BG Automotive is the only repair shop I trust in Fort Collins. They are timely, and you receive a clear explanation of the work that needs to be completed, with photos. I have always been satisfied with the work they do on my vehicle! The customer service is great - friendly, clear, and to the point. Both Kaylee and Greg go above and beyond with helping customers.

This is the GO TO SUBARU place in Fort Collins and all of northern Colorado! They are extremely quick, efficient, and very knowledgeable staff. They let you know everything as soon as they are going through with your vehicle diagnosis. Service was great, and would absolutely recommend taking your vehicle here for ANY reason!

I went here to have a relatively small issue fixed, and ended up having them do some much-needed major repairs to my older Acura MDX. After getting a really quick turnaround quote for timing belt, brakes and rotors, and transmission fluid, I decided to pull the trigger. Price was slightly high but comparable to other quotes Id gotten elsewhere, but the delivery time and professional communication with Greg is what sold me. I actually anticipated it might be a day late, but nope, everything was done in one day just as promised. Got the call by 4pm. I could have saved a small percent going elsewhere, but it was worth it to not have to be left waiting. Car drives great too. Super happy to have found this place!

Took my beloved Subaru Outback to get some quick maintenance work done and and found out she needed a brake pad replacement ASAP. I would NOT trust your car here. An employee by the name of Drew M. was recklessly driving a customer’s Red 350z Nissan behind my boyfriend and I. He was riding our bumper, swerving in and out of the bike lane to pass us, and then passes us on a double yellow line to speed off (Mind you, we were going 5 over the speed limit). He then attempts to break check us before speeding off again! I did record him in fear that he was going to hit our car - so a lot of this is on recording. I personally would never want my vehicle in the hands of someone that reckless.Of course to make things worse, when my boyfriend went inside to explain what had happened to the manager, Greg Johnson, he did not once apologize for the actions of his employee and practically laughed it off. Having worked in a dealership before, we know that MOST places take these kinds of things seriously. Apparently BG Automotive does not.

Absolutely great service. Everyone was very nice and friendly here. May have been a bit expensive but it was definitely worth it. My car haven’t felt this good ever. Plus getting my AC working was a huge step up from before. The people working the desk were very helpful with what I needed done to my car and the technicians went out of their way to show me what they did on my car.

Came here for a post road trip check up on my new subie, professional and super friendly front desk staff. They did a thorough job and they were pretty damn quick too, price was competitive, and I’m glad I chose them after hearing the good reviews over some shady mechanic. They also were very transparent, they took pictures of everything that I needed replaced, and walked me through the trouble I was having with my tires. Great experience, will definitely be coming here for my WRX for the foreseeable future.

Took me a long time to find a reliable mechanic in Fort Collins, but B&G is it. I had a minor issue with my Subaru that Dellenbach could not figure out. After 6 service appointments, the dealership still couldn’t diagnose my issue and refused to service my vehicle any further. I took my car to B&G and wouldn’t you know it?….. my Subaru was running good as new! Great quality work and very competent mechanics ( also about 15%-20% less expensive than Dellenbach). Don’t bring your Subaru anywhere else!

I had a really good experience here. The technicians told me what needed to be fixed (the power-steering issue I had it brought it for and worn-down brakes), and also gave me a list of other recommended maintenance for a vehicle with my mileage. They were transparent about what was absolutely necessary, and what was just recommended, which I really appreciated as someone on a budget. They were super communicative about the timeline for ordering in and replacing my power steering pump, and were friendly and professional every step of the way. Im coming back here for sure.

These guys are awesome. My wife had a major issue with her Subaru and the Riverside BG team went out of their way to fix the issue. They even took her car to Discount tire to have new tires installed. I’d highly recommend this shop.

I only have alignments done at shops that give me a computer print out showing the alignment specs before and after the work. This shop did that and I feel very comfortable that the job was done right.

Took my Outback in and needed the ignition assembly replaced. The team was very friendly and professional and did a great job. They were even able to rekey the new assembly so I didnt have to change all the locks!

About a month ago my car started making a horrible screeching noise, and I tried to contact my dealer but they were booked weeks out. I ended up calling BG and they gave me a same day appointment! The staff there was so friendly and helpful. The issue was a rock in my wheel and they fixed it quick. Beau, the mechanic, was wonderful and told me how to fix the problem in the future! Ive lived in Fort Collins since 1982 and have used many repair shops over the years. After getting new tires at a local tire store, based on tire wear patterns, they recommended BG Automotive for tire alignment so I gave them a try. From the beginning contact I was impressed at how friendly and helpful Greg and Kaylee were. Bottom line, they checked the alignment and found that alignment was not required. They did some other work on the car and their prices were comparable or less than other bids I had received and the quality of the work seems very good. I highly recommend them.l

BG came recommended to me by discount tire they got my truck in in and out for an alignment and oil change. They sent me a detailed report with pictures of the inspection they had done and I was beyond impressed with their professionalism and I recommend that you call them for your automotive needs.

