizes, types, he said he prices by united inches.Well when he came to our house to measure, somehow install ONLY on 2 patio doors was $6,000 alone. He knew I had them! He wouldnt honor his quote and backtalked my wife saying he gave me a rough estimatesucks when you budget your home repairs on Donovans quote. thanks...

Top notch company! Lomax recently ordered two windows for my bus. They ended up being slightly small and thus difficult to get set right. I came back to the store and was I immediately apologised to and their installer followed me home and set the windows correctly for FREE. The awesome installer also siliconed in all of the windows on my bus door. Before he left the installer said my boss wants you to be 100% satisfied, and I am!Lomax Glass has won all of my glass business.
