Raised rent on properties and will not work with families during the pandemic threatens to tow vehicles even with a long wait for the DMV. do not go here to buy or rent.Update:Owners response was a lie my family member had given a notice that a DMV appointment and kept leaving tow notice. They had to move the vehicles to a storage lot to prevent them from getting towed. I personally had to pay for this. I will NOT recommend this place to live.

Shady and uncomfortable trailer park. Lots are extremely close together and homes are clearly not held to any standards of appearance. Does not feel like a safe area. Would not recommend anyone move here.

Tight on parking but nice location and the park is improving.

I found some real nice stuff in that store. Friendly atmosphere.

Park does not enforce rules. All hours of the night on the far west entrance cars are coming and going. Loud bass driven music and cars with modified exhaust flooring it through the park. Speed bumps are useless because they either dont slow down at all or they stop, floor it and take off. Would not recommend buying a home here.

Maybe details wont be needed but lower rates and respectful honest employees elude this place..

It has nothing but a trailer park . Not a good plan, been there for years and its nothing but an option to a real home.

This place full of nosiebodies snitches and drug houses.