I took my car in to get the hood latch release mechanism fixed. Greg and Kaylee at the front desk were very courteous and helpful! Beau was the technician on my vehicle, and he was very knowledgeable. Drew was able to open my hood within 5 minutes of me arriving to the shop, which no other auto repair shop even offered to try. Greg was very helpful in the alignment process. Had the alignment done at Christian brothers before and was suspicious that it wasn’t done correctly and took my car here and I was right. These guys were able to get it fixed in a very professional and timely manner!

My Mazda CX5 was on the fritz. I called BG Automotive and they had the issue diagnosed quickly and offered to fix it for me same day, but it was already 4pm. So they provided me a loaner vehicle while they kept my car in the shop over the weekend. The work was finished at 11am the following Monday. It runs so great now. I HIGHLY recommend BG Automotive for all your repair needs.

BG to the rescue! On two occasions I called with different automotive emergencies, Kaylee and the technicians were able to get my vehicles diagnosed and fixed without delay! Not being a car person can be a disadvantage when you need repairs... But Kaylee explained everything thoroughly and with patience. BG and Kaylee rock!

Just started using these folks, but they are very good. Right off the bat you can tell that they are committed to customer service. Their diagnostic services are really stellar, and they got my timing belt replaced in short order and at a competitive price. They know what they are talking about, and now that my Subaru is out of warranty, I will be using them to keep my car in good shape.

Drew gave a thorough and comprehensive report after diagnostics on my 2008 Subaru Impreza. He was able to fix my A/C leaks, flush the transmission fluid, replace the front and rear wheel bearings, do an alignment and have the car back to me in one day.

Kaylee and the team at BG Auto always take care of my Jeep! Its not what they usually service, but they take on the challenge flawlessly and I always leave happy! I never feel taken advantage of and Im always greeted with a smile. I LOVE their inspection reports that get emailed to me each time I come in. Seriously, I dont know why every shop doesnt do this. 10/10 all the time!!

I loved that they took the time to answer all of my inane questions. I felt comfortable authorizing almost all of their recommendations, and the ones I didnt, were only after a long conversation with the office manager (I think that was her title). They even offered me a loaner for the weekend- I hadnt even thought to ask. My 19 year old Suby feels brand new again!

They are all so willing to help and answer any questions. Also have given me a ride to and from my place multiple times when I did not have a ride. They are super friendly and professional, which goes a long ways when you do not know much about cars!

Came in for some normal maintenance and check engine light. Shop was very courteous and knowledgeable. CEL can be very tricky and they were quick to diagnose and talk through best options. Have come here for a few years with a Subaru but others as well!

BG Automotive gave us a free inspection after receiving an inspection at a dealership. They were very competitive and got me in right aways for the repairs and maintenance. The repairs were completed quickly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be going back for my repair and maintenance needs.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. The day before Christmas Eve I was heading out on a cross country road trip, and discovered a rodent had chewed up my windshield washer fluid line (who knew?) I showed up at B&G frazzled at 3pm, with no appointment, never having been a customer before, and not really knowing what a washer fluid line even was. The guys at B&G were able to fit me in, replace the line, and send me on my way in an hour flat. The men who worked on my car and the ones in the office were UNBELIEVABLY kind, and even let my dog hang out inside with me (and had treats!) I cannot say enough good things about my experience and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. I will gladly take all future auto needs to B&G

I liked their service and professionality but their diagnostic price was definitely higher than most places I checked.

I took my car in for an oil change. Turned out needing a new timing belt and brake pads. Definitely money I did not plan to spend. After a slight miscommunication over the phone, Kaylee decided to knock $100 off the final total. I thought this was wonderful customer service, and something she did out of kindness, rather than necessity. Bravo!

Ive always heard great things about this shop. They really care for their customers and will get the job done. Every time I drive by I always see some pretty cool vehicles. If you are live up in northern Fort Collins then this should be the shop you take your vehicles to.

