Most typical dealer experience here… all attitude zero respect or knowledge. They will call you to remind you of your scheduled service coming up the day after you roll enough miles to where it’s not free anymore. How absolutely pathetic! I’d stay far away from any Toyota purchase as m to 2020 Tacoma is not worth dealing with Toyota dealers

Booked an appointment with the collision center 3 weeks out and I get a call on Friday evening 3 days before the appointment saying they have to cancel my appointment with no idea of when I can reschedule. I can not call any other place that late on Friday as most are closed and now I have wasted 3 weeks of time and scheduled time off of work so I could have dropped my car off. This is not professional in any way and did not even receive an apology over the phone

My entire buying experience at Pedersen Toyota was a 10/10. The entire staff was amazing but I must point out the excellent job that Brad Hort did in assisting me with the purchase of my first new vehicle. You could tell he genuinely cared about his job as well as my wants and needs and was able to deliver and I rode off in a sleek 2021 Tacoma. If anyone is looking for a place to buy a car, whether its new or used, I would highly recommend Pedersen Toyota in Fort Collins and when you go, ask for Brad Hort, you will not be disappointed!

While the overall punctuality of the staff is great and the vehicle prices seem fair, they will absolutely try to rob you on your trade-in. Recently, I went there to trade in my 2012 ram 1500 and they offered me only $5000. KBB said trade-in was worth at least $10,000. I ended up Walking out, selling my truck at Carmax for nearly triple what Pedersen offered, and bought my new truck elsewhere. Don’t let them fool you!

I worked with Britt and it was a breeze. She was able to show me several options in my price range and never pressured me at all. It was as the most painless car buying experience I’ve had.

Took my 4 Runner in for 15,000 mile check yesterday. When I got home and checked the inspection report I discovered that everything was in better shape than when it was serviced in March! In March I was told the air filters would need to be changed at the next service. Low and behold my air filters were in great shape yesterday without being replaced. Add to that my tires have more tred on them now than in March also! Fluids topped off - haha. Windshield wiper fluid is almost empty and the brake fluid is lower than it should be. Coolant also low. To say I am upset is an understatement. I contacted the manager of the service department today. He agreed that the work was not done and will be issuing me a refund. He did want to come get the vehicle and take it in to Pederson and use it for training. I declined and will have our mechanic do the work. I feel I can not trust Pederson Toyota.

I have been to Pedersen Toyota a couple of times for different reasons and have been pleased for the most part. My service advisor on my first visit was a bit abrupt and not the best listener but the work was performed correctly and my shuttle driver was very friendly, prompt and polite as was the cashier. Today I just dealt with the parts department and the young man was friendly and helpful and answered questions about my purchase. Will be back for future service and parts needs.

Purchased a new 2021 Highlander from Pedersen Toyota in Fort Collins. This was the fifth vehicle purchased there, and weve had great experience every time. Megan Alayon, our internet sales consultant, was very helpful in sourcing a vehicle allocated to Pedersen but had not been built yet. She provided all of the details and was very accurate with the delivery date. On the day we picked it up, she helped explain all of the new technology that comes with new vehicles in 21. We recommend her should others be in the market for a new Toyota.

I am completely blown away with my service from Pedersen. Keith was an incredible sales associate - I was looking for a new car to hold all of my kids comfortably, and I was set on a Highlander. Keith showed me the entire stock of highlanders, and then showed me a Sienna. I told him “you’ll be the best salesman alive if you turn me into a Minivan Mom”... well, he is the best salesman alive because I bought the minivan. And I LOVE IT. It’s a luxury vehicle and it will last us a long time and keep my kiddos safe. I am not one to buy from a dealer... That said, these folks have been good to me, and I might compare them to the Toyota dealer in Lancaster CA... Some other d-ships not so much. These folks have wysiwyg, or basically they do what they say / say what is real/important...

Had a great experience buying a new Toyota Highlander from Nick Wacker at Pederson.

Took the car in for a basic service/oil change, they didnt tighten the screws so the oil leaked out all over the drive. Had to have it towed back the next day, then they didnt close the hood correctly and it started flapping about on the way home. Last visit here.

I have never posted a review even if my experience was horrible, but this dealership really upset me. I took a Camry I had bought the month before to Pedersen to get a list of everything that is wrong with it. The repairs quote came out to almost $2,000. Since I work on cars myself, I told them I would do most of it myself for cheaper. For example: they claimed that both of my inner CV boots were leaking and the car had a major transmission fluid leak. I went down the list and checked everything they claimed was “wrong” with the vehicle, and 90% of what was listed did NOT need repaired. I wanted a second opinion, so I took it to my boyfriends work (Les Schwab) for them to look as well. They did a thorough inspection and also found NOTHING wrong with the transmission, or inner CV boots. Whoever inspected my car lied. My theory is (I could be totally wrong) but, they saw a young girl bring in a used car and assumed I wouldn’t know anything about mechanics, so they quoted me for repairs that weren’t even needed. If I didn’t know any better, I would’ve paid $2,000 for unnecessary repairs!!! Please DO NOT let this dealership scam you. If you have enough knowledge on cars, look at the car yourself before you pay them a ridiculous amount of labor to fix it. - the service advisor who did my inspection was Bob Troutman. Please stop lying to vulnerable customers!

