I have come here a few times to pull out loans. Every experience has been great! Tabitha has great customer service and the store is always clean.

This place is awesome. I just needed to do a simple thing(cash a tax refund check) but that somehow turned into a fiasco at another check cashing place. Brandy at Check Into Cash was super friendly, fast, and helpful. She took care of everything quickly and efficiently. And the rates here were half of what the other place was trying to charge me!! I very highly recommend Check Into Cash. I know Ill be going back there!

I made a payment arrangements to make a payment today and now my account is over drawn and I have no money to get the things that I need since I am fighting breast cancer. And the sad thing is they don’t even care what happens. I have called the bank and so have told the bank that they are not to process the payment since they didn’t call me. Every time they have called me I have been at work. And by the time that I get off of work it is to late to call them back. But they just put my account in the hole.

The woman that works here should be fired and is incredibly unprofessional, she closed the store to take a lunch and as a result a woman and I, was waiting in the parking lot for over 45mins and the woman was still not back from the store!!

Sheena was very helpful and quick with getting me the money I needed.

I love this place I was denied at a different location when I came here I expected to be sent away with no money. I got more than I hoped and they were nice fast and fun people to be around

Quick and efficient in and out although I would like to note on google info for Check Into Cash it comes under sell in store credit even says in store credit but once you click & goto the webpage it only gives gifts cards as a selling option. Granted mine still was able to be sold but again my distaste for that company Cardpool and it messed up business handlings has grown. Ironic the same in store credit that I was offered 25$ directly through Cardpool got me a whopping 14$ dollars through Check Into Cash which is a 30-40% highway robbery but at this point it got rid of it. Sucks I waited 3 weeks to cancel and ultimately sell it to them anyways. Hope either party enjoys it because I wont reuse this service now that I know thats how it goes but thanks none the less.

My wife made arrangements to make a payment of Friday and the lady said ok although we are not supposed to we can do that since your going to pay it off.Come Friday she goes in to pay it they already sent it to the bank causing 7 more overdrafts and the lady who answered the phone said oh I talked to her I remember that, I got side trackeded, really? Do you have children running that place who easily gets sidetracked by shining objects and cant even say sidetracked!Go to Checkmate much more professional, curtious, and stay away from shining objects to keep their customers happy!!!7 more overdrafts thanks to check into cash so if your wanting help DONT GO TO CHECK INTO CASH

The sign says open 10 to 3 and I went there at 11 and it was closed on a Saturday not very good