They explained things very clearly so that I could understand without having any car knowledge. Kaylee, especially, was so nice and helpful as my service advisor. I have some more major work to be done on my car and I will definitely be coming back to BG for it thanks to their great service and very fair prices.

BG Automotive - Fantastic group of highly trained individuals dedicated to high quality car repairI had my car, a 2005 Subaru Outback Eddie Bauer Edition serviced by BG Automotive for several years now. A few days ago, I came in for an oil change, seasonal tire change and some rattles and other issues that needed attention. The car was not handling well and was making rumbling sounds at low speed going over bumps. The crew at BG Automotive rapidly diagnosed my problem(s) and sent me a report via text and email. The rumbling was being caused by a strut problem. I thought this was odd since BG Automotive had replaced all my struts less than 2 years ago and they only had ~25,000 miles on them.Anoushir, who was my service adviser, told me they would warranty my struts since BG Automotive guarantees all wok for 3 years or 36,000 miles. I’m happy to say today that my handling and rumbling problems have been resolved. The car drives better than ever. The rumble is gone. The pulling to the right has disappeared. The performance is 100% since doing an air/fuel induction service and replacing a really dirty air filter. The car has its old zip again.I have been a loyal fan of this shop for a while now. I’m so happy with this last round of service that I am happy to provide this glowing review. They Even let me come in the next day and run codes again since the seller was a little shady. Honest, hardworking people. I Highly recommend this location.

Used this location instead of the dealership. We were very pleased at theprofessional service and friendly staff. This means alot if you have ever been to a dealership ( a lexus one at that) they have very high standards and so do you. A wash bay would complete the job.

They were very easy to work with & willing to share knowledge about possible repair options. I felt they were trustworthy and they definitely earned my future business.

Professional shop, conducted a thorough inspection along with oil change after a cross country road trip. They load all their findings to a web portal that you have access to, with red yellow green lights for severity of issues they find, with pictures to back it up. Not the cheapest (synthetic oil change with OEM filter was ~$95, when I usually pay ~$75), but good professional shop, definitely recommend.

The service, including costumer service, was fast and courteous. They arranged my tow with an AAA provider and kept me informed at each step of the way. I will definitely call on them again to care for my Subaru Outback.

I have taken my car here for several years - now has 94000 and they told me today, after the oil change, it was in perfect condition. Some of that is due to them as they have taken care of several maintenance issues for me in the past. I was very pleased today and will return.

Ive only been in Fort Collins a few years but I wont go to any other mechanic. These guys are professionals, polite, knowledgeable, and affordable. When you drop off your car they do a full inspection and send you an email itemized with any issues they found as well as pictures. My least favorite part about taking my car to a mechanic is sweating while theyre calculating my total. No surprises here as you get to go through each issue one-by-one with the tech over the phone and get a full quote before they get to work. Could not recommend this place highly enough.

I’ve been struggling to find a place to get work done on my truck that is affordable. Unlike most places, here you can get affordability AND excellent service. The employees are very understanding and knowledgeable and already seem like they care about helping solve my issue without ripping me a new one. Hash is great at his job and I look forward to working with him more.

I love how the team here specializes in Subaru and knows what theyre doing so well they always get my car in and out within the same day no matter the work load!They charge less than their competitors because they can work much quicker since they work on similar cars all the time. Super friendly and easy to work with. Ive never felt like the work was overpriced.Other Mechanics dont know Subarus as well so youll pay them more to complete the same amount of work in more time with a higher chance of a mess up. Subaru Dealers are great too but charge you a premium for the same speicalization. Better go here and get the same specialization for way less. 10/10

This is not the first time I have taken my Subaru to BG for service and the quality of work and customer service remains outstanding. I am thankful that BG is available to us- the price of repairs is considerate and by far more affordable than the same service at the dealership. In fact, I believe that BG understands the ins and outs of Subaru much better! I learned this the hard way- two years ago, the dealership service told me I needed a new car... I brought it to BG and today my car is running great!

This team is full of the sweetest and most thorough mechanics Ive ever dealt with. During the beginning of the pandemic, they offered to pick up groceries for their customers. Went to get O2 sensor replaced. Instead of replacing O2 sensor, they did an inspection, told me it was probably the O2 sensor (which I already told them) and recommended driving it around and then getting it diagnosed. Thanks for the help. Truly invaluable information. $70 for pretty much nothing.

This place is the place you want to go to fix your car. They give you warranty on any job your do with them. I met with more than employee they were all helpful and nice, but I really recommend working with Brandon were he was the person to talk to Incase I need help with my Wrx Subaru and my GMC Sierra.
