This towing company is a money hustling business, and dont take credit cards, but they will take your cash. How does a business that has 4 different locations not take credit cards. If you dont have cash then you have to use one of there cash Apps. What a scam!!

They towed our trailer illegally, and wanted us to pay 2000$ for 2 days...

Louis was AWESOME! Made a difficult commercial vehicle tow seem like a breeze! He went above and beyond to get my truck to the shop, and my loaded trailer to a secure location.I HIGHLY recommend them for all your towing needs!

I would never use this towing company. They will literally park in the red on a heavy traffic morning blocking an entire lane to go to the ATM.

These people are fair and straight forward, always go above and beyond for the customer, have done business with them for years now and will continue. Highly recommended.

Great and fast SERVICE

Never do business with this Towing company. My sister was in a car accident this morning, she was rushed to the ER. United Towing towed her car 5 miles and charged $400 to release it plus $45 per day after. Later, her boyfriend went to United Towing to pick up personal belongings, they would not let him go inside, which is understandable, but had the nerve to tell him to make my sister (whom is in the ER) sign a Power of Attorney document (which is about $100) for him to be able to get the belongings. They are the GREEDIEST most inhumane family ever. Never do business with them, and if you are stuck to do business with them thanks to CHP, sucks to be in your shoes.......

They bait and switched me. They told me a flat fee to tow my cars and then decided to charge me per hour. Even though I only used their services for an hour they decided to charge me an extra 1/2 hour to drive 3 miles back to their shop. Although the driver was very curtious and professional I would definitely recommend hiring another company for your needs.

Worst treatment ever from them after I paid them $600. Aggressive and threatening towards you if you ask the most basic questions. Asked for a receipt and was threanted by there staff, unbelievable.

Big Scam, they are in business with the police to essentially steal peoples property. The police get a cut off of everything they take in, make the fees so high most people cant afford so they end up losing their vehicle, they then sell at auction. Some of the staff is very rude

Customer service was not up to par

SO today around 4:35 pm i was driving on the left lane and a truck driver was driving on the right lane so we are driving close enough to each other i am a little ahead of him and all of a sudden my daughter shouts mom watch out! the truck driver is literally heading towards me and my 3 grandchildren who are all younger then 5 is about to hit the front passenger side so my only option is to swerve to the left towards the upcoming traffic and swerve back while another vehicle behind me is swerving to the left as well! just so the diesel truck can drive up to this towing company.! so after the incident i decide to stop and speak to the manager and let him know of the incident and there was nothing done so i went home and decided to call the company and try again to speak to management. i spoke with a man named Luis and he rudely interrupted me stating that he saw the whole thing, that the truck driver had his blinker on and how did the trucker almost caused me to a car wreck, so i them told him i was in a little bit in front of him there is no way he could have seen the almost wreck, as soon as i told him that he then put me on hold for a while due to he had another phone call. so i then hung up!!!! all i wanted was a simple apology and that is the way they treat me no way! DO NOT EVER GIVE THESE PEOPLE THE TIME OF DAY THEY HAVE REALLY BAD WORK ETHICS NO RESPECT AND MOST OF ALL MY GRAND BABY CUT HER EAR DUE TO THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! AND THE ONLY REASON I AM RATING THIS IS TO INFORM ALL OF YOU HOW HORRIBLE THEY TREATED ME!!
