I called this company and was guaranteed service for a winch. He estimated that the time arrival would be from thirty minutes to an hour and fifteen minutes. I was told that he would give me the number to the person giving me the car service and never received a text/call. After waiting for forty five minutes, I called back. He then told me “i said up to an hour and fifteen minutes.” As I was still talking, he hung up on me. I figured the tow truck would still come, but after waiting for 4 hours, I decided to call a different tow truck company. This place is unorganized and unprofessional. Definitely would not recommend.

Hard to believe that I am giving a 5 star review to a towing service but, they deserve it. Got into a wreck and had to get it towed. They answered on the first call and were polite and efficient in getting me in to retrieve personal items from my vehicle before the insurance took it.
The lady at the window is extremely nice she really helped me out even during these stressful times she really pulled through for me.

They will Tow your vehicle from an accident without telling you the price or fees. I have AAA and could have had my vehicle towed free. My car was not blocking an intersection or traffic. Instead Armada charged me $515! If I would have known this I would have called AAA and had the car towed to my house.

Please read my post, be advised that this company its I will say the Worths I ever had to deal with, they stole everything I had in my car..the cashier was rude as hell. The only reason I post one start its cause you have to, otherwise I wouldnt even give them anything. If you had your car taking here make sure you take pictures before its taken yo this place, that way you maybe able to sue them or something .

This company is by far the worst tow truck company I have experienced this far. I had an appointment at 6am-7am thru AAA to have my car towed to a collision center. The tow truck driver arrives at 6:20am to pick up my vehicle. I unfortunately had to accompany the driver. So while we are driving he gets a call from someone telling him he needs to use the tow tuck that we are in for a Police Call. He ask the tow driver is the AAA member with you (which is me). The tow driver responds yes. The person responds O well bro, I need that tow truck. The tow truck driver then explains to me O I am the night driver and if I do your tow it will put me into overtime. Which was weird to me because I felt that if that was the case then why would he pick up me and vehicle. We then proceed to the tow truck yard. The driver unloads my vehicle on the street and tells me to wait inside my car where it will be warm. Now mind you its 6:40 in the morning, its 49 degrees outside, my car is not going to be much warmer because it has also been sitting outside all night long in the winter weather. I ask him how long will I be sitting in my car. He then tells me to ask the office. I then proceed to the office where I meet the rudest individual who claims he is the supervisor. His name is Jay, I asked him how long would I be waiting outside in the cold his answer was that he didnt know and he didnt know what was going on. I then ask him will someone call me to let me know. He answer was I dont know! He then start yelling because I had to ask him again about what was going on. The reason why I had keep asking him the same question because his answers did not make any sense. If you are a supervisor for any company it is your job to make it your business to find out what is going on so that you can resolve the issue. But looking at the reviews from other people I guess this Jay character is used to being rude and not helping what so ever. Why would this company send a driver that was not ready or able to do my tow. I could of stayed at home for this mess until Armada towing figured it out. Now I am sitting in my cold car! Not a good way to do business.
Just like any other towing service business, always charging non sense fees on top of fees on top of other fees. The dude that took us to the back of the yard was very rude but the front desk lady was nice.
I was angry because we had been towed towed from a very reasonable place to park, but it was the sheriff that initiated the tow. The owner was a nice guy, and made the experience as easy and tolerable as possible.
Called for a local tow they said it was 1hr wait i waited over 5hrs. Ladies were rude.
My battery died at my house, I called AAA, and Armada Towing came out and replaced my battery! The technician they sent out was very polite and nice, He didnt have my particular battery and had to go get one. He called me to let me know when He would be back. Thank you so much!
After dealing with AAA for a warranty on a battery, they set up a battery test/replacement with this company. The technician came out, tested it, and said it was bad, which I already knew because I took it to my own shop and tested it, but I allowed the process to happen.However, because the AAA policy card holder wasnt present (my mother) they couldnt exchange the battery. I rescheduled for the following day. A second technician came out with the intention of only jumpstarting the vehicle and had no replacement battery. So he called his dispatch and they said they would send somebody else with the new battery...in one hour. So my mother waited. When he arrived, the technician asked for warranty papers when it states on the battery that it has a 3 yr warranty and the date of purchase was one year ago. He tested it again, and guess what, the battery was good all of a sudden when the technician from the previous night from the SAME company stated it was bad and needed to be replaced.I have contacted AAA, lodged a complaint against them with the hopes of something being done. Their use of this company is a bad representation on AAA as a whole. I had them schedule another battery test/change with another company because this company cannot be trusted. If you are a AAA member, make sure that they dont use this company to assist you in your moment of need. You will be disappointed.Also, dont ever buy a battery from AAA. Such a hassle to get them to warranty their product. Buy one from any another place that isnt associated with AAA. Heed my warning.
Was in an accident and not only did they tow my car w / Loma Lindas permission, they over-charged and then charged me a whole day for 15mins (1145pm-midnight). And to add insult to injury had to pay another $95 to get it away from them so they wouldnt keep charging me. also they have a good deal with the city. They get called and Loma Linda city Hall charges a $90 admin fee for a piece of paper saying u can have ur car back. So over $800 for an Accident that wasnt at fault. Its criminal

