Robert and his team are the bomb. I take my little man (3yo) there for a bald fade and line up every month. Robert is so good with kids and fast. This is a great Barber Shop. The Barber by the name of Magic gave my 3-year-old son his first ever fade, mid-drop fade with shears on top for just a bit of length. Everything went very well. His attention to detail was very good and exactly what one would want in his trusted Barber. It is easy to see that he has a tremendous dedication to his craft, and expert execution of that craft. My dude Rob gives the cleanest cutz in Fort Collins. Anybody who says different is mistaken. When I say clean cutz I mean beard and hair, also my lady approves. Robert has been my Barber for years! He has always taken great care of my son & I and he keeps us looking fresh. You can tell that he genuinely cares about his customers by how he interacts with everybody, whether they are adults or kids and he always checks in on whatever it was that we talked about the last time we were in his chair. This is a dope Barber shop with a great staff, there isnt much reason to go elsewhere. My hair and beard grow in very lopsided and if Robert and the crew are able to make it look even, you know they know what theyre doing!

This place is amazing! Got me right in and fixed the bad hair cut I got the day before. Best haircut Ive had in a long time!!

They need to sort out their organisation of seeing customers. I called ahead to ask what time was good to come in, if I needed to make an appointment etc. Was told to just walk in although I might have to wait a little. I was OK with that and confirmed that Id be there within the hour.There was one person in the queue ahead of me when I arrived. While we were waiting another dude came in who had apparently made an appointment so he jumped me in the queue. During this exchange he recognises me as the person who called. No worries. Says Ill be after appointment guy.While me and appointment guy are waiting another dude walks in. Barber tells him theres a couple of people in front of him (motioning to me and appointment guy). He hangs around.Appointment guy eventually get his turn, takes 30-40min, and finally, nearing 1.5 hours of waiting its finally my turn. Instead, old mate calls the latest walk in dude ahead of me, telling me sorry too many people had their names on the board already. Even though he told this latest guy that I was supposed to be before him? Tbh I think they knew each other because he just walked up like he dgaf. A reasonable customer at a barber shop respects who is ahead of them in the queue. Either way I had run out of patience and left.Whatever the case, horrible form by this place. That whole ordeal wouldnt have been an issue if they were just straight up from the start. Instead I was misled at each step of the process. From the phone call to the misrepresentation of where I was in the queue after each person was finished (he stated more than once that I was after appointment guy).Cant rate barber skills. Just sort out your customer service pls.

Went in when they opened and there is only the receptionist no barbers to cut hair was asked to come back. Yeah no. I will not be back.

I won’t let anybody else but Robert cut my boys hair did that once when he was out of town but won’t do that again!
