I wouldnt recommend trying for a loan, I was approved on the spot the first time, I paid my loan off went back with no change except a higher paying job and was denied on the spot. I feel the pick and choose. No real good business in my eyes.

These people refused to cash a check for me. A business check written on an American bank because it was from Puerto Rico and the woman said she called her GM and they refuse to cash it because Puerto Rico uses pesos. Then refused to give me her GMs number. Puerto Rico uses US DOLLARS and is an American Provence. They refused to even bother with me.

Went there yesterday and the lady was awesome! I felt bad showing up about 20 minutes before closing but the woman working didnt bat an eye. She even was friendly enough that we were chatting the whole time so I didnt finish until after closing. Only downfall is they robbed you with the amount they keep for themselves.

I walk into this location only to see no one behind the counter. After standing there for a while Lindsay comes trotting along from the back rolling her eyes immediately after looking at me. I ask her simple questions about getting a loan but she was extremely unhelpful and giving me attitude for no reason. Rudest customer service you will find at any ACE location in the country. Im not even going to pull the race card she was just simply bad. Black Brown or White dont come here.
