I was comfortable while waiting for my laundry. Several eateries in the immediate vicinity as well. I will return each week for laundry day!

Ive been coming to this laundromat for years out of convenience. Ive never had a problem when it comes to the machines, employees, prices, etc. Lately the customer service has been nothing but shotty. Tonight was it for me. Understanding that last wash is at 8pm, I was told not to use the only washers open at the time, because over half of them had been serviced and cleaned for the night.. at 7:30pm.. not only that, but the bathrooms are always closed because the attendant doesnt want to clean anything at night. You cant leave customers without a restroom for hours on end. That is no way to run a business. I understand you dont want to work on a Sunday night, but dont deprive your customers of what they came here for just because you are lazy. After speaking to other concerned patrons, I think its time something be done about this employee, he clearly has no respect for his job.

Its a good laundromat but nothing super special. The gentleman at the front was very friendly and helpful. The machines are more expensive than those at other laundromats and the settings arent as customizable. You can only choose water temperature, with no settings for clothing type (e.g., delicates) or soil level. The location is very convenient and the facility is reasonably clean. I also like that you have the option of using a card or coins.

I have used the laundry basket for their drop-off laundry service probably 20 times. They have always been fast (within hours same day), affordable, friendly, and honest. I have even forgotten money, jewelry and other valuables in my pockets and they put them at the top of the bag.

I called and asked if they were available today (Sunday) and the owner met me at their location and let me drop off 7 loads. She was done in 2 hours and was so kind. Im a single mom and own a small business, she took one of my business cards and told me she would look at my website. It really meant a lot considering how hard the last year has been, its nice to see other small business owners supporting eachother. Not only that, the customer service was supreme, it was my first time having someone do my laundry for me.

Has it been that long that Ive used a laundromat, or is this place just really expensive.?! Either way, I love that it was big enough to practice social distancing. Very clean. Thank goodness for the vending machine when the toddlers were hungry and thirsty. I also love the location

Great laundromat. Its clean, there is plenty of seating with free wifi. I love the different sized machines. They also have a wash and fold service that Ive used when I am busy. I dropped off my laundry basket. I returned and its folded and sorted. Great laundromat.

I had a long conversation with the owner of The Laundry Basket about open carrying my firearm. At first he came off a bit strong and a bit angry when I asked him does he have a sign requesting no open carry allowed. He informed me that he doesnt need one but he did say that he will get one again. I have come to this place for a few weeks and no one has ever told me the rule. I dont hold any grudges towards the owner for his own rules and I will be back in the future. I will just leave the gun in the car from now on.

You can use a credit card or purchase a laundry card to wash & dry.Place has just been totally remodeled, lots of space to fold, a long L shaped counter and tables to relax at. Multiple big screen televisions and new laundry carts with wheels that dont wobble.The place is spotless and well staffed.Its the ONLY place to launder comforters, blankets, sleeping bags...all the big stuff.Great prices too.

Honeslty cleanest and nicest laundry mat on this side of town. Not too expensive, new washers, and powerful dryers. Dont expect much from the staff, but why would you need them anyway? It is laundry. They do good job at keeping it clean.

This is the best possible location for a laundromat. Its right across the street from king soopers, and right next door to cheba hut, the emp🎱rium, and a gas station.I can do my laundry, my grocery shopping, grab a sandwich, shoot a game of pool, and get fuel, all in the se spot.

There are so many washers and dryers that I have never had to wait for one to open up; the restroom was very clean; and the facility is comfortable and tidy. It is a huge relief to find a laundromat that doesnt completely stress out me out when I go to it. Well done!

I dont come to laundromats often but I was definitely pleased with my experience here. I came on a Saturday expecting to have to deal with a good number of people and I came to find it not busy, lots of various sized washers ranging from $1.50- $4.75 at most. It was very clean, smelled good, friendly staff, a machine that cut dry time in half for only $.25 per use, and folding space. Only down fall is lack of seating during busy times Id imagine. Nice place overall! I will recommend for sure!

