I got a flat at the 210 and 15 interchange. A very very dangerous location. Right where the freeway forks off. Navarros came to help me right away. The dispatcher and the tow truck driver were very nice! I appreciate them very much. They will always have my business. I highly recommend their professional staff. Thank you Navarros!!!

I was driving on a busy street when one of these tow truck drivers completely runs a stop sign turning left right in front of me and another oncoming car. This dude proceeds to speed and switch lanes without any signal on. I definitely wouldn’t want one of these idiots towing my car if they’re being this reckless on the road.

Lady working the phones is beyond rude. Can’t answer simple questions and if something is too complex for her brain to comprehend she will tell you to call back and hang up on you. Got in an accident and am just trying to get some valuables out of the car while my insurance does its thing and dealing with this woman is like trying to talk to a really, really dumb wall.

I hope this is the place. I just got my car towed back home and it was a really great service thanks to David. Thank you again David. He deserves a raise!! not only did he do his job he did it right, punctual, and with a smile and made us laugh. Great service

Excellent service out of the Fontana Office: Thank you Rob and Leo!! I had to use them twice in two weeks for a large problem child truck, a sixteen foot stake bed. These guys got us safely off the freeway, hooked my truck up properly and without damage, they were helpful and friendly, they went above and beyond in taking care of my vehicle. This is the kind of service that is HARD to find, Iʻd recommend them anyway and twice on a tough day. Many thanks Gentlemen!!

I gotta say best service there is. Called and said it will take a while sense they were busy, but arrived a lot sooner and David was friendly and honest, he gave me great advice as to where to get my car to get fixed. He towed my car with out any complications, I would definitely recommend NAVARROS TOWING.

Navarros Towing must hire money making drivers. They hired my sons donor over 10 years ago and has been aiding him in his refusal to pay his child support obligations by paying him under the table and allowing him to drive without a drivers license. Now that I know where Mark A IS employed, I will now do what I can to make sure this business isnt taking food out of other childrens mouths.

I was driving on the 60 freeway today before 12pm and a Navarros tow truck was driving in front of me and could not stay in his lane. He had to of been drunk because i dont know what other excuse for being unable to drive straight. License plate #60219T1. Whoever drives that truck needs to be tested for being under the influence. He should not be on the road, especially driving for a company. It makes your business look bad and he is putting other lives in danger being on the road!!

Very bad service, they came by to tow my car and as they loaded it they wanted to charge me extra. A very shady company do not deal with them, save yourself being cheated and deal with a better company.

So after camping AAA to set up tow I get a call from a guy that right away sounded annoyed advising me he was there and could not wait long for me. I rushed me and my 1yr old to let him into my drive way and right away he tells me he cant tow it because AAA had rules. Now I have been a member for 8 years and never had a provider tell me this. Than he said he would leave my car on the destination curb. I told him I told AAA of where the vehicle was located and they never said they couldnt. I advised him I would call AAA and confirm. With my surprise he answered rudely go ahead ilk just tell my boss. Than finally add I call AAA to complain he pulls up to my car (5 min later) he starts taking Pictures of my car. I asked the AAA rep what he was doing and she said What! And advised he world not be taking pictures and his statement of rules was not true and said they would have another Tow Provider come Thank you for the Friendly People at Towing Alone.

Howd my vehicle picked up by this towing company To have my car taken to an auto body shop for damage Left front drivers area My car was dropped off the next day with damage to the back Bumper. Call the office to speak to the Manager To discuss the issue Instead I spoke to one of the agents there so rude his name Robert worst customer service He happened nerve to state that the car may have already came with damage in the back when clearly my car was only there for damaging the front. I do not recommend that you use this type of towing company for any reason. Wheres company Ive ever had to deal with they are the rudest #@%&*^%!

I Request a tow from Navaro towing 1 hr later they forgot I had requested a tow during business hours. Unprofessional office staff. My told ETA is 2 hrs till arrival Im 20 miles from the recovery office in Fontana. Update 3 hrs and waiting for my driver to show up

Terrible!!! Seems like the guy who picked up my car didnt know what he was doing when he dropped off my car at the shop he scrapped the muffler and bottom of my back bumper then they charged me $20 more then what they said and what was on my receipt then when I called to tell them they over charged me. The guys was extremely rude and told me it was a mistake like the mistake I made when I let my car brake down then hung up on me. Never again!!!

The Worst Service Ever Put Disel Gas In My Car Now My Car Wont Work I Made a Claim With AAA Beacuse When i Called The Towing company They Accused Me Of Lying Very Rude. My Machine Told Me The Last Person Who Put Gas Put Disel And It Was This Towing Company.
