Customer service had been good but since the COVID and when staff is working remotely this location is subpar. I have been trying to adjust my auto rates for the last two weeks and I keep getting the run around. The last time I was transferred to JP as my typical guy was out of the office. After 15 minutes on the phone JP said his computer crashed and asked if he could call me back in 3 to 4 minutes. 24 hours later I’m still waiting for a return call. I will be looking elsewhere as this location seems to have taken a dive.Update - Even after I called another local agent and he relayed to them I would be leaving I still have not heard back from Ben Parsons. I called Statefarm directly and in 15 minutes accomplished what I had tried to do with this office for the last two weeks. Needlessly saying I took my business elsewhere as this place shutdown for service. It’s not hard to return phone calls or at least keep pace with other Statefarm agents

I recently made the switch from Travelers Insurance to State Farm. Ben Parsons was fantastic about facilitating the transition. He explained everything I needed to know about how to handle the escrow components with my lender, and making sure I had an even better policy for less money than my previous policy. Same thing with auto. He found a way to save me about $30 per month. Been great so far. Would definitely recommend Parsons and State Farm.

I, Alvaro Rodriguez, want to make a formal complaint on this supposedly five star agent. I’m not really sure of how this works but he has been the worst insurance agent that I have ever encountered. I own various contractor companies and this guy has been playing with my money, he is trying to charge me a fee for attempting to cancel my insurance with him.Every time I try to cancel my policies, Ben Parsons staff always tell me I need to speak with him first before they will cancel my policy. I do not speak English very well and I believe Ben takes advantage of me for this. I have been so frustrated with Ben Parsons and his office because at every time they try to delay the cancellation. I have spoke to an attorney about it and he has advice me that we are in an agreement and not a contract. Ben Parsons is not a professional at all I wish I could rate him negative, I have a few friends that are also in this agency and this agent’s refusal to cancel my policies every time I have requested. My attorney has also advised me that I need to file a complaint with the Colorado department of insurance after I told him he will not cancel my policies or refund me my premium. I hope others that see this will careful not to use Ben Parsons. He will never let you leave and still keeps drawing money for the premium. He also says I have to pay a penalty for trying to leave.

Ive been very pleased with Ben and his teams care in carefully analyzing my insurance and investment needs and recommending the appropriate policies. Plus, he brings his dogs into work sometimes, so theres that also. Hard not to be a fan of an office that has an office dog.

Recently, State Farm and the Wellington Area Chamber of Commerce raised funds through a golf tournament to help Harvest Farm. Harvest Farm assists 72 men recovering from homelessness and issues of addiction in Wellington. State Farms generous gift has an incredible impact in transforming lives. Also, Ben has been a wonderful benefactor and volunteer for Fort Collins Rescue Mission. Both personally and professionally, Ben cares about the issues people face in our community and is willing to help. It is seldom you find a person or a business as committed to giving back as Ben and State Farm.

The food was excellent. The bread was really good and the Cesaer salad dressing was delicious... probably the best Ive ever had ! I will definitely go back. Just wish the place was a little bigger and had more wsite-staff.

My State Farm premium increased every month for the three months I had the policy. The increases were due to Ben Parsons office staff not processing disclosures that were signed and returned. Now that the policy has been cancelled they will not refund the amount I overpaid due to their error. An online insurance company is saving me over a thousand dollars a year compared to State Farm for the same coverage while providing much better customer service.

Ben is very enterprising. So much so that he wrote about 22 of his 26 reviews. Think Im a disgruntled customer who just wants to badmouth him...check for yourself. Almost all of the reviewers have reviewed only his business. The tone, phrasing and linguistic style is exactly the same for the 20 reviews. They are all 5 stars. Not one single criticism? No spelling or grammatical errors in 20+ reviews? If you read these at all, you know that over half the people who submit reviews either cant write or are rushed and make errors. The 20 plus that Ben wrote himself, all sound like scripted blurbs that you would see as endorsements in a print ad. Nice try Ben. I was looking for a new agent and I was almost sucked in. You may well be an excellent agent, but your dishonesty and hence disrespect for potential customers is a deal-killer for me. Nice touch that you even had one of your employees do a review....Id even give you a pass on that one.

I LOVE these guys!! My husband and I were looking for cheaper car insurance and I talked to Joseph Durhan and we decided State Farm was it, he made it easy for us to switch, then I met Ben himself. Ben was HIGHLY knowledgeable in everything that had to do with insurance and that made even better, usually you get some agents who you cant even talk to, you can talk to Ben and because of him we now have life insurance, health insurance, renters and a rental dwelling policy that in the end is fairly inexpensive. I will be going through Ben for any other of my insurance needs.