The employees here are the absolute best. Even when the Sunday crowds make things hectic and stressful, the staff is always patient and helpful. I hope the management knows what a great team they have in place.

My first time in, to wash a comforter, I had a nice chat with the owner. He was super friendly and helpful. Hes been in the laundry business his entire life, and it was awesome to see someone passionate and interested in an industry most people dont think about much.Pretty soon theyre going to have a whole loyalty card system along with credit card readers on all the machines. Ill be going there, and only there, to wash my oversize stuff from now on.

I came here to do laundry, when I was done doing laundry my car had trouble starting. Cane not even 12 hours later to come get my car out of the parking lot and it had been towed. On top of that the owner didn’t even care. As a paying customer this should be illegal and I’m at a loss of words over their lack of being professional when he also complained on the phone that he was having a hard time staying in business, obviously as a regular customer at this place he has lost my business and I’ll be going elsewhere to do my laundry

Disgusting that you allow people to take the laundry carts outside to grab their dirty laundry. The laundry carts are meant for clean clothes only.Edit: In response to owner response.Ive never once seen your employees sanitize those laundry carts and Ive been doing laundry there for awhile, now.Also, trying to insinuate that my opinion on the matter is in the minority with no proof is nothing more than an attempt to negate the fact that what youre allowing to occur is unsanitary while trying to sound PC.

Very clean environment. They provide water refill and there’s also restrooms! There are also seats and plugs while waiting for your laundry. Service is wonderful! The lady was very caring and asked if we needed bags for our clothes.

Very clean and open, but the price are fairly high. One large load of laundry is like 4.25, a medium 3.25 and a small 2.25. Then you have to pay .25¢ for every 4 minutes on 1 drier.

Reasonably priced. They have a great machine that minimizes drying time. Staff is really friendly. Clean machines and overall clean. Fun little arcade to kill time too for just a few quarters.

Love this place! Great staff! They let my daughter help them fold clothes, and understood my boys(2&3) acting like little kids! And you can get a tan while you do your laundry! Plus they have snacks!

Campers/Travelers! After volunteering with HistoriCorps outside of Ft. Collins, where we did restoration construction work on historic buildings for a week, you can imagine how dirty and stinky our clothes were—especially since we were staying in a campground in a travel trailer at the time! Whew! So nice to find these good reviews...and a very spacious and clean facility, excellent equipment, and reasonable prices. We took advantage of one large “commercial “ washer for the denim and darks. Used smaller ones for whites and light colors. Oh, and they use credit/debit cards!!! On a warm day, the facility is cool and clean. Great ATT service, free WiFi, spotless bathrooms, TV, and plenty of wheeled baskets for use. It was a Friday, late afternoon, and few customers. Easy parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Looks like they have drop off service and a loyalty program too. Yes, this is your best choice!

Lots of washers and dryers. Washers in multiple sizes. Price is reasonable for how fast it is. I think they do dry cleaning as well!? Haven’t used those services yet. They probably sell detergent and stuff, but there’s a King Soopers across the street I stop at if I need anything before hand. Has become my new laundry spot. Staff is nice as well btw!

I deviated from my usual Poudre Laundromat as I had business in town, and am SO HAPPY I DID!!SUPER Clean, and the atmosphere is not sterile like MOST. The soap bins on the machines were not all crusted out, and as somebody with SEVERE allergies, I REALLY APPRECIATE that!!Entertainment, wi-fi, food, and even beer are close if one do chooses.I will DEFINITELY drive out of my way, to come here instead!!

Clean, well lit, lots of machines with different sizes, at the time of this review: $2.50 for asmall load, $3.75 medium, $4.75 large, $7 and $9 for huge loads. $0.25 for 6 minutes in a larger dryer. Detergent for $1.00. ALL the machines accept credit cards. Additionally they have a change machine. Free WiFi! Seating area with outlets! Men’s and women’s toilets. Folding area... 5 stars all around!
