I called to get some reasonable insurance. The agency i spoke with didnt try to help me at all. He gave me a quote which was more than what im paying now. He pretty much said take or leave. I wasnt pleased at all.

I referred someone there and they quoted her one price over the phone then when she got there they did the bait and switch tactic. I also think they took advantage of her because she was young. If I would have gone with her I would have told her to walk out.

Since I relocated from Germany to Atlanta in 2014 I have had business with STARR. All my private insurances were in their hands. Never failed, always a great customer experience. They are taking care for a great and excellent personalized services. Now after I relocated to California it will not be easy to find an Insurance partner like STARR. I wish I could give them 0 stars for how mean and rude these people were because I needed documents for my new insurance company and he basically cursed me out without curse words . Because I asked for simple documents and said Im not trying to give other companies info to give them business but the reason I left yall was because they went up drastically on my payments . Never will do business with you guys again

Get a better parking lot! You really dont know where to park! Tried to park at Bulldog Insurance (2 buildings down) and a bald guy came running out yelling at me! It was funny cause he knew exactly where I was headed! SMH afraid of competition. Please fix your lot or put up enter signs!

Why arent you ever open. My incurance is expired and I cant pay it cause for the last three days theyve been closed and its really hindering me for my normally day to day activities.
