I just found out Fred Loya and National Insurance are basically the same thing. I ended up having to switch to National and they are just as amazing as Fred Loya I recommend them to anyone who wants fair prices and good service

I did not have a very nice time when we started going through your insurance company when it was called One Stop; your new policies I have gotten really tough for someone who has a DUI plus someone who does not have a permanent address I am livid completely livid of your policies now you guys have a great life mr. Padilla will not be going through you guys anymore you have lost a very valued customer

I wish there was an o star option. This company is a joke. Their insurance agents dont know what they are doing then they charge you extra and on top of that they charge you late charges for their mistakes. If you try to cancel your policy which hasnt even started they charge you more money on top of that. Their managers are a joke. Save yourself the headache and dont even walk in their doors. Im a very displeased customer. I will stay to the end of my policy and find a real insurance company that has competent agents.

This company is the worst insurance anyone can choose. Ask them why they reduce your 30 day policy every month to the point where your losing a lot of money and not receiving insurance. On top of this the manager who works there can hardly speak any english and does not know what she is talking about. She also manages an office in Loveland. I have witnessed the manage yell at customers many times when i used to go in to pay my bill. They will tell you that your policy comes with Road Side assistance but it really doesnt and it costs you $5.00 a month! If you try to use it they will never pick up. Please watch out for the manager she is extremely illiterate.