Incompetent and Cleary untrained individuals coming out to do any services. Had damage done to a basically brand new vehicle during a battery change. Call manager arrange for things to be fixed only for them to do the absolute bare minimum and not actually fix the damage they caused. To then telling us the another time and day to just not show, never did they communicate any different just never showed at the time they stated they would. If your in the area and use AAA make sure they dont send this company, youll be doing yourself a huge favor.
I am here with my wifes uncle and he had a flat on his trailer. His daughter called Auto Club explained to them the issue and when the driver shows up we told him that we explained that the trailer was loaded with furniture. This fool shows up with a flatbed tow truck with No wheel lift (stinger). Tells us he cant do the call because the truck he had was not the right one. How are you not going to send out the the correct truck to begin with. For this I am giving you a bad review, bad service to begin with.
I had my car towed today and Robert was my driver, he was amazing from beginning to end. He was very professional and compassionate towards my situation. We had an hours drive to Temecula and he was very polite, engaging and knowledgeable. So next time you decide to choose Armada Towing in Fontana, please ask for Robert!! Even my daughter liked him.
About 10 minures ago. Armada towing is speeding thru the stater bros parking off summit. The driver pulk up to the stop Nd doesnt do a full stop. Sees me coming and still pulls out in front of me so that i have to break or i will collide with the car. I then see him go dowm another isle of the parking lot. There are familys walking around with kids and this guy must be chasing an accident because he has no respect for the public as he dangerously drives around to get out of the parking lot.
I called to find out more information about my car this guy answer did not give me his name he was very rude, bad customer service .. He kept putting me on hold didn’t even give me information about my car!!!!!!!!!
Ive had bad expiriences with tow yards before that are contracted by triple A in the past but today armada just took first place for the worse towing thugs.My battery died in my BMW and having triple A i requested a locksmith to open my locked door. When armada arrived i was surprised since i needed a locksmith... Once my door was opened everyrhing seemed well however, when i tried to close my driver door, the door would not shut... The armada driver apparently wasnt familiar with unlocking this kind of vehicle. I called triple A and they gave me the address to this company, i went to their location to speak to someone regarding the insedent and once their all they had was a dark window without an actual office. The guy behind the window, whom i couldnt see didnt want to help me, he just said, call triple A!So i would recommend that you try someone else if you are looking for a locksmith. If you are looking for a representative to talk to on person, well good luck... You will have to come on Wednesday to their auction amd hopefully get a hold of someone.

Tow Truck driver very rude and wanted to fight me for asking him if he can please move the car he brought to a bay that was open due to two tires where flat on one side. I will never use this company for towing. I asked the driver for his name he just got in my face in front of the customer trying to bully me . horrible service. I recently was in an accident and the front end of my car was damaged. AAA sent Armada with a wheel hoist and not a flat bed (one of my front wheels was dangling from the car). The driver said not a problem, but was unable to explain how the broken wheel was not going to be damaged. He then wanted me to sign a limit of liabiIity form. I told him I wouldnt sign it and I wanted a flat bed. He tried to convince me that a flat bed would do more damage and said a flat bed would take another hour and a half. I had AAA send another company. Worlds of difference. The other companys driver used to work for Armada and said that they were once good, but had changed owners and they were pretty bad now.
