Worst service/workers. I had been supporting this business for years, and the service was good and the workers were nice. But within the last year or two the two guys who work there now won’t provide service. I don’t want to think it’s a racial issue, but if not that, it’s a gender issue. I’ve tried on four separate occasions to get a tire for my 98 suv, new or used and was immediately told they don’t have any. No one checked, asked anything. Ok. I thought maybe it’s because my car is an older model and they don’t want to deal with it. Ok. I took my new sedan style car there twice and faced the same issue. I was in a bind today at 7pm when my car indicated that the pressure was low. I didn’t have time to deal with a flat and knew that they were open until 8. I went against my better judgement and went because they were the only ones open. Two other cars pulled in at the same times as me. I was told that they’re closed while the other two people received service. I have just conceded that they don’t want to provide service for whatever reason. Whatever. They suck. I wish I could leave no stars at all.

Only place I come to get all my car needs. Alignment, new tires, got my forgiatos here, mounted balanced and installed. Great people here always work fast and best quality. They just tinted my windows too

If I can get them no stars I would I bought a tire from 3 days before I had to go on my vacation this vacation I came back from my vacation my tire was sitting on the ground I want to another mechanic shop to see what was wrong with the tire and he told me that natalia had 3 plugs already in it I went back to the shop they Patch up the tire But whats not willing to give me another used tire At this point I just wanna have for my money back

For what is, an inexpensive and quick tire shop that also does alignments and other work, it is first rate. Dont expect a classy waiting room, the wait wont be long anyway.It is sandwiched between 3 adjacent tire shops and a Meineke, so it has to provide value, which it does

Must’ve caught them on a bad day compared to the reviews because I had a flat tire and asked could he check if it could be plugged or if I need it replaced he looked at me and my tire and said well it’s a good tire but it’s flat I can’t do nothing.. Then I asked him could he just put some air in it and he flat out told me no.. It’s the customer service for me

I purchased a tire 9/3/2020 Then 9/11/2020 the tire is damaged and they are telling me that I have to replace the tire even when, they have a warranty that states that if any thing goes wrong with the tire in 30 days the tire can be replaced on them guaranteed. I have been here shopping for a year now never had these issues. I will never give them my services again that day I bought two tires and plugged one.Now even for being a loyal customer they don’t honor their warranty agreements. Very disappointed and money waisted.

Ok, its basically a regular tire place. The workers arent the nicest but they get the job done. Depending on the service, it can be a little pricey. I didnt buy a tire so I cant speak about the quality.

STEER CLEAR!!! These are crooks!Yesterday morning as I was leaving for work, I noticed my front drivers side tire was showing some metal. Knowing that I didnt want to be left on the side of the road, I made replacing that tire a priority of the day. After work, I found myself on Jonesboro road and felt it best to replace that tire before getting into traffic and traveling back to Mableton. I came across this place. Sincey tires are an uncommon size, I was happy that they actually had one available. The first warning should have been that the very unkempt guy changing my tire kept changing the price of it. Nonetheless, I needed a tire and I was tired and had a long drive ahead of me. Since this is a used tire, he explained to me that the price was higher than he originally quoted and what was advertised on the building because it was almost new and that it came with a 1 month warranty.15 minutes later, I was on the highway headed for home. 45 minutes later, I was stuck at the gas station with... A flat tire! Would you have guessed it was the same tire I had just purchased?! I called the store. What was their response? Can you bring it back in here? Were closing in 15 minutes. My response how am I supposed to get there if I have a flat tire? This none-thinking male said he would text me the owners phone number. I havent heard from these crooks since. They havent been answering the phone nor returning my calls and voice messages.Unacceptable!Since they dont know how to handle business, my bank does.

I came to this place to get my tint done and the worker locked my keys inside my car, and he did soooo much damage to get the key out, and to this day nothing has been done and Im driving around with a messed up door and the tint has a lot of bubbles..and I was threatened to pay him all the money and police couldnt do nothing to help me..🤦🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️ Lesson learned Do Not get cheap tint nor an amateur to do a job for you!!

I had one tire put on my jeep then decidex to go back and have anothet one put on the same day. Well when i got home the first tire put on had went flat by the time i got home. So my husband changed it and so the mext day i went back told them what had happened and they put on anothet tire and mounted it with out any questions. Mr Amal was very polite and friendly. I will be going back there again.
