There have been times where some of the customers who walk in are very, very rude and hostile. However the same customers always walk out with a better attitude because of how the bulldog staff handles the situation. Ive been dealing with bulldog since I started my company and they have been nothing short of awesome. Every email I send is accompanied by almost an immediate reply. Every request is processed not only timely but throughly. They answer questions and even give advice based off past interactions with their other customers. Recently I got in an accident, somebody hit me from behind, now very much confused what to do, with no evidence of insurance card, mind straight away went to Mr. Azhar farooqui in order to be normal and solve the police requirements . called Mr. Farooqui, he picked up the call on second ring and all problems were solved in few minutes by providing excellent service never heard off,his professional demeanor could not be matched, by this professional attitude my wife is very pleased and always want to recommend this insurance company.

I was there roughly six months ago because the girl taking care of my account Nourish was not responding to my emails in a timely manner another agent told me it would be easier if I came down to the office. As soon as you walk in you can tell the staff is not profession! The front area is a mess with paperworks everywhere the staff is not even dressed in a professional attire (might as well give them uniforms). The staff is going to each other telling each other tell the customer were not here to leave a message... HOW RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL IS THAT! They think the customers are stupid and dont even want to give them time! Nourish is so rude and a disrespectful young lady! Its a-shame to see how she can treat a customer like that but she also gave the other staff the same attitude! When another lady with black tied hair walked in Nourish started making faces to her about the big lady in the front chair and both were laughing. It was very clear they dont work as a team and dont even get along with each other. I took me time to write this because this agency does not value their customer let alone the people around them. I went a few doors down to Starr Insurance and received the service a client should! all the staff was dress professionally you walk inside and can tell they are professional by the look of the place. Bulldog insurance is very unprofessional even over the phone a person named Asman picked up the phone and did not put me on hold and I could hear them gossiping about me on there phone! If they are in an impression that they are the only insurance agency in GA they are wrong. I agree with the other reviews! Dont waste your time here and dont waste your time talking to Nourish or the healthy lady in the front! They both are VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

I found them through friends who are in the same business with me, I am so glad to find them. Don was very helpful and very responsive and he save me top $$$$, I strongly recommend them.

They are AWFUL! I have called their office numerous times trying to speak with omar and nourish and neither of them respond back to phone calls. Every time I call they are not in the office or they are eating lunch. The business hours show 9-5 so why are they never there???? The company is very unprofessional! I am positive I called few days ago and the person called nourish and she kept asking who is on the phone besides picking it up! How lazy can you be to pick up a potentially paying clients phone?! She was in the office and they told me shes not in. SMH DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR! You can not speak to omar because he sounds like he has no energy and you can not hear him because there are people in the background laughing and he doesnt have the brains to speak louder. Tried to park my car there and go next door and a mental guy came out yelling not to park my car there and the entire lot is empty! Who did he think was going to come? The parking lot was empty! But the insurance agency should definitely have a clear park lot its very difficult to find! STILL THEY ARE THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
