Tony is 1 of the most educated sincere sales reps a customer could ever want!!! My back was against the wall today, energy installer in Chicago was booked out to October minimally, sadly and pessimistically I dialed ABC Automotive Electronics and humored myself by asking when there next available install date was. Much to my surprise Tony came on the phone and said we’re pretty booked and busy but if you make the effort to come by I’ll do everything in my power to get you installed. I took the chance and suffice it to say I’m back beating down the block all because Tony wanted to make someone happy today. I got to this place because a friend of mine took his car there he showed me the work they done and when he popped open the trunk I was amazed by how clean the work had been done it looked like it came from the factory like that. Awesome work very professional. I had my work done at SoundBytes and these idiots after they had finished left signs of where they had taken off a panel and broke not to mention a huge box that my low profile speakers did not need. To make a long story short I took it to ABC and asked if they could clean the mess SoundBytes made. The difference between night and day is how I can best describe it. Everyone at ABC very professional and courteous everyone at SoundBytes, let’s just say that they do not belong in the business at all. I am very thankful and grateful for the job they did. Would recommend to anyone that needs very professional work done at a reasonable price.

ABC Automotive installed a receiver, speakers and a backup camera that I had purchased online. They were professional and the install was seamless. I brought in my equipment and received a quote, returned the following day with my c at and everything was perfect. 🙌 When I picked up my car, they walked me thru the basics and took my old system and speakers for recycling so I wouldn’t have to deal with electronics recycling.

I called ahead to find the best time to come in and scheduled to get an automatic car starter and new radio.I dropped off the car in the morning and came back to pick it up mid day. In short, to say the least, Im very impressed. The radio fits perfectly and looks amazing, now I can listen to spotify on my way to work! The car starter is also excellent, with a longer range than I anticipated.ABC had Anthony work on my car. I looked and my belongings in the car were undisturbed. They didnt move anything around and left it how I left it, which is always a good feeling. After I paid, Anthony gave me a quick tutorial with a few jokes on my new toys and I was on my way, feeling like a million bucks.If youre questioning going here, I say its worth it.

In business for decades and the reason is painfully simple: competitively priced, quality work, backed by strong warranties.I gifted my mother a remote start on her ‘02 Sport Trac nearly 20 years ago. The truck might be falling apart, but the remote start works like the day it was installed and, of course, still under warranty (lifetime) at ABC. There was 1 issue with the system a few years ago (13+ years after initially installed) and ABC covered in under the lifetime warranty. Their use of soldered connections is key to longevity and an overall superior connection.I just had another remote start installed on another of my mom’s cars (‘13 Honda Insight) for her birthday, which prompted this review. Same day turnaround and another fine job done.Don’t worry about spending your money here. ABC will be around in the years to come and these guys really stand behind their work.

What originally brought me to ABC Automotive Electronics was an issue with my headlights going out after being replaced on multiple occasions in a short period of time.Tony listened to me, and let me know it may be the connectors that would need to be replaced. After replacing the connectors, I had no issues with my headlights.My most recent experience, I found myself not being able to get service as it was extremely busy. After a few attempts and even going to their location in Elk Grove, excellent service, and a promise to make good on getting my car fixed was honored at the Forest Park location.I can say you can’t go wrong at either location for professional and friendly service at ABC Automotive Electronics. First off I would like to personal thank JP and Tony for all their help and expertise. I called on a Friday evening about 6 and they fit me right in for a key fob and they did a great inspection of my vehicle and found out my kill switch was bad and my key fob had gotten water in it.. they did all the repairs and I got a new key fob and was in and out within a hour and a half.. thanks so much guys and if you ever need any alarm service or audio equipment.. make sure you go check these guys out at ABC AUTOMOTIVE ELECTRONICS..thanks again

I went in to inquire about a remote start for my new to me car. The gentleman that helped me was very patient with my thousands of questions, explained everything thoroughly and was extremely kind of throughout my visit. The facility was clean, everyone practiced social distancing and wore masks 😷. I was technically a walk-in and I received great service. I’m pleased with my remote start and I plan to return for my radio.

These guys did a fantastic job with my STI. During the consultation they expanded my vision and executed it seamlessly. The whole audio modification took less then 60 hours and was priced fairly, if not less then market rates. They were honest, the actual total cost came in under the estimate, which was surprising. A couple changes in material had to be made which lowered the overall. They could easily never told me and I would of never been none the wiser. This fact alone, I would highly recommend.

I had a remote starter install in my 2017 mazda cx5 even though is the 1st day of having it.there is no physical damage to any of my panels and it works good. Looking forward the cold weather and getting in my car nice and warm. Thank you ABC

I had a radio and remote starter installed, they charged me 1400.00. Supposedly 388.08 was labor cost(how??) They charged an additional 100.00 for an interface that came with the viper alarm. By far the worst experience ever. They cheat people, then attempt to appease if you notice.

Im loving the new sound system I bought for my 1997 Honda Civic. Service at ABC was prompt and friendly, they accurately estimated the time it would take to do the installation. I appreciated the run through of the features of my new system so that I would know what all of the buttons do. Im glad that I called ABC!

I called the week before to see what I needed to do to get an auto starter installed. I spoke to JB on the phone who was very polite. He told me to come early in the morning about 9am when they open and theyd have it completed by the close of business. Unfortunately they dont offer appointments. Its 1st come, 1st served. Which was fine too. I arrived at 9am on a Monday morning and there were 2 people waiting outside already. The business opened promptly at 9am. While waiting in line I overheard that the other 2 people were there because their auto starters wouldnt start. Hopefully, this doesnt happen to me! JB showed me 3 options for my vehicle. I chose one, he took my key. I left and at about 12:45pm I got a call letting me know my car was ready. The total was about $385. Idk if this is considered expensive or average 🤷🏾‍♀️. A different guy walked me outside, explained how to use the starter and I was omw. I love my purchase and I love not getting into a cold January in Chicago car!! Ill post an update if anything changes but for now, Id definitely do business with them again 😁😁!
