The nerve of this office, this office allowed my home insurance to go uninsured for approximately a month without notice. I phoned several times and I was told they had everything they needed for this new policy. Even after learning to this day, they have never reached out to me about what happened to my policy canceling. This office is a very LAZY office and people who want to do the bare minimum but get paid. I called the McDonough location and I havent had any problems since. I wouldnt allow Crystal Compton office to write a policy for my beat-up old bicycle, it may require them to get up on their feet and go outside to look at what color the bike is. So people hear me and hear me good if you are needing someone who cares about keeping you safe dont choose this unscrupulous office.

We had our property insured with this office and after we started the policy there was some information that was needed to maintain the policy. The office never contacted us for the additional information, instead this office cancelled our policy not yo our knowledge. Our property was without coverage for two months. So for this office not to contact us for the information, but instead cancelled the property policy is very poor customer service.

I’ve been with Crystal for the past 2-3 years and never had a problem until now! Horrible customer service! They don’t answer when you call the office and they call you approximately 3 business days later! Just to see if you called.. You let them know what you need and call about 3 business days after that! It takes them a week to fully have a conversation with them! Yet they DO NOT fix the problem! I scheduled an appointment with them and they didn’t open the door when I arrived! Horrible! I will be switching agents!

I have required about a change in my policy for 2 weeks now and still have not seen the change take effect. An agent took down my information and the changes that I needed to make. I have sent and email as well as calling 3 times. I am now looking for a different insurance agency.
