My first cut with Ben was a dry Diva Cut and Style, and Ive been back twice since then. He. Is. Awesome. The atmosphere of his home studio is unlike any other salon/studio Ive been to! His adorable and well behaved little dog got to sit on my lap the whole time during that first cut. I love animals and he has a few, which adds to the vibe! He has live plants and cool decor all around. Going there to get your haircut feels like an experience rather than just a service. Just by the studio/house alone, you can tell how creative he is, and that creativity pours over into his passion for hair! Chatting with Ben is always great. He is truly one of the most down-to-earth and unique individuals Ive met. He has a cool background. I have wavy to curly red hair and went to another Diva Curl specialist at one point, and didnt like what came of that. I went to him after that, and he made me love my curls again! He understands curls thoroughly and works hard to continue the building of that knowledge. Hes generous, kind, and amazing at what he does!

Search no further. Ben has by far given me the best Deva cuts of anyone I have ever had AND is the most affordable by a long shot! He really knows his curly stuff!!! A really relaxing place to get your hair cut. I had my first dry cut for my wavy/curly hair here and loved it. He used Deva products which was a nice way to try them before committing to buying a bottle. Great experience all around!

Ben is just amazing with curly hair and color. I had not had a cut or color in about 2 yrs & he cleaned it up, thinned it out, added layers & then did a fantastic color. Very calm and relaxing atmosphere...the foundation is so soothing. Added bonus of his dog Baldwin to sit in your lap for petting if you want just tops off the experience. Oh yeah, the head massage!

I recently visited Bens Hair Studio for a trim and dye. I have extremely straight hair and wasnt sure on what I wanted--but Ben did a great job giving me feedback and knowing what I needed. Ben is the definition of down to earth. I met him driving Uber/lyft and I picked him up from a local bar with an entire trunk full of drums and instruments. He got in my front seat and immediately requested that I turn the music up and he started hammering out some music on his drum that he brought with him for the ride. He was killing it. Matching up his drum with my jazz music. It brought an uncontrollable smile to my face. It was hilarious and very cool and still stands as one of my favorite memories driving people around town.He told me about his studio and told me to come in the next time I needed a hair cut. He moved around his schedule despite being really busy and gave me one of the best haircuts I have ever had. I used to have hair down to the middle of my back and ever since cutting it I have struggled to find the right person to trim it the way I want it. I gave him zero guidance and he cut my hair perfectly.I will always schedule my haircuts with Ben. His studio is one of a kind and he is such a unique guy. I look forward to getting to know him for years to come. His clients are his friends and his personal brand is all about friendship.

Sooooo Saaaaddd..... I got my hair cut by Ben about 1 month ago. I have curly hair and high expectations. Ben cut like a mad scientist, respect, which is great for him as it looked fun but I was not impressed with the actual cut. The mad scientist seemed to trump the skill here.
