The initial person that answered the phone has the most condescending attitude for customer service. I had called 4 other auto insurance companies and got my quote within 2-3mins...maybe even 5mins. 10 whole minutes on the hold, then comes back the line so I can be kept on hold for another 5mins while you do the numbers. I say something about how long its taking and she comes back with Im sorry you dont have any patience!!! IVE BEEN ON THE PHONE WITH YOU FOR 15 DAMN MINUTES ALREADY!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS.