Purchasing a vehicle is difficult enough but doing so from out of state can really make the experience a potential nightmare. Bought my truck from another dealership didnt like how they respected my time of the service being a mechanic I know how long a job should take especially on a brand new vehicle everything should come apart just find go back together even easier. So after getting all my oil changes done by the dealership I bought from I was not returning to that dealership in Greeley I did my research and talked with a bunch of Toyota peeps and recommended I take it to Peterson they are very good with service can getting your vehicle done in a timely matter especially on appointment I thought I was going to be sitting there for the whole three hours of the repair they had my truck done within two hours and ready to hit the road I really appreciate the crew there they obviously know what they are doing thank you

Nick Wacker is terrible. He is their online salesman.He undervalued my trade in by thousands of dollars to the point his manager sent me a second offer.He was insulting. He is a terrible salesman. He doesnt even understand his own market.If anyone has questions I have every email and quote and picture to substantiate this.Then today I got an email spam from him asking if I was still interested.The dealership is good.Nick is not.Find another salesman. And if the manager wants to contact me you already did. You sent me an email to correct his mistake but damage was already done. Fix him or youre gonna lose more business.

I purchased a Tacoma from Pedersen with less than 10,000 miles. From day 1 the breaks did not seem right. I had it in to the service department and they said it tested fine. I asked if they drove it, and they said no they just tested it at the shop. They recommended a tech ride along if the problem persisted. Due to Covid, I had been hesitant for the ride along. I recently had it in for oil change and tire rotation. When I picked it up they let me know that the tech thought he felt something with the brakes. They again suggested a tech ride along, which I scheduled. I showed up this morning for my ride along appointment. I was directed to Justins desk. He asked if I would be sticking around or if I wanted a call when done. I explained to him that I was there for a tech ride along. He again asked if I wanted to drop it off or wait. I explained again that I was there for a ride along so it would be hard to do that if I just dropped it off. He told me there would be a charge. After I agreed he went on to tell me that if there was an issue that it would not be covered under warranty. I was surprised as I bought the truck with less than 10,000 miles and he didnt even know what the issue was yet. I asked why it wouldnt be covered under the warranty if there was a brake issue. He then said, very condescendingly, Well, if there actually WAS a brake issue, it would be happening all the time. It was then that I decided to leave and not waste my time any further. It was clear to me that they were not interested in having a look at a safety feature of a vehicle purchased from them. I am beyond disappointed in the service, especially how I was treated by Justin. I will never buy or get service done from Pedersen again.

THIEFSTHIEFSTHIEFSI traded in a vehicle with Pedersen. They purposefully waited to pay-off that vehicle while I unknowingly made two extra payments. 32 days after trading in my vehicle they paid it off. They paid $600 less than what we agreed to and then told me I was not entitled to that money.

Chris Compton was a great sales person...I was a long distance away and he did a step by step walk thru of anything noticed on the vehicle...NO surprises when I got there and seen for myself.A great experience from start to finish with financing...I would highly recommend Pedersen Toyota for new or used buying.

In purchasing our TOyota Highlander, we had the Best Sales Associate possible in Josh. He took all the time we needed explaining the different models we were looking at, never hurrying us or trying to influence us on 1 model or another. When we decided and made the purchase josh made a appointment with us and went over each feature while sitting in the car, never rushing us with the questions we had and there were soooo many questions!! Josh had followed up with us more than once, and had even worked personally with us on new questions and walking us through more features. Cant give enough praise for his help, but I know if friends or family are ln the market for a new car as long as Josh is at Pedersen Toyota he will be the one they will ask for!!..

I just purchased a 2021 4Runner SR5 Premium. Keith Post was my salesperson and he made the process as streamlined as possible. I had to order the 4Runner because I wanted a specific color and Keith did a great job of finding me the 4Runner I wanted and keeping me updated on where it was throughout the entire shipping process. When I picked up the 4Runner it was during a busy Saturday afternoon. Keith was juggling between three customers, but was still able to give me the attention I needed to move through the process quickly. The company takes really good care of the vehicles when they come in, changing the timing belts, oil, battery, etc., which really put me at ease. Highly recommend this place.

