This is really not professional business. I called to schedule a spot for me and they said the wait is gonna be 3 hours or more so they’ll put me on the list then give me a call back. I wait more then 3 hour’s expecting to get a haircut today, didn’t go and try to find another place because they Insured me that I have an appointment with them and I’ll be getting my haircut. But no I didn’t get a call to go in. So I called to see when I should go in and they said they don’t have me in the list that I can try to make another appointment for another day. This is really not good way to attract your customers. Thank you for making me see that. It was gonna be my first time there. And never gonna go. They wasted my time for nothing.

This place is amazing. The service is excellent, its always clean and comfortable. Amy is a great manager and always keeps things running smooth. Ashleys my favorite though she does a really great job of working with customers to find the exact style they desire. Keep up the good work squad!

We visited sports clips at about 10am on Wednesday the 17th, I was told there was a 20 min wait; so outside at a table, I gave them my boys names and gave my phone number as with covid, we had to wait in our car which was parked directly in front of sports clips. (I had windows down) No problem.. i waited for about 35 min and started to notice they were calling people who had registered after we did... I thought maybe they had an appt.. so I waited a lil longer.. after about 45 min of waiting, and saw two gentlemen walk in after just giving names about 20 min prior, I got out and I approached one of the stylist to ask where we were on the list. Apparently no one knew we were waiting... I asked the reception girl of she had forgotten about us and she said no, youre on the board. Well obviously not because the stylists were just taking people left and right and not going of of said list. Someone dropped the ball. What was the point of giving names at this table of u werent gonna go off of it. Needless to say, I said forget it and I left and my kids did not get their haircuts. I felt we were ignored because we followed rules listed at the front door. people were being called because they were waiting at the door NOT social distancing as posted.

Meghan did my hair here and did a great job. All too often I have people misinterpret what I want with my hair but she got it right. After doing a great job they put into their computer so when I come back they know how I like it.

This was my first time going to this barber shop and I would have to say the other reviews adequately describe the experience you will get. I came in and asked for a haircut without much instruction on what I wanted, and my barber, Krystal, provided me with an exceptional haircut. The theme was fun even though I dont enjoy football all that much. Overall, a very good experience, and I would recommend going here even if it mean driving further than you would for a different barber shop.

They need more attention to detail. My husband asked for the zero to be just above the ear and low in the back and it ended up being 2 inches above the ear and about 4 inches in the back. Haircut wasnt anything like what we asked for and was $20. Much better and cheaper places in Fort Collins.

We were able to walk in during the evening and be seen within 15 minutes. I watched a documentary on an NFL coach while he got a trim. It was convenient and the trim was decent - pretty close to what was requested.

They do everything that you tell them and give descent haircuts. Which is all you should really expect for 19 bucks + tip. First time there you get a free upgrade to the MVP experience. Make sure you checkin online and follow the instructions and you will most likely be getting a haircut within 15 minutes of walking in.Also make sure you tell them specifically what you want and be detailed so they are careful with your hair.Other than that people are just complaining for stupid reasons. It is a good price and good haircut overall!

Treated my son with care - Natalie was quick to understand my son who has disabilities. She made him feel welcome and safe enough that he allowed her to trim his beard - something no one else has done. Five stars for Natalie.Three stars for the rest of the staff. They were either perfunctory and cold or very poorly groomed. If not for Natalie, Im not sure we would have stayed. Because of her we will certainly be back.

Every other time I get my haircut its a great experience with attentive stylists, then you get a real dud. This last time I went the stylist was disgusting. Talking about how she had gas, how she couldnt belch, and had really bad indigestion. Would you like to tell me about your stool sample too? She also was upset by how I asked her to cut my hair and didnt come closer to getting it right. I asked her to fix some of the lines to get them straight and she got all huffy(and didnt straighten them). I love coming home and cutting my own hair after dropping 25$ for someone else to do it. I think Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Every time I visit I am happy with whoever cut my hair. Before they start, they always verify the notes in the system on how I like my hair cut. This last visit I felt like trying a change and let the stylist do whatever she thought would look good. She did a great job and I love the new look so much that it will become my new cut moving forward. And of course, the hot towell and massaging shampoo is awesome! This Sports Clips is the only place Ill to get my hair cut.

I’ve been taking my son to sports clips for about 6 months now and have been generally satisfied with his haircuts, they are fast, friendly and great for a simple low maintenance boy hair style that we like. However last Friday will be the last time we visit this particular shop. The stylist we saw was extremely unprofessional, defensive and rude when it came time to pay/tip. I had asked her to please cut the side and back at a 1-2 then the top a 3 1/2 but that we wanted to keep it spiked on top. Not only did I have to ask her to blend out a super harsh line on the side she missed (to which she seemed pretty irritated with) She brought him back completely buzzed all around. My son is 9 it’s summer the haircut wasn’t what we thought we had asked for but really it wasn’t a big deal. The problem I now have is that when I went to pay and she noticed I hit zero on the tip option ( was planning on giving a cash tip) she got pretty defensive and confrontational with me, saying “are you not happy with the hair cut?! “ I did exactly what u wanted”, “you said 3 1/2 on the top” Now let me say I’m a licensed cosmetologist who doesn’t enjoy doing men’s cuts generally but I have done enough to know that did not look like 3 1/2 on top I also know I said to keep it spiked on top and I maybe didn’t use the “proper terminology” but I feel like as a stylist sometimes you have to listen and be sure you understand what is being requested. By the end of me basically apologizing to HER for not liking the cut I decided to keep my $5 and walked out.

Went in for a standard haircut. Last time Crystal cut it and did a great job. The lady who cut it this time scalped me from my neck all the way up to the top of my head. I went back and Crystal said they all have different cutting styles...it looks like the one I got today used a weed eater style. Did offer to fix my problem, only way I could see that done is by gluing the hair back on...

Teach Your Employees to do an actual fade! You think a fade is just short here and a bit shorter there! My Little Brother as devastated with his haircut today!Too Short! and she didnt give him a fade like he asked! Ive never gotten a great haircut here and thats why I switched to Mr.Lees Barbershop! And Now My brother will begin to go there. 0 Experience here! Plus Mr.Lees is cheaper and somehow gives a 5 star haircut!

I have gone to this Sport Clips on and off for years, and the stylists they hire here are incredibly inconsistent. Sometimes you will get someone who is very attentive and gives you a great haircut. I have had too many times though where I get someone who is half asleep and seems to want to do the bare minimum, and the haircut shows that. I will be looking for somewhere else from now on.

I go here once a month for a couple of years. Love it most of the time. The last 2 cuts I have received have been submitted par, as well as taking 1.5 hours to get my cut and get back to work. The new girls are just not as good as the older employees. I may have to find a new spot.

I find it curious that all these people who have all the negative comments are so illiterate and they dont even check their spelling before posting their negative comments. I have been using Sport Clips for many years and I have NEVER had a bad haircut or bad service. My thumbs up to great stylists.

Going to find some real experience people. If I could post a photos here I WOULD!Update: The manager made a great effort to contact me and I appreciate it. I couldnt go back to the message and reply due to techinical issue with the app and lost her contact page. What I recall is she offered a refund for my last haircut and also in addition a complimentary haircut for the next visit.