I swear by Toyota products. I have had multiple trucks and turned my family onto the product as well. The service here at Pedersen has been terrible and completely dishonest. I put money down on a vehicle in February for a vehicle to be built. Was given written communication the vehicle was built and in California after being built in Mexico on May 17th. In my mind I prepared for another month (worst case scenario) before it arrived here in Colorado. Received a call on May 20th asking if I still wanted to cancel the build as though it had not even begun. Steve Allen (sales manager), as a grown man, stated he had heard from someone that I wanted to cancel the build. This is the definition of scapegoating as he could not actually identify who said it. All he had to was say we dropped the ball lets move forward. Instead I got attitude when I started to ask questions. It just shows the maturity level of a so called adult when they point the finger. Long story short the short supply of Tacomas motivated Steve to sell that truck to higher bidder. Had I backed out on this vehicle they keep my $1000 but they back out they sell that vehicle for $4000 more and laugh all the way to the bank just because then can. Steve also tried to pin this on a salesman who retired who was in charge of my order. Absolutely amazing lack of communication and information when every person in the place carries around an IPAD as though the increases their intelligence. It doesnt. It surely doesnt increase the amount of honesty and integrity. Amazing products but gutless sales and management personnel over there. Just beware that the short supply is causing the man part of salesman to vanish and it is just sales. Once there is more product hopefully the quantity of honesty will also increase.

I had a great time buying my Subaru from Pedersen Toyota! Anda and Chris were absolutely fantastic; the were both quick to communicate with me and were never pushy. I started emailing with Chris, then I met Anda in person, and then I saw them both on my last day when I actually bought the car. When I told them that I wanted to take it to an independent mechanic, they encourage it and Anda let me take it home for the night so it made it easier for me to do that. I feel bad that I cant remember the finance guys name, but he was able to get me an even better rates on my car. Great customer service, great transparency, will definitely be back!

The Pedersen parts department regularly adds 10% on top of msrp for no valid reason other than lining their pockets. I’ve had to confront them on this several times. Typically I purchase OEM parts online at well under MSRP, but occasionally I need parts same day. In this instance I understand that I’ll be paying more (i.e. MSRP) for the convenience, but Pedersen’s predatory pricing deserves no ones business.

Justin and team were so friendly and helpful. Not only did they address and fix the recalls, but they also put a new battery in the remote/key and put air in my tires. Bought from here, great! I just got done with my Toyota care services. I just got it serviced for 215$. That seems steep for routine maintenance. My truck coulda been washed too if I’m gonna get charged that much. I also told my service worker that I bought the tires a week ago. They don’t need rotated. He rotated them and charged me anyways. It left me a bit frustrated. I can go somewhere else for a whole lot cheaper. Which will probably be the case, btw it was a 2019 Tacoma.

We highly recommend Pedersen Toyota and our salesman, Josh, in particular. He was very knowledgeable about the cars features and compared them to those of competing products. We test-drove a couple of cars; there was no pressure. He helped us to understand financing options. In all aspects, our purchase was an excellent experience.

1st time at the dealership I recently had a topper installed on my tundra long story short I was convinced bad wiring job was causing short in system to brake lights. The problem ended up being extremely minor and instead of charging me $130 for diagnostic, Casey my service advisor only charged me $40 including the cost of 2 new bulbs! I will 100% be doing all my toyota service/repairs at this honest place.

I purchased a launch edition supra this past year from a different dealership and was never shown anything about the amazing qualities that it has. I stopped by Peterson Toyota in Fort Collins and spoke with Chance. He was absolutely AMAZING! He generously spent a significant amount of time with me going over every detail of my car. Never did he make me feel like I was being intrusive on his time. He is the type of salesman that you want to do business with. I would drive the five hours again just to purchase a car from him!

By far the worst parts department I’ve ever dealt with. 9 times out of 10 I have to go back because they gave me the wrong part.Today they sold me the wrong brake pads. I went back, Gary looked up the part number of the pads he sold me and said “nope those are right”. When I told him I had already tried to put the pads in the brake caliper and they were too big to fit, he went and grabbed another set of pads.He told me that in the future I could bring my VIN in and they could check it to make sure they were giving me the right parts. I’m really not sure why he didn’t ask me for it the first time I came in.Just doesn’t seem like they care about my time or the fact that they might be selling me the wrong brake pads for a car I put my family in.

Was impressed with the customer service we received when leasing our new RAV4 from Pedersen Toyota and Volvo. My wife and I looked at both Toyota and Volvo options and found Ryan and Megan to be very cooperate and patient as we test drove both models. We made appointments that made the best use of our time. Both Megan and Ryan ancicipated our needs and gave us a fair price. We will buy our next car from Pedersen.
